Had nice coffee and cake in this café this morning, but very upset to find both toilets out of order. One toilet has been out of order for a long time. This is very inconvenient when you go in with young children. Why hasn’t this been fixed?

We called in here on our way home to Cambridgeshire for tea, cappuccino and lemon muffins. The decor was different to most Costas and it looked clean and fresh. The two girls serving were friendly and helpful and offered to take our tray to our table. Another customer volunteered to do it for them = thank you for your help, much appreciated. Then one of the girls brought the rest of our order over. Would call in here again if we are in the area.

Spent nearly £50 in food and drinks at the Buckingham Costa. The sausage was cold in the breakfast wrap. They forgot the iced coffee, tiffin and cornflake cake. At one point there was a queue at the til and there was no staff to be seen.

For the second week running they said the washing machine was broken and so it was plastic cups again 😡 Lots of chairs in the restaurant were filthy and hadn’t been cleaned for weeks. Staff were stood around talking. This Costa (town centre) used to be good but has gone downhill. We won’t be going back.

Great space to take a break in and just to have a chill. Staff friendly, and the coffee / food is great. Enjoy reading my newspaper, there.

The Barista coughed all over the screen whilst taking our order. Staggered to the sink and got himself some water and started to mop sweat off his brow and from his eyes. He started our ice tea without washing his hands by putting ice in a beaker. He got our cake from the counter then made the tea in another beaker without the ice from the first. The whole thing was slow, unhygienic and painful to watch. The tea truly terrible.

We ask for water and he gave us glass cups but we wanted to take out so we ask for plastic cups but he gave us no ice no lids and no straws and he told us that’s a waste of the environment and you’re too young to be knowing that. Why be selling plastic then and he was overall rude.

Took the family out for coffee and eats on Saturday afternoon. Arrived at 4.55 and the staff had locked the doors ( it’s supposed to close at 6.00 pm). Staff inside laughing and talking and when I knocked on the window they just ignored me. Wrote to Costa the next day to complain and they don’t even have the manners to respond. This has happened to me 3 times now at this store. Luckily Harrisandhoole and coffee No.1 are also in the town. They can have my business from now on.

Had visited today at 2pm on a Saturday afternoon hoping for late lunch and Christmas coffees to find the door locked very disappointed, will it be re opening soon, or shut for good? All was not lost as we went to Coffee #1 over the road which was excellent, super quick.service, hot delicious festive food and drinks, will use again and recommend 😀

Today was just a quick visit as I was waiting for a taxi. It was raining so I wanted to sit outside under the awning. That way I could see the taxi when it arrived. Barrista Matt wiped down a chair for me so my trousers wouldn't get wet, very considerate of him. Barrista Gergo made me an excellent almond hazelnut protein latte. This is my favourite Costa product at present. It is delicious and healthy, made with almond milk. Thank you Matt and Gergo, I enjoyed meeting you both. I'll call in again next time I'm in Buckingham. Superb service. Thank you!

This has got to be the slowest Costa I have ever had the misfortune to drive/crawl through…It takes forever.. lack of staff or lack of something…

Long wait. Not enough staff did a good job considering the challenges "Vegan bacon bap" basically cardboard on an incinerated roll -10 totally inedible £3.00 wasted

Good coffee but never clear tables have to diy clear tip get a clear table not ideal or pleasant removing other cups and trash and so appears grubby inside

im a wheelchair user and use this costa at least 3/4 times a week. and they are all very helpful with taking food and drink to the table for me. The drink & food is alway hot and tasty. i have been into alot of different costa all over the country and buckingham is the best. well done to all the staff.

Called in for a quick decaf latte and bacon roll before heading north to Stratford upon Avon on a coach trip. All fine.

Was served today by a very friendly female member of staff, who made one of the best lattes i have had, will definitely be back..

OK but then no different from any other Costa I've ever been to. The staff are friendly and do a good job. The place was clean, tables cleared quickly enough and Coffee the same as any other.

I had bacon roll and husband sausage in a roll. They were tasty but roll chewy- maybe slightly too long in the oven. Coffee was good and the staff are warm and friendly with a sense of humour which is always a nice touch. The cafe and toilets were clean and it’s the cafe I would choose in Buckingham.

Have to say the coffee here is the best in town and the service 2nd to none ,even down to the friendly chat with the barista (George) while making my order makes this place no1 for me Keep up the good work guys

I wouldn't normally write reviews of franchise operations, yet felt compelled to critique this one. Apathetic staff, low customer service care, cold pain au raisin, cold atmosphere. Unwelcoming

Probably the best espresso in the area, made by staff who know how to make a decent coffee, which is surprisingly uncommon around here, they don't rip you off if you want a single espresso. Good service, and always asked if i would like some iced water with my espresso, 100%, these guys rock.

Called in at 4pm with my daughter and six week old grandson. One young lad trying to serve customers on his own. The other employee was standing chatting to a gang of youths who had taken over whole section of shop. Didn't have a drink between them! Obvs friends with employee chatting to. The whole place reeked of 'weed'. Gang of youths sat around looking quite intimidation, usual uniform of hoodies up over heads etc!! Needless to say we made a quick exit! Place was being used as a youth club by weed smoking yobs!!! Sort it out Costa!! Terrible impression of your brand. We won't be back.

While visiting Buckingham for a few days 'rest-and-relaxation' with our DOGS, we tried to take coffee at this establishment only to be barred before we even got to the counter - because we have 2 small dogs! Our dogs would sit quiety under the table and make less fuss or mess than any children, but we are made to feel like 'lepers'. SOME Costa coffee establishments will allow us in with our dogs so perhaps Costa Coffee should 'standardise their policy' concerning dogs so that everyone knows where they stand? We went to The King's Head a few doors down the road where we were made to feel very welcome - and spent our money there instead.

When we went there were three young boys just standing around chatting before they noticed us. Burnt the coffee and took ages to make. Very unimpressed. Shame it was the only place open on that day.

A Costa is Costa. Staff fine, usual selection of drinks and snacks, bit pricey. Good as it is new and good selection of seating

An addition to the Town, a Costa Coffee, its not a large branch, and very typical of most Costa Cafes. Good range of food, good drinks, hope they do well and sit alongside the other independent outlets in the town.
