They did a very nice gluten free vegan cheese pizza (Which are really hard to find). The only issue is that it didn't come cut.

The rating is as low as possible as went there to pick up a to good to go pizza as they described, should have been to the value of £15 with surprise toppings, all I got was a standard cheese and tomato pizza No toppings and Size was the same as if I had brought one for £4,99 shame on you pizza hut

Delivery person told us to come down and come outside get our order and we live on second floor of flat. Delivery being 45min too early then whats the point of setting delivery request time. So pizza was fine delivery service wasn’t good. Won’t be using just eat again i think.

Awful. Waited over 2 hours and then the order was cancelled. Will continue to use Dominos, as they deliver on time, they are reliable and the pizza is good.

I couldn't use blue light card discount, also discount available on Pizza Hut website was not available in store. I had to order online and wait. Pizza dough didn't seem the usual quality. Pizza Hut in High Wycombe does amazing pizzas but this one seems like a not very good substitute. Definitely won't be going back, sorry.

I have covid and selected a deal which was collection only as I was rather confused and unwell. After calling the store I was willing to pay the full price but the chap I spoke to said they would deliver it with the deal included Thank you very much!

Absolutely shocking service from Pizza Hut Aylesbury, the order that arrived was completely wrong. The store wouldn't refund the money and didn't offer to send a replacement. To make things even more confusing, the delivery was made through Deliveroo despite going through the Pizza Hut website. Never ordering from them again.

I never expected very bad service from customers service assistant I was in the shop around 22:00 pm at the time he was closing the door any way closing time is 23:30 is it? I asked him can I have the menu he refused and does not want to help me He said me go and check online This is way to talk to customers ? I am really disappointed Thank you

The lady Geeta so called telling herself a manager was pathetically rude and impolite when I called to enquire about my order She kept slamming the phone Food was cold and order was delivered late as well Never ordering again

Ordered via Deliveroo an hour before they were due to close, waited 2 hours with no communication so had to cancel the order

Just had to say that I really enjoyed our order today (Sunday, approx. 5:55pm). Delivered on time, friendly driver and really enjoyed our two medium pizzas and side. Tried a few of the others round here and The Hut has proved to be the best so far.

Pizza delivery is very efficient, It is always hot The prices are really reasonable But sometimes the quality of the pizza delivered is sometimes poor, wrongly cut, broken/bent pizza box

Order our usual from this store and as always good is spot on, drivers are always polite and respectful. Our drink was forgotten tonight and the driver went out his way to bring out bottle of pepsi aswell as a sorry from the store we received a free ice cream tub. Really impressed! Our initial order arrived early which was great, but when we realised an item was missing Pizza Hut were great and had it delivered in less than 10 minutes. All the items were still earlier than the expected time, and were delicious.

Bad experience, they cancelled our delivery last minute, when we called them they said didn't know the reason and just put the phone off... very rude staff, I called again to speak to the manager and the same person said the shop is close now, you can't speak with the manager... unbelievable...

I never order from pizza hut. Ordered at 16.45 for a delivery at 18.30pm at 7 pm still no pizza. Never again will stick with dominos in the future

I’m on 4 weeks in a row now. Incredible fresh and hot pizza. Speed of delivery every time is perfect every time great pizza. Ordered for collection by accident and the team there where very helpful and got my food to me within 20 min of order fresh and hot. Can’t complain and highly recommend!!

Why have a number when you don’t answer called them 4 times for over 15mins they don’t answer calls just cause they’re is 30mins left till they close 🤔

The pizza we got had hardly any cheese on and to much tomato sauce on the pizzas and they put some garlic thing around the pizza and my friend cant have garlic!!! Not happy waste of money! It was delivery...

We found the pizzas to be very greasy and not very hot. The side's were also cold and the potato wedges not cooked all the way through. We have not ordered since, better pizzeria's to choose from. You need to up your game, then we might come back.

Average pizza collection experience. As we arrived there was absolutely no rush to take our order, there are no menus to browse before making your order either so this slows things down a little too. Staff was friendly but not overly helpful. Food took a little while to make but that's fairly understandable for a Friday evening. Good deal on at the moment a handful of pizza flavours, one for £5. No complaints with the pizza itself, it was very tasty. Had to ask for garlic sauce which it was supposed to come with however as the server nearly forgot. Overall a satisfactory visit.

Just delivered half cooked vegi supreme pizza and chicken supreme pizza, never had a disastrous pizza like this from pizza hut but from Aylesbury store. What a waste of money on Sunday evening.

The guy that answered the phone asked my phone number three times and still was incorrect. I then had to give my address and still after the third time it was incorrect. He then put the phone down on me I called back twice no answer and when I got through he asked me to give my address and number again !! Please Pizza Hut this is very basis customer service and shouldnt be such a task. I would of ordered online howver your website is down. I feel exhausted after such a simple task but if you're going to get someone to answers your phone's at least ask them if they have basic English language to do so.

Ordered food at 10:30pm, the food turned up within half an hour, we had ordered two pizzas both up to our expectations, the only thing that I can fault is that we also ordered chicken strips, and we were expecting something different to what turned up they had a damped texture and were extremely tasteless but apart from that a fairly great meal.

Food was reasonable but we'd ordered online and when we arrived we were told it would be 5 minutes. 25 minutes later we finally got our order.

Terrible service well over an hour waiting and our pizzas still haven't arrived, avoid at all costs.
