Park Bistro, Windsor in Windsor and Maidenhead

This was a wonderful experience. We came for Mother’s Day, 3 generations of mums and the food and service was second to none. Sashi and all staff went above and beyond to make the afternoon special. Thank you and we are planning to come back very soon

Can't say it was awful, but I definitely don't understand the high review scores. I ordered a salmon with baby potatoes. Quite frankly, I found it overly priced for what it was which I guess is why the disappointment. It was bland, potatoes and broccoli also barely had any salt and flavor. Ordered still tap water and got a bottle instead. Salsa music and Shakira made no sense for the place ambience, it was just overall strange. Maybe other dishes are better? Idk but I left feeling ripped off.

🔥 Great Atmosphere, Great Service, Great Food

Went for an early lunch and the place was empty, but we got pretty good attention. Tried the lamb chops, bangers/mash and Pollo Pizza. Everything was pretty decent. Prices and portions were reasonable. Mashed potatoes were meh. Could be an option at Windsor. They have a pretty diverse menu.

We had the absolute pleasure of dining at this lovely family-run restaurant last night, and it was such a wonderful experience. The food was absolutely amazing—full of flavor, beautifully presented, and clearly made with care. What made it even more special was the staff; they were so welcoming, attentive, and genuinely kind. You can really feel the heart and soul they put into the place. I would definitely go back again—highly recommend!

Decent average restaurant but not worth the 4,8 rating the restaurant has today. +\- 13% service charge to the bill is not worth it. We did not have to pay this after complaining about this.

We happened upon this lovely restaurant on our first night in Windsor. Food lovely- we had hawaiian pizza and ribs. Desserts also lovely. Owner very attentive and service excellent.

Low food quality. We ordered fish chips, ribs, and pasta. They were like microwave food.

Ordered a fish and chip, it was soggy and not fully cooked. I showed the waiter although he offered to bring another one, i could not trust their quality control. I will never visit and advice others to be cautious.

The service was nice. Our waitress was kind and patient. However, we found the food to be very underwhelming. Everything looked like it was store bought and warmed up in the microwave, it tasted like it as well. We can only hope that the chef was sick and that they had no other choice, otherwise I don't know how they gained a 4.8 star review. For what we were served, I think it was incredibly overpriced. It would have been cheaper to go to an asda and get a frozen meal to warm up at home. We ordered prawn linguine and it was bland, somehow the pasta tasted better than the prawns 4/10. The "Fall off the bone pork ribs with barbecue sauce" is also quite mediocre. It looks as if they bought it from Costco and drizzled some too-sweet bbq sauce over it. The ribs by themselves were quite good, not 4.8 star restaurant quality though 6/10. And also the fish and chips The fish was soggy and also just bland and underwhelming, could be better 5/10. The best part of the meal was the bread and the chips, maybe also the drinks. For the whole meal, it was 70+ pounds for 3 mains, a starter, and 2 drinks. Scandalous. Overall, I do NOT recommend this place. Go somewhere else.

Fish and chips wasn't great at all - the worst I've ever had in my life. I've had better oven food. In fact I think the fish and chips were frozen. The pasta dishes looked like pasta you'd serve to kids. I'm shocked by the good reviews, I think they're fake and bought. I'm embarrassed we took visitors from abroad here. Tourist trap. Bring back Francesco's.

We went here after getting engaged at Windsor Great Park on 26th March. It was literally just us at 12 and I think our server who was called maybe luigi and the owners brother was lovely and really looked after us

A very pleasant surprise in the heart of Windsor, just a stone's throw from a convenient covered car park and the castle. There is a children's menu, which is always appreciated, and the general quality of the food is very good. In addition, the staff is very friendly and the service is fast, everything is really great.

Amazing birthday meal with family!

This place was just the best, service was kind and timely, the food was amazing, absolutely the best Bruschetta I have ever had. The pizza was perfect, crispy and tasty.

The bruschetta starter was delicious. It is a must if you stop in for a snack or wake up your appetite! The pizzas were great (my family were loving them), but I wanted the chicken and mushroom linguine. The wonderful, subtle flavors were divine! The pasta was perfect by itself, and adding the rest made for a tasty treat this afternoon. Luigi greeted us and was very attentive. He was very nice and helpful with all our questions. Thank you Luigi!

The food was okay, my steak was a little bland but cooked well. Kids had pizza which was good. My wife's vegetable casserole was quite oily and a bit disappointing. My dad really enjoyed his lamb chops and the sea bass was cooked really well. Dessert was decent too Staff were great, really friendly and accommodating.

Considering the location, and how some places might exploit it, this was good value for me. Music played was a good mixture of genres and at a nice volume that added an atmosphere but didn't ruin the dining experience. The gentleman serving was very polite and even I was dining alone he did not expect me to be on a smaller table. I would heartily recommend this place, and delighted to say I had a Lovely Lamd Lunch in the Centre of Windsor.

Wow, that was the best burger that I have ever eaten!!!! I popped in for a quick cheeky burger after reading google reviews and I was very pleasantly surprised. I received a very warm welcome and the waitress was very pleasant. I ordered the burger (cooked medium) and a black Americano. The Americano came and it was a pleasant medium roast, very well made with the water at the right temperature (not burnt). The burger came shortly after and I was not expecting a full-on, thick, 8oz slab of locally sourced beef that dwarfed the brioche bun. With the first bite, I was in heaven. This was the best and juiciest burger that I have had around this area by far. I was able speak to the owner who proudly told me about the history of the restaurant and that all their dishes use a local butcher for their meat. I will return to hopefully try their Italian dishes providing I can resist that wonderful burger (of which I will be ordering again). Thank you so much for taking so much pride and care of the food that you serve. I will be back.

I might have perhaps spiced up the kofta a little more. But the squid and the calamari were delicious and we ordered them twice.

Service was good and the staff very friendly, can't fault them. However the kitchen didn't produce, my steak was very mediocre, the lamb shank came out without mint sauce, the pizza was terrible tbh, better pizza from a supermarket. The starters were nice though, just the mains were very mediocre. But really in considering the price point.
