It's not the cleanest of places but it's okay

I would Check how hot your food is before you leave! I did and my chicken was cold. I told the staff my food was cold they changed it no apologies.

Avoid. Drive to a different town. Minimal service and lousy food. Ordered table service then had to go collect my stuff. Told section was closed when I just sat down without notices. Toilets stink. Cold food clearly partly microwaved. No sauces offered. Just lousy.

The food is getting smaller. Not very hot. Overall, not great. I used to love KFC - not so much lately. Staff are almost blissfully unaware of customers. Feels like a factory more than a place to be served. I visited again 3 months later. Not sure why as I should have learnt my lesson. These pieces cannot be a ‘piece of chicken’ as they are very small.

The driver came late with delivery and then found out that some of my order was missing again. Rang the kfc shop where it was delivered from and they refused to supply the missing item. I asked to speak to the manager and they hung up. This is the fourth time items have been missing when I have ordered. This is not good customer satisfaction at all.

Awful service. For the third time items were missing. They refused to send them when I finally got through on the phone. Staff are rude.

cold disgusting food, driver went to Manor Road instead of drive, ringing me to say I'm outside when he wasn't! missing burger! asked for leg and thigh pieces and gave me all the breast pieces, will never order from here again!

The chicken was not crunchy at all, no flavour and lack of seasoning! You guys need to bring it back to how the KFC use to be. Very disappointing!

The food was left outside the main door and they didn't even knock or ring the door bell, food was almost cold by the time I realised the app was saying it's already been delivered.

Just bought a bucket and apparently piece of chicken slightly larger than a wing are now acceptable! What waste of money

The bottle of drink was not placed with the order and we had to drive back after reaching our destination. Our time was wasted. The chicken had good flavour as it was seasoned well, the chips needed work as it was too oily and appeared limp and the taste was poor. Maybe the oil needed changing. Also, why is the blue light card only for online purchases?

The was guy named Amaan he was very helpful and also keel the surrounding clean the food was excellent and I had no idea that KFC had become HNFA Halal and very pocket friendly

All Food was cold.only thing edible was the chips and they were stale. Rice box was watery and wrong. Waste of money

Driver was rude and needs to work on his attitude. Food slightly cold but that’s probably due to driver. They should put the food in better packaging to keep it warm and secure.

You would not believe how bad the toilets were when I visited. It was like the scene in trainspotting. Absolutely disgusting. Food was OK, normal KFC standard, service was quick and accurate. Really let down by very poor hygiene in the bathrooms and all of the tables were covered in waste, dirty and ours was covered in sauce (that had dried). Bin was overflowing, so probably why people just left their rubbish on tables?

Food hyper salted and came with extra salt, no hot drinks available, toilets.... omg not a pleasant experience

I haven't been to this KFC in a long time and the toilets appear to be behind a keypad now, I have social anxiety so asking if the toilets are still there and acsessable isn't something I can do which is unfortunate. The screens to order from are also very high up, which makes the half sized option for wheelchair users still very difficult to reach the top options, the way it scales with that setting is also much harder to read. Update as I went again: the screens are still far too high for wheelchair users to access, something I was hoping would have been addressed by now, and as I was with my mother who was using her wheelchair and I struggle raising my arms we tried to find the option to do the half screen and it seems to no longer exist? We couldn't find it at least.

Food cold, portion size pathetic, chicken the size of an egg you haveing a laugh! And a burger thats got next no sauce or lettuce in. All in all feeling disappointed. And still hungry.

Been here for more than 20 times on this year and is my favourite KFC I ever eat in UK as I tryed different KFC’s in different towns.Professional staff, nice and cozy inside,staff is cleaning tables and floor frequently and orders didn’t takes lot of time comparative with other fast food stores, can’t complain about the wraps which are my favourite and which are made properly every time, well done for this KFC 👏.

Fine, typical KFC usual guys working who you can't understand half the time but otherwise decent with no issues.

Decent store serving fairly quickly. Good number of seats though it can get busy. Toilets are small but generally well kept.

I paid for wrap and didn’t get one

Awful .. didnt get half of my order, driver dropped the food at the door which caused a can to explode and ruined the food we rid receive and our request for a refund was declined!

Unfortunately My zinger Rice box was not good, The vegetable's in the meal wasn't fresh, and on top of that, the rice was cold, The rest of my order today The 10th of April 2024 was absolutely fine. With two different meals I shouldn't have gotten two bottles of water, instead I only received one bottle of water. Imagine that, KFC I have expected much better from you. My first time ordering from you was absolutely delicious. And this is my second time ordering again, and I'm sadly disappointed, with part of My orders.

Cut the f prices not the portions. Check your food spec and don't use chicken wings to be counted as a piece for the bucket. Read your reviews as I'm not the only one complaining about your portion size. Have a look at my picture the left one the normal size and the right one a joke. Chips portion tiny and cold and soggy Had to wait longer and delivery time kept being adjusted as they couldn’t assign a delivery driver

Food arrived cold,chicken was dry,chips were soggy and the garlic buttermilk sauce tasted off. Could not eat any of it

Took 21/2 hours to deliver almost cold food had to microwave everything which meant the chicken was dry. All in all disgusting and will certainly not be using kfc or just eat again!

Restaurant always sends incorrect order. Just Eat not prepared to do anything about it.

estimated delivery was 1915 then changed to 1930 then finally arrived at 1943. over twenty minutes after first estimate. food that arrived was cold and my four piece chicken meal was four pieces of the same chicken. no variety. overall very disappointing.

Driver was very unprofessional. He did not get out of the car to find the door. He was asking if we order drinks as well; he was very unsure of what he was doing or what order he is delivering. Unhappy with the service.

Our food order was wrong, we ordered 1 zinger box meal and 1 zinger supercharger meal and have the wrong burgers. Two fillet burgers came. To add to the late delivery and wrong food it was also cold.

Chicken wasn't cooked properly, one of my items was missing and when I tried to call there was no answer.

Place an order on Uber Eats. (5F293) 5 pieces of chicken, they send me chicken the size of chicken wings what an absolute joke! What a waste of my money. It wouldn't fill a toddler and it cost me a future! I will never purchase another KFC ever again Everything they sell is 60 % smaller portions and very expensive. What’s most annoying, you are not allowed to choose what part of the chicken you want, as a paying customer. I send a complaint via their app I will be contacting their head office for a full refund

To greasy and small bits of chicken not worth the money

I find this branch to be quite stingy with the portions. I once bought a 10 piece wicked variety bucket, and when I got home, I found that I only had 8 pieces of chicken, and they were all tiny... I would have taken it back had I not lived 7 miles away... They also like to 'forget' certain things like, for instance, a bottle of Pepsi, a portion of chips and gravy. It's just not good enough. !

The order was 1.5 hrs late. They rang my door bell 12:15am when everyone was asleep to ask me to collect the food, telling me it was still hot even after 1.5 hrs.

Rather, slow service as it's supposed to be fast food, but probably no worse than McDonald's.

Food was cold, had to bin it. Delivery took too long from point of order.(Just eat took a long time to arrive at KFC after ordering) Delivered by a guy on a bicycle so probably the reason it was cold. Usually delivered by Taxi faster & still hot.
