Extremely Disappointed – Misleading Menu and Poor Customer Service I ordered a Veg Pad Thai Curry from this restaurant, specifically trusting their online ingredients list which made no mention of eggs. However, to my shock, the dish contained eggs – a serious issue, especially when we had a strict vegetarian guest at home. This isn’t just a minor oversight – it’s a clear failure in food transparency, which could have serious ethical, religious, or dietary implications for customers. When I called to raise the concern, instead of acknowledging the mistake, they quietly updated the website to include eggs in the ingredient list. Thankfully, I had taken a screenshot of the original listing before ordering, which proves the error. Not only was there no apology, but their customer service was dismissive and unhelpful. This kind of behaviour is unacceptable for any establishment dealing with food sensitivities or dietary restrictions. Avoid this place if you expect honesty, accountability, or if you have any dietary preferences or restrictions.

I will again praise farmhouse pizza Aylesbury, one of the best places for pizza and sides, great team who work there. Excellent service every time

The food was so bad we questioned if it was even our order! The egg rice wasn’t best ever, prawn crackers may as well have been last years Christmas crackers they were so stale.crispy seaweed, soggy seaweed more like ☹️. Last time you get my money I’m afraid, we’ll be off to double 8 next time.

Public cannot stay there right now because the council have people who are in need of assistance homed at this location. Someone close to me is a "guest" right now. He said there are worst places and I should give it some high stars. So if you are being told it's where you are going have confidence. It's OK apparently.

The half chicken and the spicy rice is beautiful. Chicken burgers n chips also really tasty. Nice clean restaurant. Thankyou!!

I’ll be honest, I was reluctant to order after seeing very mixed reviews on various sites, but we were so pleasantly surprised! We ordered the ‘set menu D for 3’ via Deliveroo - it came quickly, their delivery guy was friendly and everything was hot and fresh! The portions were big, so good value for money and all the dishes were very good with nice tender meat. My favourites were the special chow mein and the beef in black bean sauce. Will be ordering again!

Absolutely the worst Management I have ever encountered, she was so rude, didn’t really want to listen to anything I had to say, she just dismissed it with “you have had a discount” ….. The food was cold, tasteless and greasy and was not exactly what I ordered. I would not recommend to my worst enemy, even the dog turned her nose up at the food.
