First time I see that the service desk in kfc roodly talking with someone, I don’t her name but she is behaving like a queen, they didn’t give me a straw with drink, if you go in Cambridge street Aylesbury outlet, I suggest you don’t go over there.

What the actual hell is wrong with these kfc workers, what planet are they on? Went to kfc with my boyfriend and the whole meal costs £17.. Quality of food is absolutely disgusting. Chicken and chips are super dry, dryer than dirt. The amount I got is unbelievably small! And even for a aero krushem is ridiculous for £2.49 way too small and is only half way filled. Not being funny or anything but when I get a refund I’ll only get given a £5 voucher for a meal I paid £17 and it was my birthday money. Nobody wants to be eating a prisoners meal. I don’t recommend this kfc at all. So much bs!!

The chicken sizes are tiny compared to a normal kfc bot sure why nothing bad but it's just super expensive for tiny portions of chicken and they don't even give you a free sauce when you have spent over £20 like I get you're meant to pay for it but 95% of kfc outside of London give you one for free

After 3 years, thought id give them another try. So was not worth it!!! Items missing from all 3 meals. Kids meals consisted of no chicken??? (It is KFC right?) No chips and no pudding? So was just corn and a drink?? Adult meal missing chips drink, chicken AGAIN!!! as we took away, didnt know until home and received no receipts so cant even complain?? Absolutely rubbish place stay well clear!!!

Uncharacteristically long wait for food of around an hour from the time of ordering (the estimated delivery time kept being pushed back). The food itself was tasty, but almost cold.

I recently dined at your restaurant. The food was tasteless and did not meet my expectations in terms of flavor and quality. The French fries was half cooked and very oily and a chicken was tasteless. My husband meal was very small portion. We will never go back. Avoid this KFC

The order was so cold we binned it Driver went to other side of Aylesbury first then had to come to the other side also the bag to keep food hot was unzipped the worst service I have ever had. Will never use KFC again and thinking not using just eat.

Food was good - some parts were pretry cold to heavy traffic. Most annoying though wqs the delivery kept rolling backwards in the app and was 20mins past expected time.

The food took an hour to arrive, when the food was collected by the driver he immediately appeared on the map in Bedgorve, nowhere near KFC. When I finally got my food it wasn`t hot, even the beans which are normally very hot were warm.

I ordered around 7pm, was given a delivery time of 7:20 - 7:40 At 7:25 it said do courier waiting food being prepared, then the delivery time was put back at least 4 times with the same status of food being prepared and driver waiting. Our food arrived an hour after the original delivery time and the chips and chicken were stone cold! We only ordered 2 boxed meals. Dreadful food and service!

I would Check how hot your food is before you leave! I did and my chicken was cold. I told the staff my food was cold they changed it no apologies.

Avoid. Drive to a different town. Minimal service and lousy food. Ordered table service then had to go collect my stuff. Told section was closed when I just sat down without notices. Toilets stink. Cold food clearly partly microwaved. No sauces offered. Just lousy.

The food is getting smaller. Not very hot. Overall, not great. I used to love KFC - not so much lately. Staff are almost blissfully unaware of customers. Feels like a factory more than a place to be served. I visited again 3 months later. Not sure why as I should have learnt my lesson. These pieces cannot be a ‘piece of chicken’ as they are very small.

The driver came late with delivery and then found out that some of my order was missing again. Rang the kfc shop where it was delivered from and they refused to supply the missing item. I asked to speak to the manager and they hung up. This is the fourth time items have been missing when I have ordered. This is not good customer satisfaction at all.

The chicken was not crunchy at all, no flavour and lack of seasoning! You guys need to bring it back to how the KFC use to be. Very disappointing!
