Subway in Aylesbury Vale

ordered via uber eats 👎 the courier had multiple deliveries but the restaurant had not labelled any with name or receipt so naturally we ended up with someone else’s order - tried multiple times to ring the restaurant but their contact number isn’t in service?!

Ordered a large Ben and jerrys on Uber eats and was given the small one. Definitely worth £5…

My order was over 1 hour 20 minutes which I think is ridiculous as the shop is only 10 minutes away

Visited this subway and ordered a pot of meatballs for my small daughter. The total was £1.99 and I paid with a £5 note. The lady serving me proceeded to feel my money. Turn it over. Then turn it over again. Held it in the light. And compare it with the £5 she already has in the till. I told the woman that I no longer wanted the food and to give me my money back. She told me we have to do it mam. I told her no. This is bad practice in front of the customer. Train your staff at subway to check money discreetly with either the light or a money pen. This is the correct way. Your staff should not be feeling money in front of the customer in such a way. I will not be returning here as I usually visit the other branch where the staff have better manners.

Came in for the first time in years, staff was really friendly, patient and informative. Food was as good as I remember.

No filling in the bread just full of sauce. The churrito was like rubber and couldn’t chew it. The waffle fries were cold, soggy and not cooked properly. Disgusting meal went in the bin so requested a refund :(

The sub itself was delicious and well made, but the waffle fries ordered alongside were a bit undercooked as the texture wasn’t soft for half of them.

Order was very late. And missing stuff. Ordered a footlong meal. 12 cookies and an extra drink. Did not receive the 2nd drink. The cookie or crisps that went with the meal so I basically paid £14 just for the sandwich. That is ridiculous

The food itself was good, as to be expected from Subway, however the Ben & Jerry's Cookie Dough Ice Cream was missing from the order when it arrived.

Food stone cold, garlic bread was awful, cheese bites were squashed and cold

Staff are very racist u go in there no eye contact the talk in there native language too each other ,while waiting too be served. When they finally serve u they give really bad attitude. Your spending a good about of money for bad customer service and not nice food ..the bread was stale .

Standard subway, nothing exciting but does what it says on the tin.

We came in to the store almost after 1 year, we waited almost 5 minutes on the counter for a worker to finish her clearing up on the side before we been served, Ordered two veggie patty sandwiches and veggie patty itself was frozen cold my wife litterally had to remove the veggie patty from the sandwich to eat the bread with the salad i side in it. Staff aren't fully trained when it comes to taking orders or preparing food wether it is cold or hot food we ordered. Really disappointed with the food we ordered, not even worth of money we spent.

My Finger Catch salad did not have poached egg one it, so just a tuna salad really. All the rest was good

Great food, except the nachos/Doritos dish… that was just a lump of cold melted cheese, congealed and splattered with very strong tomato purée, leaving a lumpy dry mess of Doritos, congealed cheese and tomato purée, and it was not cheap. Very lacklustre dish but the rest of the order was fine.

Missing items - chicken teriyaki 6 inch. Obviously it’s too hard to make that sub and put it in a bag for delivery…

Had to collect from restaurant myself.Ordered for 8.30 I collected at 10.They said didn't have correct phone number even though they had address and email.So paid for delivery for nothing.

This restaurant has a lot of timing issues with this branch i have ordered 20:30 and the staff came and says we have closed dine in,why do you not put a clear notification for customers some times your app does not accept orders and sometimes your staff is rude and i will never visit this branch again owner or franchise owner has to pay attention for this,first time was ok but this time i will never entertain any more,staff says they closes dine in 20:00 and there is no such information given while ordering food ,while i take and sit on table staff comes and says sorry we are closed dine in 20:00 this is so rude and horrendous to customer i had previously email conversation with owner and this time i am sorry but subway Cambridge close aylesbury is worse to worse

driver very friendly. called to confirm which side of the building I am at. Very professional and lovely manner. As always piping hot food and really quick and easy service.

Never send the right drink you order or read requests

All sandwiches cold when requested them to be toasted and trying to get through to the restaurant to get it fixed always goes to voicemail - refund requested on this order

Absolutely furious with the subway service they got are order completely wrong all the fillings also sauce were completely wrong and not what we asked for wasn’t even toasted. We also asked for cheese and for it to be toasted this did not happened and then random filling were added m. The only thing that was right was the drinks and crisps! Absolutely furious then got the cookies wrong! Shameful and a waste of money we were really looking forward to eating it and I hated every bit of taste of it! Disgraceful subway!

The food was ok, but the 6 inch tuna sub was more like a 4 inch one as it was obviously not cut down the centre, which means whoever had the bigger half was the lucky one

Absolutely terrible! Our food didn't arrive, when we finally got through to the restaurant, they said they would get the manager to call us, but they didn't, so no food and no refund! Just be aware when something goes wrong they don't deal with it.

Do not ask for sweetcorn on Tikka sub, there was loads so I put in the bin

Staff was very rude. Starting telling how they have to count all the boxes that they cannot give the salad on side for a kid. Poor service.

Wrong sauce was put in my sub meaning I can’t eat it due to the taste. The pigs in blankets didn’t have bacon on most of them.

Two of the subs were not toasted. This happens every time we order tuna. Not impressed.

I can't rate full stars because of just how expensive they've made it to get delivered, but it was delicious and still warm when it arrived

the food arrived and the ‘toasted’ italian BMT was soggy, the nachos were stale and simply inedible, thrown all in the bin. this hurts to write as subway is one of my favourite options, but might think to go elsewhere now

Order wasn't as expected. 2 orders weren't toasted, 1 was missing cheese and mayo, 1 had peppers that weren't ordered.

Ordered the meatball sub. Meatballs were over cooked and dry. Because of this it gave the whole thing an off taste.

Staff always friendly and polite. Service can be a little slow at busier times but other than that a good sandwich shop

Half my meal for one is missing, no cheese my steak and cheese sub, hardly any sauce on my nachos it's all cheese , this is a really poor service and the phone number doesn't work, I won't order from there again very poor service.

Food was tasty, except we were sent six inches instead of foot longs...

i did not order any jalapenos with my nachos, but when my food arrived i had loads of them all over my nachos which made it basically impossible for me to eat.

All the sandwiches we ordered were good, however we had to ask for a table to be cleaned inspite of us being the only customers in the branch, and there were 3 members of staff who could have ensured there was sufficient seating for customers. The staff were polite enough though. We have previously been turned away from this branch (I think by the manager) as they didn't want to accept card payments as they had already finalised transactions on the card machines. So we settled for KFC instead. General attitude seems to be to just do the minimum, and not bothered about going above and beyond to leave a lasting positive impression

Why didn’t they give us an option to have our subs toasted ?
