Very friendly services. It's a very cold day and the owner closed the door and adjusted heater immediately knowing we felt cold. Ordered pasta and pizza. The former is slightly better. All in all very pleasant experience!

Visiting Windsor with friends for the day, called in on the off chance for an evening meal. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, exceptional food and well presented, would definitely recommend

I was visiting Windsor from Glasgow for a business trip and popped in here for my evening meal. The meal was delicious, all freshly cooked, excellent value and service was brilliant. I'll be back here for sure the next time I'm in Windsor

The absolutely best dining experience during my trip to the UK. The manager (could be the owner), greeted us at the door and made us more than welcomed. He kindly answered all our questions and made great suggestions. We got the lamb chops and sirloin steak. I’m not a lab chop expert but it has been one of the best chops I have ever had. Perfectly seasoned and cooked. The inside was clean and soothing. I will definitely dine here again when in Windsor next time. Hidden gem not to be missed.

The experience that my friends and I had here was wonderful! The food is amazing, but the people running this establishment are what made it phenomenal! We were visiting from the USA and could not have asked for a better meal experience after walking hours through Windsor Castle. We ordered the 3 course meal option. The appetizers, lamb chops, steak, apple pie, and tiramisu were mouth watering. Luigi and Serge (not sure of spelling) were fantastic hosts. I loved the fact that this is a family owned business and they took care of us as if we were family. Delicious experience and a must visit. We will certainly be coming back when we visit again.

Such a sad place! I stopped using TripAdvisor as it’s plagued by fake reviews. Until today, I hoped Google reviews were more immune to these scams. This bistro is rated 4.8 but the quality of food is far below any acceptable average. I feel actually sad as their service is rather pleasant as if the waitress was totally unaware that the food she serves is mediocre. Budget supermarket freezer comes to mind. Nothing fresh, nothing tasty and sadly I don’t think this bistro has any future in the culinary scene of Windsor.

We had lunch after seeing the restaurant's high rating. I ordered Dolma, a Turkish dish which is rice stuffed peppers. The food was tasteless, but I didn't mind as I was hungry until I found a thick black hair in the rice stuffing. My partner who was halfway through his plate couldn't continue eating either. They removed that dish, dolma from the bill when I showed the hair to the waitress, though. In short, I don't recommend it.

We came here for a short stay of 2 days and we dined on both days. Food is excellent ! their meats are really good and we also tried the Chicken Mushroom speciality which is super delicious. Also a heads up for the Lamb Chops, just WOW. Also the owner is super friendly and a nice guy. Good value for money also. 100% recommended

I ordered the Pesto Pasta Alfredo for my lunch dish. It was a perfect light and refreshing pick-me-up after walking the castle. For dessert I ordered the cheesecake and it was delicious. Overall, my experience at Park Bistro was nothing short of exceptional. I wholeheartedly recommend this charming gem to anyone visiting Windsor. I’m already looking forward to my next trip to the UK so I can return and savor these dishes again!

Definitely not the experience I expected from a restaurant with such a high rating. The food was average at best, and the service was lacking. I informed the staff that I could not eat onion or garlic and specifically requested that my linguini with prawns be made without onion. Unfortunately, the dish was served with onion, causing me significant discomfort for the rest of the evening. It’s quite unprofessional not to accommodate dietary requests, especially when I’ve been clear about my needs. Most places communicate clearly when modifications aren't possible.

Our first time at Park Bistro … and it definitely won’t be our last! The food was beautiful, accompanied by the amazing service we received . The owner was attentive along with his staff . He was Very friendly, adding to the already great experience . Also has a chocolate brownie to die for !

Really disappointing experience today at lunch. Claim to be allergy friendly but they don’t understand anything about cross contamination and brought me a meal that has been cross contaminated with other meals even after assuring me they would cook it separately. Feel like we were putting out the staff for our questions, they lost their patience and just came across like we were a nuisance. Food quality is average - something you could cook up at home yourself. 1 toilet for the whole restaurant is also ridiculous and not sure if that’s even legal for its capacity? Overall would not recommend due to poor quality food and poor service - they don’t care for allergies either

Ordered the ribeye medium-rare, and this absolute horror came out. The server was nice enough to take it back to the kitchen to make sure it was a ribeye, and confirmed it "100%" is a ribeye. Right. The chips were also obviously from frozen and tasteless. Paid for my overpriced wine and left. I can only imagine they must have paid good money for bots to get a score as high as they have. Not going back.

Visit Park Bistro on a Saturday night, Serge is our waiter super friendly guy! We had a bottle Rose with the calamari, lamb chop, spaghetti bolognese, and apple crumble. Included service fee come In total 94GBP, worth for the good food and good services. If we visit again, we will go back to eat again!

Last minute decision to pop in. Very glad we did. I had pan fried chicken with a creamy mushroom sauce and sauté potatoes .. It was delicious ! Our little one had pasta with a tomato sauce.. He ate it all . My other half has pesto pasta .. also delicious. Highly recommend

I bring my family here for lunch during weekend. We were looking for grilled food and walked pass the restaurant where owner was outside greeting us. We order grilled seabass, fish and chip , chicken salad, squid, and drinks. Service was excellent, fish was very fresh, and delicious. Environment was enjoyable and pleasant. All in all, definitely a great place for family, tourist or any kind of events.

Went to Park Bistro for Dinner after reading 5star reviews. After starters arrived it was clear they were frozen quick meals that were awful and immediately we worried about main course. Main course delivered by kitchen staff and just looked terrible for a £30 meal, was so disappointing we asked for the bill and left, waiter could see meals were hardly touched but brought card machine for payment whilst removing plates, £100 completely wasted (2 drinks, 2 starter, 2 main) truly ruined my evening. I hate complaining however i wish I did, no questions of how meal was. Please don’t fall for the reviews like we did.

The staff was super friendly and accommodating. Not a given when you show up with a toddler. The Cote de boeuf was incredibly tender yet flavourful. The sauce on point, supplementing the steak without hiding its flavour. The ribs were falling off the bone as promised. The tiramisu was rich and thick. Genuinely surprised we managed to eat everything. Chargrilled bread always is a wonderful surprise. New favourite in town!
