What the actual hell is wrong with these kfc workers, what planet are they on? Went to kfc with my boyfriend and the whole meal costs £17.. Quality of food is absolutely disgusting. Chicken and chips are super dry, dryer than dirt. The amount I got is unbelievably small! And even for a aero krushem is ridiculous for £2.49 way too small and is only half way filled. Not being funny or anything but when I get a refund I’ll only get given a £5 voucher for a meal I paid £17 and it was my birthday money. Nobody wants to be eating a prisoners meal. I don’t recommend this kfc at all. So much bs!!

The chicken sizes are tiny compared to a normal kfc bot sure why nothing bad but it's just super expensive for tiny portions of chicken and they don't even give you a free sauce when you have spent over £20 like I get you're meant to pay for it but 95% of kfc outside of London give you one for free

Quick table service. Food a decent standard. No complaints

After 3 years, thought id give them another try. So was not worth it!!! Items missing from all 3 meals. Kids meals consisted of no chicken??? (It is KFC right?) No chips and no pudding? So was just corn and a drink?? Adult meal missing chips drink, chicken AGAIN!!! as we took away, didnt know until home and received no receipts so cant even complain?? Absolutely rubbish place stay well clear!!!

I recently dined at your restaurant. The food was tasteless and did not meet my expectations in terms of flavor and quality. The French fries was half cooked and very oily and a chicken was tasteless. My husband meal was very small portion. We will never go back. Avoid this KFC

Due to having to wait for delivery as the driver went one side of Aylesbury then to the opposite side food was very cold not what you pay for

I ordered around 7pm, was given a delivery time of 7:20 - 7:40 At 7:25 it said do courier waiting food being prepared, then the delivery time was put back at least 4 times with the same status of food being prepared and driver waiting. Our food arrived an hour after the original delivery time and the chips and chicken were stone cold! We only ordered 2 boxed meals. Dreadful food and service!

I would Check how hot your food is before you leave! I did and my chicken was cold. I told the staff my food was cold they changed it no apologies.

Avoid. Drive to a different town. Minimal service and lousy food. Ordered table service then had to go collect my stuff. Told section was closed when I just sat down without notices. Toilets stink. Cold food clearly partly microwaved. No sauces offered. Just lousy.

The food is getting smaller. Not very hot. Overall, not great. I used to love KFC - not so much lately. Staff are almost blissfully unaware of customers. Feels like a factory more than a place to be served. I visited again 3 months later. Not sure why as I should have learnt my lesson. These pieces cannot be a ‘piece of chicken’ as they are very small.

Awful service. For the third time items were missing. They refused to send them when I finally got through on the phone. Staff are rude.

The driver came late with delivery and then found out that some of my order was missing again. Rang the kfc shop where it was delivered from and they refused to supply the missing item. I asked to speak to the manager and they hung up. This is the fourth time items have been missing when I have ordered. This is not good customer satisfaction at all.

The food was left outside the main door and they didn't even knock or ring the door bell, food was almost cold by the time I realised the app was saying it's already been delivered.

Just bought a bucket and apparently piece of chicken slightly larger than a wing are now acceptable! What waste of money

The bottle of drink was not placed with the order and we had to drive back after reaching our destination. Our time was wasted. The chicken had good flavour as it was seasoned well, the chips needed work as it was too oily and appeared limp and the taste was poor. Maybe the oil needed changing. Also, why is the blue light card only for online purchases?

The was guy named Amaan he was very helpful and also keel the surrounding clean the food was excellent and I had no idea that KFC had become HNFA Halal and very pocket friendly

You would not believe how bad the toilets were when I visited. It was like the scene in trainspotting. Absolutely disgusting. Food was OK, normal KFC standard, service was quick and accurate. Really let down by very poor hygiene in the bathrooms and all of the tables were covered in waste, dirty and ours was covered in sauce (that had dried). Bin was overflowing, so probably why people just left their rubbish on tables?

Food hyper salted and came with extra salt, no hot drinks available, toilets.... omg not a pleasant experience

I haven't been to this KFC in a long time and the toilets appear to be behind a keypad now, I have social anxiety so asking if the toilets are still there and acsessable isn't something I can do which is unfortunate. The screens to order from are also very high up, which makes the half sized option for wheelchair users still very difficult to reach the top options, the way it scales with that setting is also much harder to read. Update as I went again: the screens are still far too high for wheelchair users to access, something I was hoping would have been addressed by now, and as I was with my mother who was using her wheelchair and I struggle raising my arms we tried to find the option to do the half screen and it seems to no longer exist? We couldn't find it at least.

Food cold, portion size pathetic, chicken the size of an egg you haveing a laugh! And a burger thats got next no sauce or lettuce in. All in all feeling disappointed. And still hungry.

Been here for more than 20 times on this year and is my favourite KFC I ever eat in UK as I tryed different KFC’s in different towns.Professional staff, nice and cozy inside,staff is cleaning tables and floor frequently and orders didn’t takes lot of time comparative with other fast food stores, can’t complain about the wraps which are my favourite and which are made properly every time, well done for this KFC 👏.

Fine, typical KFC usual guys working who you can't understand half the time but otherwise decent with no issues.

Decent store serving fairly quickly. Good number of seats though it can get busy. Toilets are small but generally well kept.

I paid for wrap and didn’t get one

Unfortunately My zinger Rice box was not good, The vegetable's in the meal wasn't fresh, and on top of that, the rice was cold, The rest of my order today The 10th of April 2024 was absolutely fine. With two different meals I shouldn't have gotten two bottles of water, instead I only received one bottle of water. Imagine that, KFC I have expected much better from you. My first time ordering from you was absolutely delicious. And this is my second time ordering again, and I'm sadly disappointed, with part of My orders.

Cut the f prices not the portions. Check your food spec and don't use chicken wings to be counted as a piece for the bucket. Read your reviews as I'm not the only one complaining about your portion size. Have a look at my picture the left one the normal size and the right one a joke. Took 21/2 hours to deliver almost cold food had to microwave everything which meant the chicken was dry. All in all disgusting and will certainly not be using kfc or just eat again!

estimated delivery was 1915 then changed to 1930 then finally arrived at 1943. over twenty minutes after first estimate. food that arrived was cold and my four piece chicken meal was four pieces of the same chicken. no variety. overall very disappointing.
