Simple, spotless chip shop selling the best fish & chips you'll find anywhere away from the coast (and better than many coastal ones too). Price is good. Batter is great. Chips are cooked to perfection. Love this place.

The BEST fish and chips I've had in the UK! Travelled all the way from Asia to try out their specialties and they definitely did not disappoint. Haddock was humongous and the chips portion was very generous. Paying for the additional sauces was also one of the best decisions ever - the flavours from the fried batter on the fish accompanied by the tangy tartar had a party in my mouth. Service was fantastic as well, the staff were very knowledgeable about their dishes and gave great advice on which fish I should be choosing! Overall just an amazing experience and I'll definitely come back again for more!

Marlow is a dump when it comes to Fish & Chip shops. Google search revealed a highly-rated option at Pinkney's Green which is 3 to 4 miles away. It was a really good decision to make the detour as I had the freshest fish & chips which money can buy. Full credit to the business owner.

Club uses every Friday in summer. Between 9 and 14 portions. Exceptional service. Crispy batter, amazing chips. We will be back next year.

Very good batter on the fish. Best 😂 in Maidenhead. Cod is very nice and great portion size. Chips are very generous and well cooked. Battered sausages are well cooked with great batter. I wish you could get a posh one made of a Lincolnshire sausage or similar but no one does that. Or a spicy batter! The fish cakes are standard fish cakes which I am not a big fan of. You can order In advance at none busy times which I would recommend. If they don't answer it probably means there is large queue so maybe go later. This is our new goto chippy in Maidenhead. The service is great as well and friendly. They also wear masks while cooking food so it is very Covid secure.

Worst ever fish and chips. Too cold, the batter stayed on the paper it was wrapped in, just as well as it was raw in places. Oily, oily, oily and £28! Never again.

I've been using Pinkneys Fish Bar for years, that in itself speaks volumes. My family also use this Fish Bar. Jenny who owns and serves is a lovely lady as is her very pleasant husband. The food is good and my preference is for Haddock which is fried as requested with light batter and the fish is dry. Chips are always freshly fried. There is a Good selection of other foods, nibbles soft drinks etc. Can't compliment them enough.

Was nearby today and randomly decided to have some fish and chips and I’m so glad it did! This was so delicious. I had haddock and small chips and the haddock was beautifully cooked, nice crisp batter not soggy at all with a lovely flavour and the chips were perfect. I’m sure I’ll be back!

We’ve been to every chippie in Maidenhead, and this is the best by a long way. It’s out of our way, but we’ll make the effort since it’s so much better than everywhere else. The fish is really well cooked, and the chips are fantastic. Highly recommended.

We are down from Scotland staying in a tent and found this chippy. If you love your fish and chips this the place to go all I can say is wow best fish I have had in a long time. When we come back next year I will be going back. Friendly staff and everything was cooked fresh for our order.

Having moved from marlow where we supposedly have 2 of the best chip shops in the area (marlow bottom & flack well heath) I was nicely suprised to discover this chippy. Fish is really fresh and you get a slice of lemon. Nice touch. Best chippy ++++
