Absolutely freezing not edible!!!

Order didn’t arrive yet says delivered

Food soaking wet, all the drinks were spilt and even soaked my carpets and the communal carpets. The delivery driver could have politely said it was leaking. Very angry.

lids had not been put on the drinks properly, so 1 drink completely empty, others only half full, no straws & food only just warm

most of my order was missing, food missing and toys. Got in touch to ask for help and haven't been given reply.

courier didn’t deliver food. claimed food was delivered.

Delivery driver should learn basic politeness. Didn’t say hello, just asked for code. Didn’t say goodbye or thankyou when it was said to him. Very rude

Order never actually arrived , driver marked as delivered , yet messaged me via the app to say he can’t find my property , then marked as delivered so I couldn’t reply . Shocking

Late, couldn’t find address. Bag was soaking wet all drinks spilt and also my carpet is now stained. Food is also wet!

my order was ok apart from the fact that one of the burgers had a piece of paper in it. I thought it was a bit of lettuce initially but on a closer look it was actually a piece of paper which probably came off the uncooked burger!!! obviously not edible so one meal was ruined. I have a photo and will return the burger to macdonalds tomorrow

awful delivery! we had to search the car park for them as they checked every door number opposite us but didn't check our side of the street. plus all drinks were spilt in the bag, it was a complete waste of time and money!

The doughnut I ordered was stale and past its sell by date. Sticker said ‘made: 14/03/25 @ 15:09’ and ‘discard: 15/03/25 @ 15:09’. I ordered my food at 22:58.

Food was nice and warm/hot, everything correct in the order, delivery time was spot on and delivery rider was great! Could not fault anything at all, spot on, fab experience!

I gave the code 0029 but have been delivered the wrong food. I have a receipt on the bag for Big Mac, fillet o fish, mcspicey etc… and not what I ordered. Got 2 young kids and we been out all day, so there starving so have made it work for them. But 2 adults who don’t like fish, mcspicey or big Mac’s, we don’t have much choice here.

The delivery driver was quick and efficient and very polite , great handover! Fantastic service!

I ordered a big mac with no onions, lettuce and pickles but it arrived with onions on it and two pieces of lettuce in the box where it looks like it had been scraped off.

Delivery was within timeframe but the food was cold. Can’t blame the courier because the drive time was as expected, was clearly prepared too early or collected later than expected or simply just gave us what was already done. Chicken was a joke, stone cold.

The fries were raw and not salted, the ketchup tastes weird and my mate’s cheeseburger had hair, do better.

Forgot the straw which basically rendered the milkshake pointless. Food was nice. I am amazed that they we have more mistakes with food and instructions with digital ordering (where the order is written clearly) than we did queuing and ordering in person. Maybe by making the job too simple, brains don’t kick in? Either way this happens with all fast food…wait we can’t call them that because they take up to an hour now. I guess the food was good but the service always leaves a lot to be desired.
