My Son loves a domino's pizza. The pizzas have always been tasty and always a service with a smile when delivered.

Quicker. Easier to park. Cheaper and tastier than mighty bite tring

Hate it pizza were awful and Zoe declined my request for refund and they said they won’t remake it

I collected a pizza and they got the order correct, how much can you expect from Dominos?

Never had a problem with this domino's for my own personal experience. I've picked up from here a couple of times with no issues. Order is always correct, hot and good quality. Similarly I've never had an issue when ordering for delivery. The place is clean and I've always witnessed friendly staff when I have been. Even when I got pizza delivered before, one of my sauces had exploded in the bag and the man offered to drive back and bring me a new one. Each to their own with their experience here, I guess it depends on who is working on the day potentially.

disappointed with service there. no one picking the phone. then after reaching shop asked them about this, they were treating me like I am lying to them.

I was told there was a 30 minute wait, sat outside as no seating on site. After waiting 30 minutes i collected my cold pizza. Most disappointed 😞

Food is always warm and tasty, delivery is almost always fast and the service is very friendly

This is difficult review to write, because the food was excellent, however the customer service left a lot to be desired… A young lad who was behind the till was completely disinterested in providing good customer service. He didn’t seem to know anything about the offers on pizza and quite frankly he seemed like he couldn’t care less about them. While this was only a minor inconvenience for me, I think Domino’s should really train their staff to provide better customer service

Ordered online, food was prepared and cooked swiftly. Was supposed to be delivered by a guy named Mohammed but never arrived. I rang the store after the online tracker said it had been delivered and they said it would be there in 5 minutes. The man on the phone abruptly hung up on me. 10 minutes later I rang back and requested a refund, making a point to mention that he had hung up on me previously. This time the same man kept talking over me when I wanted to make sure I was getting a refund. Honestly disgusting service, it's embarrassing. Only time will tell if I get my refund or not.

Ordered the double decadence, I remember those days where the cheese sauce oozes out like in the adverts. Unfortunately this wasn't one of those times, so I called the restaurant but no answer. Yes I had to drive down there despite paying for delivery. I thought maybe they are inundated with orders and short staffed. Once I arrived there were 7 staff members and no one at the tills or waiting for their orders. I opened the box to show the staff my pizza which I happy prepared for him by separating all the slices for easy inspection. The staff member looked up at me and said where's the rest of the pizza with a vague expression. I replied "well sir I was hungry after waiting over an hour for my pizza, I had two pieces not really noticing because of how hungry I was. I then had a third piece and realised wait a minute where's the double decadence sauce. This lead me to call but no one answered so I had to come down". The staff member looked at me and said I'll re-do it this time but we only usually allow 1 or 2 pieces to be missing. The phone is still ringing as I type this in the store and no-one is answering. Don't believe the new adds about your pizza being with you before "he finds out it was his partner all along". Edited 20.10.2022 to include another failure of the double decadence with pictures. I CBA to keep going back to the restaurant for them to do their job properly especially when I have spent extra for delivery. I now have that horrible feeling where my mouth feels dry and unsatisfied despite my stomach feeling full. I need something now to shift this horrible taste out of my mouth.

Great fresh pizza friendly staff

Always gets the orders wrong in some way but couldn't decide on anything else. They set the app tracker to say it's delivered when it isn't. Called them to find out what's going on told to wait another 5 to 10 minutes for delivery. Asked why the app said it was delivered and "don't know" was literally the response. Asked why it was taking over an hour. Again "don't know" was the response. Utterly unprofessional and useless.

Confession - I'm not the biggest fan of pizzas but the ones we've had from Domino's in Jansel Square have been pretty good. Large selection of choice. We ordered online and our pizzas were ready bang on time. Excellent service.

Good pizzas and friendly staff, not sure if I would buy them at full price! But BOGOF makes it a bit more reasonable.

They lost my order, computer clitch apparently. Said they tried tiring but I have no missed calls on my phone. Didn’t want to send it despite already taking the money from me and didn’t really care until my husband threatened to go down there. Very poor service who didn’t understand that we wanted our food because we had paid for it. Will not be touching them again

Staff refused to bring the pizza to my car . What is the point of the flybuy service you offer? Very , very disappointed. There is much better places in town to get your pizza from without the rude staff.

Great customer service never have any problems it's a shame the other Domino's in Aylesbury can't live up to same standards as this one.....keep up the great work

I’ll start with the positives of this place. The pizza is very good, and it arrives warm with the items ordered. The person who delivered the food was also friendly, and wished us well when he realised I was unwell with Covid and we asked him to leave the food outside our door. Unfortunately though, the food took almost an hour to arrive. And the Domino’s tracker said the pizza had been delivered before it had actually arrived. We called up to ask about this and they said this was because there was an issue with the tracker, which wasn’t great. This issue has happened both times I’ve ordered from Domino’s and always causes a worry because it makes it look like the pizza has been wrongly delivered.

Ordered and paid, stated the pizza had been delivered but it hadn't and then that the store had closed. This has happened multiple times.

First time we used this company and it will be the last. App order, watched its progress, arrived, ate and both tasted great. I had meatball marinara, wife had tandoori hot. Both came with a garlic dip. Within 5 hours we both had extremely upset stomachs. This was the only meal we ate that day. Sorry, but that doesn't get a good review.

Awful customer service. Our orders have gone to the wrong address on two occasions and upon phoning the store, left on hold for lengthy periods of time. Would advise ordering from Pizza Hut in future.

I will be boycotting Domino's pizza for the following reasons: 1. Because of lockdown they stop Gluten Free. Eeer why? 2. Expecting one person in at a time and still having 12 staff in the branch. How's that social distancing? They were practically on top of each other. Never going there again.

Terrible! This store has always been bad they deliver cold food! They say your order has been delivered when it has NOT and then take an extra 30 minutes to actually deliver the food! You try to phone them for a reason and they just dont pick up!

Disappointed today, ordered a Hawaiian with no pineapple but extra ham, for my grandson. Got home and for some reason it had mushrooms, so had to pick them off. Grandson doesn't like mushrooms or pineapples.

Was late, messed up my order and my pizza was cold. Called and spoke to Muhammad who offered a free pizza if I called again. Tried to call again today and he tried to tell me a replacement had been sent out, completely different to what he said at the time and then was ridiculously rude. Think this domino's customer service is questionable and makes me wonder about the food standards. Shame.

Ordered Pizza 2 hours ago (7pm) Delivery confirmed (7:40) No pizza! Showed up to their door around 9pm and shouted at them. Said I'll get a refund and my pizza but I dont trust they'll do either. Stupid.

Manager waste of space, never answered phone, had to go to store. He then tried to blame me for their short comings AND told me “No, you need to understand we are busy” what a joke. 1.5hrs no pizza...it’s okay tho they still charged me!! Dominos get new staff and slap the manager 😂

Pizza is always delivered a lot lot lot later than request or specified on the website. Not bad food if you can get a deal otherwise not worth the money.

Staff are rude and vile. Told me I was lying when clearly it was them and put phone down when I asked for manager's name. Waited 2 hours for pizza, kept getting told 10 minutes, clearly wasn't the case. Will be emailling Dominis for a refund and for them to review comments on here.

1hr 20mins for pizza to be delivered. Online tracker said the pizza was delivered after 40mins. Branch never answered the phone. We refused the pizza. 3rd time these clowns at Jansel Sq have done this to us.

Put an order through online. After 1hour we rang to see where it was. They said on the way. Another half hour later we ring again to be told that we are lying as there was no order put through for us even though i have the order number. Absolutly disgusting service.

The 2 dominoes stores in Aylesbury are the worst takeaways I have ever experienced. This is not an exaggeration. I should clarify it’s not the food that’s bad but the customer service is disgusting they don’t answer there phones! They’re rude when they do! Got a bunch of teenagers answering they’re phones with an I don’t give a f*** attitude! 2-3hour wait times added to that delivery drivers that will literally throw the food at you. One of the stores is 1.5 miles away and refuses to deliver to my area but they deliver to other areas? I swear to god never again!! These people are a different level of stupid!!! Use at your own risk!!!

Worst dominos had a few deliveries the pizzas are always burnt but also they take ages to deliver over 90 minutes last time and dont answer the phone... happy to take your money but service and quality is exceptionally poor got to another dominos or eat a frozen pizza as that was about as warm as the one i had last night was

Always get collection, very quick and great food

Terrible excuses every time takes 30 mins more on this occasion then meant to and last time was 2 hours late this is for a 10 min drive when it says out for delivery. Excuse for not every answering phone is that they have 1 member of stuff in the store. Very easy to pick up phone while cooking.

Shocking service and a manager who has no interest in customer issues. Pizza arrived wrong. told they would send another but needed this one back - after an hours wait i didn't want to wait another hour. Worse than the indifference to not providing what I bought was the attitude of the counter staff who thought that calling me boss was amusing and that if I wanted to know his name " I should come down and see him" very aggressive overtones. I am going to take this up with them - no customer when having an issue should be dismissed or feel threatened AVOID THIS BRANCH whoever has the dominos franchise for this area is getting away with shocking practices and service and yet the brand seem unwilling / able to take action.

Pizza arrived barely warm also Ordered meatballs as a side got brownies instead it even said meatballs on the box, so thought I'd call and phone was ringing no one picked up after my 9th! Attempt I gave up and had to drive over to the shop to get correct order, when I arrived no one was serving I waited a good 10-15mins eventually had to get someone's attention to be served. plus side got a complementry bottle of coke for the mix up

So we ordered 2 Pizzas and one was the wrong order. Took a picture and called up, they were very lovely and professional and offered a replacement pizza for the mistake. Partner wouldn't have preferred the money back but was nice to see them rectify this asap. Thanks you!! Brilliant customer service!

Pizza is variable quality, at a quiet time it can be great. Orders are often wrong.
