Awful and expensive. Bought 2 baguette rolls, one was chicken and bacon...but no bacon. One was a NY Deli...not great either but all ingredients present. 2 bags of crips and 2 drinks...just shy of £16. A real rip off. When I complained I was told that they all come premade so they were unaware...ok that's alright then! Bread was doughy and industrial...absolutely nothing to like and a rip off to boot. Avoid at all costs.

It is so wonderful to see how this venue has turned things around in such a short space of time. Hats off to the new team who have worked through some difficult challenges and come out the other side. Really fantastic staff and a decent cuppa, to boot. Keep up the good work guy...

We went to Harris + Hoole for drinks and a snack. Service was haphazard and the drinks were poorly made except for the ones already canned.

Friendly staff, very clean. Superb coffee ( their Mocha Coffee is the best I've ever had) great food freshly baked if needed. My favourite café.

I do like the coffee, but it is expensive for what you can get elsewhere. Sometimes it can be lovely and piping hot, others, warm. Not the way I like my coffee, especially if I've just paid £3.60 for it. I will not sit down in the cafe area itself because it's situated in the often chilly foyer of the Holmbush Centre. The high vaulted ceiling causes sound to be amplified, which plays havoc with my tinnitus. The staff that have served me so far have been very pleasant and friendly.

Rude American cashier, not helpful or welcoming, no trays for all or bits n bobs. The coffee was average and served like he was late for a meeting. £20 for 3 drinks and a couple of cakes.... maybe I was expecting to much

My mum has been going to H&H since it first opened next to Tesco. The drinks are delicious, I always go for a juice, hot chocolate, or an iced coffee. My parents are big coffee fans and swear by their flat whites. The cheese toasties are great, especially the ham hock ones. The staff are lovely, remembering my mums name when she comes in and knowing her order. It’s also a fantastic place to people watch😉 One criticism I’d say is that the men who work there don’t seem to be as good at making coffees as the girls!

Me and my wife first went here after discovering that starbucks had been replaced by a rather under supplied and lackluster costa, we honestly probably wouldn't have otherwise tried it. But we were wrong to have doubted it here, they offer a decent range of alternative milks and are able to make fresh vegan milkshakes and coffee that's considerably better than the competitors around. The staff are lovely and educated in vegetarian and vegan options and the price was good. The only criticism i have was that the milkshake could have been a little larger.

Ok so we thought we'd pop in after shopping, oh and we so wish we hadn't bothered.... pork and stilton sausage roll, not a good combo, I'm dairy intolerant and soya but there was nothing I could have... and the coffee oh my God it was so bitter and tasteless and it's so expensive, the staff are really nice though.

Conveniently located between Tesco and M&S, this coffee shop is a secret gem. The staff are always joyful and kind in a very addictive way. If you’re having a bad day, head on down here because it’s radiating happiness. Plus the coffee is made to perfection

Had a really good cappuccino from here and an amazing pre-packaged sandwich. The staff I interacted with were very friendly and helpful, despite it being a very busy lunch time. The reason for only giving three stars is that there were small flies crawling all over the cakes that were on display (and not in any packaging). I know this is “normal” (or at least I know that Costa have been in he news for having this issue too) but it really put me off trying any of the non-packaged food.

Great place to have a coffee before, (or after) shopping at Tesco or M&S. Lots of coffee /tea/hot chocolate choices. I like their skinny hot chocolate best!

We had seen this place several times and the aroma of good coffee was always alluring. We decided to go in for once. We ordered a large and a medium black coffee. Whilst the barista was making it I changed my order to a large and she then just poured another two inches of hot water into the brew. I told her she had just made it much weaker and she said that is what they do. The larger it goes, the more hot water they add. So we tasted them and they were weak and feeble and horrible, so we sent them back. She was not pleased and told us we would have to wait a long time for some filter coffee. We decided we would although we should just have taken a refund. The filter coffee arrived with a sneer and a snarl from her. It was well below par and not to be repeated. The place had several dirty tables and staff who could actually have cleared them It wasn't bargain basement by any means and it was not to be repeated.

First time of visiting this coffee shop. Walked by lots of times but ventured in. Coffee was great and staff very friendly. Didn't try any food but it all looked great. Atmosphere a little strange as in the shopping centre lobby and really did feel like an add on.

Although friendly staff our order was taken only to be told 10 minutes later they had run out and could we choose an alternative. In my opinion coffee and latte was average and food tasteless and overpriced. Wished we gone to Marks and Spencer cafe a few yards away. Located at Holmbush Centre Shoreham By Sea.

I love this coffee shop, even though it's in the middle of a shopping centre inbetween a huge Tesco and M&S with a Macdonalds behind it, it's a real haven! The coffee is divine, the food is delicious (if a tiny bit overpriced), and the styling is funky with interesting coffee cups! Staff are lovely too. All in all, a treat in a mad place but well worth a visit before or after the hell of a supermarket trip!

The staff here are lovely. We went at the end of the day and the girls who served us were very friendly. When we ordered our coffees we were asked if we wanted a sausage roll with this? This made me really laugh although it wasn't meant as a joke. The coffee is made fresh but it was just luke warm. To be honest, there was a sign up to say they serve their coffee at 60 degrees and to ask if it is required hotter, but I only spotted this after I sat down and didn't want to wait in the queue again to be served.I will return I'm sure. This coffee shop is in the Tesco Holmbush Centre so it's nice to have a proper coffee after shopping.

Back in the day extreme right wingers like neo Nazis, national front, edl and bnp used to openly hate foreigners at this wonderful establishment. Now they have to hide it and it's bloody shameful. Why can't people show their hate for non-white at this truly British establishment? This country is going down the pan with Labour taking over and giving people, including non-white equal rights. Well, I won't be drinking here again, because I can't wave my German WW2 flag openly in the club and it deeply upsets me.

Staff clearly are incompetent and stupid. If you are closed. TURN OFF YOUR DELIVERY MACHINE! it's not exactly hard is it. Otherwise we order and then it gets cancelled after my payment has been taken, just because your staff are too stupid and lazy to press a power off button.

Came here for a dinner for 5. Great atmosphere and decent priced food. Not really authentic, but tasty. Catered for a British taste and using local veg instead. Lovely staff, good drinks selection, good food. Curry could have been thicker but would come back
