Food was bland, no flavour what so ever, I must have had a wanna-be chef cook my food, will not be ordering again.

Ordered spring rolls and sweet and sour prawns with cashews. I’ve had similar meals elsewhere - this has absolutely no flavour. Where was the sweet and where was the sour? The spring rolls were actually spicier! Also, the dish was super watery - and super bland. Please improve this dish!

Horrible food. Everything is overcooked. The prawn toast is burnt and rubbery. The satay chicken tastes revolting. Even the prawn crackers don't taste good, which I thought wasn't possible but Jade house managed it. Don't bother with this place!!

Egg rice was awful ! Can't eat it not fried and no egg for £5.00. Chilli chicken awful, the noodles were ok. So disappointed normal takeaway shut will just go without next time . A once a month treat. Never again

Over all very good. One item was missing but contacted the restaurant and they sent it over freshly cooked. We will definitely go here again.

Shocking wouldn't waste your time

Ordered takeaway from Jade House for dinner with guests around. Everyone loved it! The vegetables all seemed lovely, colourful and freshly cooked - with just the right amount of crispiness. The Singaporean noodles, satay, chicken garlic and lamb in oyster sauce were all delicious. Everything came warm. I requested strict separation of anything with nuts in and the lady on the phone was more than obliging, polite and made sure things were separated and labelled correctly. My only 2 gripes would be that the chicken balls had a little too much soft batter inside them and the pancake rolls had perhaps a tad too much bamboo shoots. However I’d still order them again! That’s how much we all enjoyed it.

My first time ordering from this place I mass say service was top!! Lovely food delivery was quick would recommend this place!

Took over 2 hours, driver said he forgot the prawn rackers and would return. That was over 2 hours ago! I was chartered for these and expect a refund VERY soon!!!

Ordered from jade house, food was great. They accidentally forgot my sweet and sour sauce but quickly delivered it with extras, great customer service and great food.

Ordered a Chinese on Saturday as had my family over, £84 worth!! The food absolutely disgusting tasted burnt reheated, no one ate anything we threw what was on our plates away, rang to complain to be told they wanted the food back, so gave back all the food that was not eaten over half and they refused to give a refund because I didn’t get the food out the bin!! Customer service of manager was appalling!! DO NOT EAT ANYTHING FROM HERE!!!!

Got told this is how chips and gravy is supposed to looks like. Took them over 1hr and a half to deliver my order and trust me I want be ordering again from them. I’ve tryed to put no stars on this review and it want let me so 1 it is but they really deserve minus 5

Food was ok shame I have been up all night being sick was always better when jade owned it herself in Elmhurst unfortunately I'll be pleased when this stops and I feel well again very very disappointed

Food was fresh cooked, tasty and arrived on time very hot.

Tasty food arrived early and hot. I tried the chicken wings, chicken curry and the chicken chow mein. All very delicious.

Used this Chinese for years,and never had a problem, however the last two we have had have been disgusting. We ordered £79 on Friday as it was a family get together and it was awful, the prawn toast was hard, the chicken balls was stale and soft, the noodles were black!! Very disappointed and will NEVER use this Chinese again!!!

25/08/2021 - ordered duck in oyster sauce, very disappointed had 3 slices of duck and the other 4/5 portions just duck fat no meat. Shame as local to us but will not be returning, value for money poor will not be returning. :(

I ordered the mushroom noodles and when they arrived I was so hungry I covered it in sauce and dug in! But... it was beef noodles and I'm a vegetarian 😭😭 was so upset, i rang and asked for new noodles and some sort of sorry, maybe a small refund to make up for it because I'm so gutted. But he refused any sort of refund because "sending out new noodles is already costing him".... even though it was their fault..... anyway, I've ordered from them often but this has upset and disappointed me so much, I won't be ordering or recommending to anyone

I would say one of the best take aways in aylesbury. Amazing food. Super fast delivery and the staff are so knowledgeable about allergies and so so helpful. Just give them a call and everything sorted AMAZING SERVICE

Have ordered three times now and the staff are always really freindly. Food quality is amazing and served very quickly. The chefs always listen to how you prefer your food and serve exactly how you ask. Can't go wrong

Horrible!! Don't order! Waste of your money!! You can also risk to get sick. Ordered via JustEat app and was excited, but when delivered and tried it... Shock!! The beef with green onions and ginger made me sick only from trying, i don't think they even washed that spring onion. The "special rice" was for sure from at least 2 days ago. The prawn with vegetables most sure was also either not washed or cooked since 2-3 days ago, the carrots were black not orange... I also cook at home, fresh, never ever had anything more horrible on the table. Will definitely never order again and i hope someone checks on this restaurant it mi ght not even be safe! Total waste of my money unfortunately

This is the worst experience I have ever had with a takeaway. When the take away eventually arrived after 2 hours, it had 2 missing items leaving us with 3 portions of rice and 2 mains for 4 people. I tried to call them over 10 times to make them aware of this as we had spent £40 and the phone just kept on ringing every time and then they closed at 11pm. Extremely disappointed. Even tipped the driver before checking our delivery was correct. Would never order from here again.

Ordered our dinner online at about 11.30am for 7pm tonight - called after it was 20 mins late - they said they had no idea when it would arrive but it would be here eventually - Did arrive after two phone calls and a very rude manager on the phone - arrived over an hour late and the food was poor - Will never order from here again

Missing items, cold food, delivery driver tried to hand me the food instead of putting it in the tub outside the door, rang to say about cold food and missing items, got the typical “it was just made” took over an hour for delivery, I’m 5 mins walk from the shop, nd then asked “well would you like the prawn crackers?”. Just useless. Never again.

Cold food. Watery sauce. Pre made chicken ball's with token amount of chicken in, that you can tell have been reheated in the microwave. Egg fried rice that's not been fried. Corners cut every where they can in expense of the food. Don't recommend won't use again.

The food was disgusting and when I ordered a Thai style chicken I ended up getting sweet and sour chicken! I called up to complain and get a real Thai style chicken and got the same sweet and sour chicken that I didn’t asked for! I called up to complain and ended up telling them that they gave us sweet and sour chicken Chinese style the continued to shout down the phone and was rather rude and abrupt on the phone and ended up hanging up the phone to us!! Deffo would not recommend this place if you want dreadful customer service! And food that you didn’t order 🤷🏼‍♂️

Just ordered for the first time and ordered a takeaway that included seaweed and this is what arrived, i feel like this is only half a portion. Shame as I was really looking forward to having more.

Horror food big chunks of not cooked onion in my sweet and sour chicken,had to mix it with some plain rice I had already at home to be able to eat it,horrific and strong smell of vinegar,chicken was not fresh was hard to masticate that,way to sweet and had big chunks of can pineapple omg just HORRIBLE!!!Defenetly not recommending it.It was just only option for us as it’s halal but....never order again plus the driver complained that struggled to find my address 🤷🏻‍♀️👎👎👎

I actually quite like the food from here, but more care is required when packaging food for delivery - the plastic lid on my chicken and sweetcorn soup had split/cracked and it leaked everywhere, all over the other containers and my sofa. Also, my chicken in black bean sauce leaked too. But otherwise, the taste if the food at is fine as well as delivery time.

Appalled is an understatement ! As this being my regular place to order from it will most certainly be the last time I order from them ! They have only delivered part of my order now basically calling me a liar ... chef and driver saying it was all in the bag ! Yes ... I'm sat here with my food going cold waiting for the rest of my order to what just get extra food! Ok... not happy at all.

Complete waste of money. We ordered 4 different types of dishes and everything tasted absolutely the same. There was a very pungent and disgusting taste of oil in everything. Nothing was even close to authentic Chinese. They probably keep use the same oil over and over again for trying...the food was disgusting and total waste of money.

Tried this Chinese as you did it need to make a £20 min order for delivery. It was the worst Chinese I ever had. Rice disgusting, chicken like rubber and chips not cooked. My 8yr old will eat anything and even he would not touch it. Would not even feed it to my dog and through it in the bin. Never never again.

They have excellent customer service and very yummy food. The staff are very nice. Cannot be any better honestly !

Chicken was either raw or really badly gone off for my chicken curry. Violently ill today. Not being funny these guys aren’t even Chinese! Just order from somewhere else, anywhere else!

Took ages to arrive and wasn’t worth waiting for. The chicken balls were soggy, thick and tasteless. Sauce with crispy duck was watery and had little flavour. I wouldn’t order from Jade house again. Worst Chinese meal ever.

I was put off my food immediately when the shredded cucumber that came with my duck was mouldy. I eat anything no matter how bad, but this was a step too far. Not to worry, I had chicken balls... which were abysmal, they managed to be crispy on the outside any soggy within. Surely my noodles would be ok?... maybe if they hadn't been covered in a vat of oil, but we will never know. I think it was the worst food I've ever eaten, and I once made myself a sausage stir fry at uni... I can't cook hence ordering takeaway, but I'd rather have eaten some lettuce for dinner, provided it wasn't from jade house, as then it would probably be mouldy.

Ordered several times from here the quality of the food and preparation of the food is very poor for what it use to be phoned them direct and they can't be bothered to answer the call to complain to them no option but to leave this feed back on line

I ordered a very basic meal, half duck ( shredded ) beef cow mein, chips with curry sauce, duck wasn’t shredded ( bones left inside ) also got home to find no pancake rolls, was told to drive back and they will give me a second duck for my troubles, arrive to be told I needed to bring the other one back. Then refused to give me the other duck as I hadn’t brought the other with me, Eventually handed it over, chips were cold, curry sauce was watery, on the plus side it made a perfect meal for the dog, Service was terrible. Never had a Chinese so poor. Very unprofessional, defiantly would advise to anyone even if it’s the only takeaway in town open.

Ordered duck shredded.. came whole with no pancakes. Called to advise error and all you could hear in the background of the call is the chef being rude. Agreed on a fresh duck WITH pancakes. Went to collect the food and was refused out corrected meal as we didnt bring our other food back (which was never advised) Food was cold, bland and never tasted a chinese so close to being called dog food. AVOID.

Ordered food for delivery, when it came the noodles were cold, the chicken skewers were over cooked, dry and cold also, some of the order was missing, rang the restaurant and was assured the rest of the order would be delivered but an hour later I had to call and the manager just said they were too busy told me I'd get a refund but I never did, very dismissive of the customer.

I’ve had some good food from Jade House before. But we usually use King Do. Decided to use Jade House again as they will deliver at the same time as Herbies pizza which is next door. What a big mistake. Curry sauce was completely tasteless I had vegetable curry, my wife had chicken curry. Sauce was extremely thin and Watery and there was no chilli in it whatsoever. Won’t be using them again.

Awful, tasteless food. Spicy noodles were just covered in curry powder. Chicken balls had no chicken. Garlic dish without garlic or any flavour whatsoever. Will never repeat experience.

I've used this takeaway on a few occasions and every time it's been fantastic. I always order through just eat and every time it arrives before the estimated deliver time which is always greatly appreciated. I've tried a mixture of dishes, all of which have been amazing.

Food arrived 10mins earlier than expected and as usual very hot, very tasty and no complaints. Food from here has always been good and have no reason to complain.

My normal take away closed down suddenly so I was looking for somewhere new. I was a little wary of ordering as the other reviews on Trip Advisor about this takeaway are not inspiring. However the reviews on Just Eat were much better so I gave it a shot.

The food tasted like it was tesco brand chinese food , so awful went to mcdonalds after The fried rice looked like white rice i can make in a rice cooker

We found this take away through Just Eat as our usual Chinese doesn't deliver and we didn't want to drive out. Suffice to say, we wish we had made the effort to go and collect from our usual.

This is a new Chinese restaurant - I love to give a new place a try, you never know when you're going to find a real gem!
