the food quality was not good at all

all good apart from one muffin, it looked like someone had stood on it.

would have been nice to have received my drink full, not under half a straw would have been a nice addition.

The food was cold and the burgers were hard and you tell they were done fresh the buns were dry

You know your food is going to be cold when the driver calls you to ask where do you live.

Order not as asked for , items wrong or missing

Forgot the straw which basically rendered the milkshake pointless. Food was nice. I am amazed that they we have more mistakes with food and instructions with digital ordering (where the order is written clearly) than we did queuing and ordering in person. Maybe by making the job too simple, brains don’t kick in? Either way this happens with all fast food…wait we can’t call them that because they take up to an hour now. I guess the food was good but the service always leaves a lot to be desired.

Stone cold and missing nuggets

Food was ordered and delivered within 20 minutes. Incredible!

Delivery driver was so late, couldn’t get it in time for the school run, so had to get someone else to collect the order

Late delivery and food stone cold. So disappointed

For start App randomly changed my door number so I was forced to call. Calling the number provided did noting just listen to the message-waist of time! And my order was mixed up I received partly wrong items.

Took over an hour for my order to be delivered when it initially stated delivery in 15 to 30 minutes. I ordered 6 chicken nuggets and only received a box of 6.

courier couldn't find us, yet we are easily found using sat nav. I also directed him when he called but it took ages for Delivery. He was local for ages and not moving so think he was delivering multiple orders. over £50 spent but arrived late and stone cold. refund request please

I am not completely happy with the order cause the coke I got the lid wasn’t closed properly,I received under half of my drink I should get my money back for the drink

Dog water service, took 20 minutes for a double espresso and a late, and had my brother age 20 years waiting for them. In retrospect I shouldn't get a latte from a mc Donald's with a shattered glass door.

Great courier - friendly & efficient. McDonald's however, needs to pay more attention to condiments ordered & remember to supply sugar & stirrer for coffee, & napkins, etc.

absolutely disgusted with the service we received today. Out of the order for five people all received was one box of chicken nuggets, one large milkshake and one box fries. The driver stated that was all he had to pick up. We had five hungry people waiting and all we received was enough food for the two children to share leaving the rest of us hungry. It’s not like we could re order as we are still waiting for our refund to be processed - so you have our money for a service you haven’t provided.

We ordered 5 chicken select large meal and the cheese share box - all the fries were stale, over cooked, burnt on the edges and not salted what so ever. The coke in the drink was half water half coke (clearly the syrup had run out) and the chicken was so dry my boyfriend basically almost offed himself Wouldn't buy from here again, broadfeilds for the win!!! :) xoxo

missing items and food was cold

ordered many times Mcd's last 6 months everytime we order the fries have arrived soggy and luke warm, I would say under done if im honest. Please leave the fries in the fryer for a little longer if delivering to someone, soggy chips yuck.

Ordered at 6.43pm on a Thursday night and it didn’t turn up until around 8.30pm. The delivery time kept on changing. It started at 7.10pm then its said 8pm then ended up with 8.20pm. When we did get the food it was all cold and the lettuce in the Big tasty looked brown and gone off.. The high street has always been quite good but you were definitely a disappointment tonight.

Couldn't get an online order right to save their lives. Putting the right shit in the right bag isn't difficult.
