drinks and dips not delivered, something is missing with every single order.

Just had a delivery of food chips were cold and chicken was so dry we could not eat it prob been in the warming cabinet and palmed off to home deliveries absolute waste of money .

My order clearly stated to deliver to the front door not the back gate, driver still came to the back gate of the house! chicken was very dry and tasteless, best part was corn cob, overall very disappointing, won't be ordering again

Very poor customer service. "Told" use them ordering screens, although never been a problem to order at the till before. Then left stood at counter whilst the same assistant wandered of muttering and sniggering to his colleague, not in English either which was very rude! Had to then wait for another assistant to be served. KFC Aylesbury need to teach their staff some manors and the English language! 1 star for rude/poor service !

ARRIVE HOT AND COURIER WAS POLITE

The delivery man sat around the corner on his phone. I know because I was watching him on the app and out of my window. My food was getting cold so I had to walk round to tell him to get a move on.

Yesterday i went to order 2 boxes of chicken wings ,when i gt the order iam asking for sauses the lady in the counter shes really rude .Iam not going to this shop anymore

Daughters Pepsi can was not delivered

when ordered for 7, why was it delivered at 7:20?

Really cold chips and gravy, dry chicken fillets but the BBQ pot was tasty. Nearly an hour to get here but not the rider at fault

The driver must have dropped my order! The bag had a hole in the bottom and was wet/leaking. The can of drink was dented and leaking.

What can I say but excellentthe delivery driver was brilliant.

ordered 3 different box meal none of the boxes had the right bits in and the fillet burger had a cold bit of chicken in wirh NO lettuce or mayo in so was very dry

The food is utterly unpalatable, the chips are excessively desiccated, and the milkshake resembles little more than a block of congealed ice rather than a smooth, indulgent beverage.

Food might have been ok if the driver didn't spend 30 minutes picking up and delivering another order before mine. Was stone cold on arrival

hadn't read the small print that the fillet chicken can be replaced with mini fillets which isn't major but I prefer bigger fillets delivery guy was polite and friendly

It's just a KFC, nothing special.

The food was never delivered even though the app said it had. I had to drive to KFC and complain, at which point they fulfilled my order.

Still a bit pricey for just 2 orders. Quality was good though. Delivery guy did his job well.

The food delivered was lukewarm at best. I had to put everything in the Air Fryer to reheat it. The courier also delivered the box on its edge so everything was messed up, including the beans which appeared to have leaked everywhere. Time to avoid KFC now as not the first time I've received cold food and upturned boxes.

Food was freezing cold, looking at the GPS of the driver they dropped off several other orders before coming to me so food was cold and tasteless

The food arrived cold, and for some reason, the driver appeared on the other side of town on the map before he made his way over to me. Maybe drivers should just focus on one delivery at a time, less chance of people getting cold food.

very poor from the restaurant, they didn't send 2 pieces of original chicken and a popcorn chicken. what's the point of requesting and then paying for something that is not coming. I would like a refund for the items that were not sent and have not come.

Great quality food. Staff is more trained up now and provide good service. Always use app to place orders as till experience was poor in the past.

Rubbish…. Food turned up cold and needed re-heating it was also missing items from both meal deals. Poor service for food that cost £45 - complaint and refund requested via order app and email. Not what you need after a busy return trip, when all you need is quality service.
