The best restaurants in Adur South East

This is a very friendly and charming little pub food is great ,the staff are very friendly and accommodating will tell people about this place

Went yesterday as it was Mothers Day. Tried somewhere else and they had a 50 minute wait for food. We decided to go to Carats cafe as had been before and always had a decent meal. There was hardly any wait although they were busy , the staff were so friendly and as a bonus, all Mums received a free big bar of chocolate. Well done Carats Cafe.

Buddha bowl, not that much and rather bland, delicious "smoothie" though but all round quite pricey. Its a little dark but a window table makes it OK. Wouldn't go back!

Amazing pizza, need to order more next time

Cancelled my ordered as said I was out of their area after originally accepting the order. So I ordered elsewhere but then they delivered the food. I rang to ask what was going on and they said they won’t charge me as it’s their mistake but still took the money from my bank! The food was burnt and looked rank anyway so it went in the bin as I had food from elsewhere. First a last time I will be ordering from here!

We recently held a 40th birthday party here with 90 people. The venue was spacious, children had plenty of room to enjoy the garden. The staff were friendly and very accommodating.

Awful and expensive. Bought 2 baguette rolls, one was chicken and bacon...but no bacon. One was a NY Deli...not great either but all ingredients present. 2 bags of crips and 2 drinks...just shy of £16. A real rip off. When I complained I was told that they all come premade so they were unaware...ok that's alright then! Bread was doughy and industrial...absolutely nothing to like and a rip off to boot. Avoid at all costs.

My mother is a member of the legion so I went with her for a Saturday night out. We got there early in a taxi as I was told it got really busy and we may have trouble finding seats. Well, weren’t short of a choice of seats, being told by the bar staff it was the middle of the month and it gets busy at the end of the month. There was a girl singer, she was very good and she was wasted as we were nearly the only ones joining in with the singing and eventually the dancing. Sadly the place lacked atmosphere but it is what it is and we made our own entertainment,

Went today at 12.45pm with a friend for a girly catch up and chilled lunch. Quiet atmosphere, due to changeable weather today wet/sunshine and it was Tuesday! Food great...had smoked salmon and crayfish salad, with fresh crusty bread and shared a side order of thick cut chips...omg the best! Very relaxed time left after 3 1/2 hrs. All staff helpful, cheerful and attentive 10/10.

Unfortunately I had my order cancelled with all the current issues. This was completely understandable and I do hope M&S won’t have problems long term as a result as most of my wardrobe comes from there! I popped in today and found a dress I absolutely love. Brown with white polka dots with a lovely fit. Le on the till was really helpful and went out of her way to help with a query I had. The store was sadly deserted. Although this made for a very relaxed shopping experience, I hope things get moving for them soon.

Lovely Ale house. The London Black is a great pint and serves well. Lovely to be in a pub where people chat as there isn't music and TV. (Apart from the live band nights) Really enjoyed it , will be back and not only for the London black. (Didn't mean to go all dr Seuss).

Overpriced, spent over £50 still £3 for delivery within a couple of miles...very late as well!

Great fast food and plenty of healthy salad .

Had delivery. Food was just average, no more. Prawn balls were brilliant though, tasted very fresh. No prawn crackers included for a £37 order which feels a little tight.

Unfortunately whichever staff member packed my delivery order was incapable of packing any of the 4 dips on the order.
