Great food, staff are brilliant, always going to go back lol

Website literally states 'With all the fresh veggies and sauces you like.' When it came to finish creating my sandwich I was told that I would be charged extra for sauce. Having never experienced this before over the past 20 years of being a Subway patron I raised my concerns that this was not normal. I was told by the member of staff that the store manager had instructed them to charge extra for sauces as the cost of ingredients had increased. I asked where this charge was shown to customers and I was told it was not on display anywhere but they add it through the till. Not prepared to pointlessly argue any further and not wishing to have my sandwich ruined, I accepted the surcharge under duress. I then continued to payment when I realised that total did not add up to what I was expecting. When I requested the breakdown I was told that their fountain machine was not working and they were charging me extra for a bottled drink which I did not want, request or was not even told about until I queried the total. I tried explaining that I did not want a bottled drink and especially at an additional cost and their machine being out of order was not my problem. I was told there was no other option but to pay if I wanted a drink. I am incredibly disappointed by the service I received today. The receipt shows I was charged for a 'sauce dip pot side' £0.40. I did not order or receive any such 'dip pot' of sauce. I was also charged extra for a fault of the stores not having a working drink fountain. I feel have been mischarged under direction of a store manager who is looking to take advantage of customers to boost their profits.

I had the best subway experience I’ve ever had with Steafen last week. He was so polite and kind and he made the sandwich with so much care. Honestly it was the best! I don’t live particularly locally but will be back for sure :)

Staff not particularly friendly or helpful. Too busy arguing with each other than helping customers. Staff didn’t change gloves between meat and vegan orders, and were dropping bits of meat into the salad containers.

It's a very good experience from Subway Buckingham , Customer Service was good in there. Explain and suggest good taste and sauce. Thanks for your Service..

They barely give you any vegetables at this branch. Never seen such a bare subway sandwich before

Very small subway in the heart of Buckingham. No aircon working 🥵 and limited seating. Also, pretty sure they missed a meat from my Italian BMT 🤔

I shop at Subway Buckingham and I believe that it’s the best in town. The people there are always pleasant, and make the best Sub. The shop is always clean, the food is always fresh and the staff are friendly and courteous

I visited today with my little girl, we queued and were going to order, she was just looking at the crisps when a member of staff went off at me for not keeping my distance, although their was only one person in front of us, the store was otherwise empty and we had masks on.Instead of telling me politely he chose to give me attitude so I responded back even more harshly, which my family had to witness.Not what I wanted for on Easter Sunday but he left me with no choice.I did not expect this at all especially in Buckingham, I was only visiting for the day. If the manager of this store is reading this can you have words with your staff on how they talk to their customers.I will not be going back there ever again even if I'm on the brink of starvation, unless I get some form of apology.

Bicester Subway - please organise a staff day out to see a nice friendly store that fill your sub with salad without counting it out and where it feels like they want you to return. Well done Buckingham, we'll be back.

If not for the price, it would be 5 stars. Racked up £9.00 worth of footlong sandwich by just choosing toppings but it tasted incredible. Probably the best sandwich I've ever had.

It's one of the greatest establishments on the planet. Couldn't recommend enough.

Got there on a bus and the food in sub way was nice after we went to the Buckingham museum

We went for a quick coffee new years day. Very friendly and helpful staff and nice coffee at a good price. Will go back again one day soon.

Visited subway today and had an nice meal with reasonable service. But on leaving the restaurant was shocked to see a sign on the window saying we had eaten Halal food. I have nothing against Halal food and totally respect everyone's right to different types of food but surely a national chain should give a customer choice? It would not be difficult to have two different grills and give all customers a choice. I also think the type of food made should be more clear ie a sign on the till.

The lady that served us (Raimonda)? Was by far the best service I've ever had at a fast food restaurant. Advised us, helped us choose, made recommendations, chatted with us, remembered me from a previous visit and had a really bubbly attitude.

Polite and profesional service. No extra charges for cappucino with breakfast deal also unlimited salads included. Perfect 😀

It's amazing I love it excellent service

This has been my local subway for years, when they first opened they were great, and my family have been in and out for years. Always had great subs, with great service. Since new openership I’m presuming, the salad in my subs are off, the lettuce has a terrible rotten taste, and it’s always cold. When you go in the floor is filthy, there is cross contamination with all the salad boxes, the surfaces used to make the subs is absolutely filthy, with bits of food everywhere. The subs are half filled and I’m sure they have shrunk while the prices have gone up.The tables are all wonky, dirty and filled with non paying kids that just sit around their one paying friend so you can never sit in anymore. The drink machine is always bottom of barrel so tastes diluted. Really rundown subway. Based on how empty it is compared to how it used to be, I think a lot of people are not happy either.

Good customer service, and polite staff. Toaster was broken at the time though, something that can be improved.

Some of the worst service have ever had. I would give less stars if I could. Have the sandwiches made. Go to the till to be grunted at and told the card machine is broken. Why it wasn't mentioned before ordering is beyond me. Made to go to a cash machine, wouldn't have minded had know from the start

6 inches was a bit average to take in but a foot long was satisfying. Overall 4 stars

Compramos un Sub teriyaki y cuando llegué a casa todo se aparte con el pan empapado. Casi comestible y no más. No sé lo que provocó que fuera tan pasada. El personal aquí no parecen tener inglés como primer idioma o como tenía que repetirlo varias veces.

A fast food place, Food was poor and slow service for what they have to do. Much better go to somewhere else to have dinner or lunch.

Love the new refurb, and staff are nice too. Only criticism is the majority of the time it is full of school children buying just a drink so they can sit in there, and their language is rather undesirable.

This is not the largest Subway, but they offer the usual Subway deals and for a snack on the go it is an easy option. Gets very busy with school kids at lunch and after school.Staff are helpful

What can you say, The meal deals, I don't know how they can sell at the price.Only point is they could fill a little more , ompared to USA very skimpy on filling.
