The best restaurants in Aylesbury Vale South East

The staff definitely make this place so special, cannot fault the fantastic service we received by all three of the staff in the restaurant who were attentive, friendly and professional, nothing seemed like too much trouble. They were all extremely customer focused. The big negative for us was we were in Birmingham for our anniversary and booked this place for dinner, even though it was an hour and a half drive, due to the amazing reviews about the steaks they serve. We checked the website before hand and it stated that it was festive menu only on the date we were attending, giving a link to the menu which was full of steak options. When we arrived at the restaurant we questioned the festive menu we were given and the gentleman told us it was an error and should have been removed from the website. We contemplated driving somewhere else but we stayed as trying to find somewhere else in Buckingham at 7.30pm on a Saturday evening would have been a pain. The food was really good, very tasty and well presented. A good evening all round, just slightly tainted because we wanted steak and were misinformed by the website.

Expensive and small portions for the price

A decent 'spoons with some nice staff. Could you better lighting and correct orders for food and drinks, but not bad at all.

Public cannot stay there right now because the council have people who are in need of assistance homed at this location. Someone close to me is a "guest" right now. He said there are worst places and I should give it some high stars. So if you are being told it's where you are going have confidence. It's OK apparently.

Since last 5 years, this Pizza Hut Takeaway is our second kitchen 😋 Being vegetarian, their pizzas are with the best toppings and always well cooked. I must say Mr Sidique Khan keeps the standard high and always make sure that the best pizzas are served to their customers. Delicious pizza always! Keep up the great service 👍

Genuinely surprised about the reviews on here as both my wife and I came away thinking this was some of the nicest food we had experienced at a hotel. My wife had pasta and I had beer battered fish and both were genuinely excellent. So used to hotels offering the same old thing, for us this was a really nice surprise and an added bonus to a nice spa day away from the kids. Would happily recommend to anyone. Service was attentive but a little on the slow side but nothing terrible.

We are regulars for food and atmosphere

Second visit. Very much like the first, service was excellent. The novelty of grilling your meat yourself will never get old! The food not cooked at the table was amazing. Would definitely recommend the Crispy duck bao. The desserts are better on the Japanese menu, but as long as you ask, they appear fine for you to mix and match.

Found this cafe whilst visiting the farm shop, looked little and cosey from the outside. After taking a while to order as staff were very flustered with the 2 customers we went into the tent set up to sit down. Not a single clean table in sight, most people table hoping to find the cleanest one. We ordered burger of the day and received a clearly frozen chicken patty that had never seen a chicken, soggy salad and about 8 crisps which took 20 mins to arrive. Thank you to the member of staff who acknowledged the wait by advising the food needed to be “cooked from fresh” I don’t think this was intended misinformation. The mocha had been made with instant coffee with some chocolate powder stirred in. The food filled a hole but was not wonderful at all. Would not come back.

Just finished a long 12 hours shift and waiting another hour for food to arrive when living 2 minutes walking away from the the shop to receive this crap ! Spend 30 quid to get cucumbers , burned food and soggy chips wtf? Never ever again !

Always friendly even if it takes a bit of time to be noticed. Food is efficiently prepared and tastes good.

Shocking , teachers won’t even help a student who is clearly struggling

We made a special trip to discover this pub and were very excited. En route we took our dogs for a walk and when we arrived, we were told that dogs were not allowed in. The pub is warm and cosy but we could not come in. We decided to find a table on the patio (it was cold and rainy) and sat in our coats ordering a quick snack rather than a long Sunday lunch that we were hoping for. We were unable to experience the atmosphere of the pub or any hospitality as no one came to speak to us, just came out to deliver the food. A real disappointment. It is very rare to find an unfriendly dog pub these days.

pepperoni - fine, Margherita - fine, spicy American - meh, was just a pepperoni with a handful of jalapenos. shan't order again.

Relaxed atmosphere, super helpful waiter Kai. Friendly management, very tasty food. Great selection of delicious non- alcoholic drinks too
