The best restaurants in South East

Absolutely lovely Afternoon Tea box that was delivered to my door! What a wonderful treat and great service. Everything was so delicious and freshly made. Very professional and Colline is friendly and lovely! Highly recommended.

We were staying at the white horses hotel across the road but decided to pick up a takeaway breakfast so we could sit down by the beach. We went back for lunch and the cake and then breakfast the next day too!! The food is unreal!! The nicest breakfast I’ve ever had. The coffee is fantastic. And the cakes I will dream about……

I visit this fish shop at least three times a year (would be more if I lived closer!). Always assured of a warm welcome and friendly banter with the guys whilst purchasing excellent fresh fish. Quality is always high with the prices very good. Nothing is too much trouble for the staff here to prepare. Highly recommended. Will return soon. Caroline

Top notch flat white. Very good staff members all working hard. Didn’t get food but it looked very nice as it was coming out of the kitchen.

This Kabab Van is awesome. Me and my friend have been using it for a number of years. Food is great and the price is fair the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable.

I went yesterday and it was awful, quite frankly. Chips very overcooked. I like them crispy, but with some softness in the middle. These were past crispy into hard, with no squish left. I had a battered sausage too and whilst the sausage itself was quite nice, the batter had obviously been sat under the lights all day and was rock hard and dry rather than crispy.

Amazing, the food and drinks were delicious. The service was great, definitely my new favourite place. Small but beautiful what more could you ask for

First and last time using this company. Thought we would give a local business our custom instead of one of the big pizza chains, but lengthy delays ordered pizza at 6:50 with delivery time of 7:45 phone them up at 8pm to ask when its being delivered and it hasnt been cooked yet. This is why people stick to pizza chains that have delivery trackers. Why not let customer’s know there is a delay to prevent us ordering why have time slots when you cant stick to them.

What a fabulous find this place is. Friendly atmosphere, helpful staff and the food is exceptional. And I really do mean exceptional. The pies are actually made on premises and are packed to the brim with meat. None of your puff pastry lids floating on a sea of gravy here. The chateaubriand, cooked to perfection, was the best I've had anywhere. The vegetables were delicious. Stayed in the Desert Orchid room which has a large, very comfortable bed. The pictures tell you everything you need.(Recommended). We'll be coming back again soon, for sure.
