Oasis Takeaway in Aylesbury Vale

Absolutely disgusting, nothing was edible, would put zero if possible. Kebab was pale, uncooked and soggy and for a weird reason covered in a slimy coleslaw which wasn’t stated in the menu. Salad was weird tasting, bland and dry along with being covered in that ghastly and sickly coleslaw. The chips were soggy, soft and DRENCHED in mayo. I also got peri chicken that was again, foul and unpalatable, tasted rubbish and couldn’t trust it after they messed up everything else. Only “good” things was the can of Fanta and the fact I ordered on Uber eats so didn’t have to leave my house.

Ive been buying food from here for years, then a late delivery of cold food non eatable food, a call to complain, they eventually agreed to a refund and failed to do so. Complaints by email to the company that handle their online orders ignored by customer services. The end result is they will get no more business which wa s 3/4 orders a month sometimes more. Can they afford to loose business, we ll they just have.

Best donner in Aylesbury! Also really delicious chicken Goujons. Must visit! Fresh and affordable, what else can you ask for :)

The cleanliness of this place is not encouraging. Large kebab only in name, it's actually a baby kebab. One of the worst I've ever eaten. I don't recommend it

Literally the best Kebab House ever, we travel 20 miles to go and have done for 30 years! As an ex club DJ I've tried a lot of Kebab houses!

Oasis staff are so kind and helpful all the time, I went in today and forgot to order drinks with the 5 meals I ordered. The guy went in the back and gave me a bottle of Pepsi, I offered money but he wouldn't take it I always order food from there and never had a dull moment The staff will always talk and make you feel welcome

Goujon n chips are the best in the UK! Masala fish meal was very tasty and an absolute bargain for the price. Staff were very friendly also.

Nice except I walk in as the guy on the counter spits his chewing gum into his hand and then puts it back in?? I mean what’s even the point? I didn’t see him wash his hands.

Never got order right ask something get it completely wrong not hard after 10hr shift last you want. Then put ice cold can coke in same bag so food goes cold. Never order again

Good food, cheap. All way's deliver a good meal. I turn up randomly, doing late shifts or early afternoon finishes.

I have been buying food here for years and suffered no ill effects! Anyway it's the only place that sells naan bread.

If i could leave no stars i would! When the food arrived it had coldslaw all over it which i was unaware they did and as i am allergic to dairy i couldnt eat shouted at down the phone and berated that i should of told them no coldslaw when i didnt even know it was a part of the salad. Awful people terrible customer service will never order again. I would avoid at all cost!!! *edit My Issue was that you shouted down the phone at me for 5 minutes. You were beligerant to me because i wasnt aware when you have Salad it would include coldslaw!!

Had a lamb kebab. Cheap donner meat which isnt hot upon receiving. Imo it actually tasted more akin to beef. Its one star for my because gi-ges and jfc offer the exact same type of cheap donner meat. Seems to be no desire in the area for any authentic kebabs, this is the typical industrial frozen blocks you buy wholesale with little effort made to improve its taste.

Ordered twice from here and they have been terrible both times. The food is mediocre but the worst part is that they overload everything on the menu with chips. For example a mixed kebab is 1/4 meat and 3/4 chips. They also do the same with coleslaw when you order any dish with salad. The aim here is to fool the customer with portions so they can save money and this is very visible. The sad thing is they overload these dishes with chips and coleslaw and they’re both bad.
