Costa Coffee in Aylesbury Vale

This Costa is tucked in, in the foyer of the cinema. It has seating in and outside and the cinema allow you to use their toilet facilities. The staff were pleasant and helpful

Great guy serving me. He had a technical issue with the till ut managed to deliver solution to my satisfaction evrn though store busy. I also saw him filtering the bin for costa cups to recycle. Definitely a cool guy and unfortunately didn't take his name. Thank you whoever you are. You are doing a great job. Keep getting loud siren noise from the speaker which maybe something to do with Tesco. Very loud and ruined the atmosphere. Please ensure it stops

Often served by Roger, who always has a smile on his face. He even knows my drink!! Yes it gets busy when the nearby schools have lunch, but I don’t think the staff could be anymore hard working and professional.

A disappointing tasting coffee. Was supposed to be a vanilla latte, but tasted like ultra sweet tasteless syrup.. was over £5 too.

The staff in here are really polite and friendly. Especially Roger, who makes a mean Skinny Sugar free caramel latte! And always takes time to speak to my children.

My wife and I usually use Costa venues for our coffee. Here, the staff were excellent even when i ordered wrongly. My coffee was changed from an Espresso to an Americano with no problems

Nice staff but unbelievably slow, in the que for half an hour with 5 people in front. Slowest costa ever, no apology for the wait

Coffee is fine and staff are very kind however whenever I visit this Costa the tables are so messy.

called at costa inside tesco's after we had done our shopping... they were short staffed but there was at least three people behind the counter... we shared a ham and cheese toastie.. NOT IMPRESSED as there is not a lot of filling... we had to have our coffee in a take away cup due to staff shortages!!!! tables were not cleared very quick either.. coffee was nice though.

Called in to the teco store Costa in order to grab a takeaway coffee whole we were travelling. We got to the counter at 15.30 store closes at 16.00 same as the tesco. Walked I to Costa where people were sat drinking walking upto the counter there was barriers placed across the till area making it quite obvious they were no longer serving. I was also scowled at by the three staff members stood behind the counter. Why have opening hours when the staff have no I tentions of following it

We stopped in for a bite to eat at lunchtime the food was very nice and the coffee was very good. The service was very polite and friendly. We will return in the future.

This review is for the Costa coffee in Tesco which I can't find on here. Very poor service level. Ordered 2 coffees, first coffee I ordered was a sugar free salted Caramel Latte. Was told in a very condisendng manner, we do don't sugar free salted caramel, w only do sugar free caramel. Thus sorted then asked for a caramel mocha. My partner waited for the coffee whilst I found us a seat. When he came with the coffees they were both in. Latte glasses. As I've had medium mocha in these before I tried a sip and realised it was a Latte not a mocha. My partner took the drink back with the receipt and advised the server that I had wanted and asked for a caramel mocha. The server responded that I had asked for a caramel latte as it said on the receipt. No Offer of making the mocha I had originally asked for, so. I was left with a drink I did not want and did not drink. I would have happily paid the difference, if there was any. I've been to many Costa coffee shops and on the odd occasion a mistake is made it is quickly corrected. I will not be visiting this Costa again and advise others to make sure that they check their order before they make the coffee. So. Much for making sure your drink is perfect.

Coffee shop is located at back of Tesco store serving the usual offerings of hot drinks, pastries, snacks and sandwiches etc. Although it occupies a relatively small area, there’s sufficient seating except probably during busy times. There was a queue to be served when we visited (and continued to be one all the time we were there) but the cheerful team worked really well together and service was quick. Tables were also cleared and cleaned promptly.
