Delicious pizza with a twist on traditional flavours. We love the fact the team here source local produce (including beer and gelato!).

Customer service was 10/10, the dough was super fresh, and we had the special, which used locally sourced meats. Would definitely make a visit if you're in the area

Great place, delicious pizza, friendly service and a great vibe. We went to Knead for the first time yesterday and will definitely go back. Pizza toppings to suit all tastes. Great to read about their local sourcing of ingredients too. One of the things I love the most is the simplicity of the menu - they are pizza experts and they stick to their expertise! Go and try it

We had a great time at this new pizza place in Maidenhead. Staff were friendly, and the food was fantastic. We really enjoyed our meal, and the Tiramisu was heaven. We highly recommend Knead and will be returning.

Such a great place, fresh basil growing up the walls!!! Pizzas were so good, lots of toppings, all local ingredients where possible and so tasty. We were greeted at the door, we had a great waitress who was happy to make recommendations and also understood our dietary needs. Really fabulous, we will be back to try more of the cocktails, next for me is the limoncello spritz

Service non existent. We were not offered drinks properly, plates not cleared off the table, deserts menu not offered. Not a pleasant experience over all. Pizzas were ok. Would not recommend as a place to go out.

We visited as a family of 5 on a mid-afternoon, it wasn’t busy so we were seated straight away. As a family we love authentic Italian pizzas & we were really excited to visit. It wouldn’t be fair to say it wasn’t good, the pizzas were ok if slightly undercooked, & the service wasn’t bad but just not particularly attentive. Overall it was ok.

10/10 amazing pizza and great customer service

5 star all round. Full flavoured dough with great texture and clearly made by people who know what they are doing and care about the product. All Topped off with great service.

I am quite a fan of pizza, especially Neopolitian style pizza, and this place certainly didn't disappoint! A menu with the classics but some interesting twists it was hard to chose but we had two brilliant pizza's, lightly crispier on the base than some Neopolitians but still true to style! Handling the dough is an art and the pizziolas here certainly knew what they were doing. The decor and atmosphere was great too, I especially liked the growing wall of basil plants as fresh additions to the pizza. We had a great reception by,I assume, the manager/owner, and we're interested to know that many ingredients are locally sourced and there was an environmental consideration too. Followed up with checking we enjoyed the meal afterwards was the icing on the cake for a fabulous pizza experience!! 10/10 we'd definitely go back!

Been 3 times and don’t have a bad word to say. Food is always 10/10, highly recommend getting the hot honey and pesto mayo. Keep an eye out for the specials board. Great service.

had a lovely meal here with my two young children then one of the staff members managed to drop an entire pizza on my 6 year old daughters head then proceeded to drool in my wine absolutely disgusted on the other hand my sargeant scoville pizza was delicious compliments to the chef

Overall the experience was very pleasant. The staff are incredibly attentive and very friendly. The food was to a very good standard. Very fresh. Not a huge menu selection, which shows they dedicate themselves to doing what they do well. I can imagine the atmosphere being stale if it wasn't busy, as the room isn't big and there is a bit of a 'bare' feel to the place. Your conversation would echo about. I feel they could fit out the place better. Maybe have some booths. Some more plants or furniture to make it feel less of an abandoned office/shop vibe.

Knead Neapolitan Pizza in Maidenhead offers excellent pizza, but the waiting times for orders and bills are a bit lengthy. The customer service is friendly, and the atmosphere is pleasant. A subtle adjustment in the music volume could potentially elevate the overall dining experience. However, my latest visit was disappointing. Despite more than half of the restaurant being empty, we were asked to sit outside, which seemed unfair as it appeared that only online bookings were given indoor seating. Additionally, the pizza this time was not up to the usual standard and was noticeably worse in taste compared to previous visits.

As an Italian, I can say this is great pizza accompanied by great service. I’ve eaten here a few times already and it never disappoints. Highly recommended. La pizza direi è molto buona. Se siete alla ricerca di una pizza contemporanea abbastanza autentica, questa non vi deluderà.

A great new addition to Maidenhead town centre. Delicious pizza, friendly service and family-friendly. We went with a 1 year old and we had plenty of space for the pram, access to a high chair and he loved his smaller size margarita pizza. Particularly enjoyed the antipasti selection and the blood orange mimosa. Will definitely be back.

Went here for to celebrate a friend, easily 20+ people on a Sunday night, any waiters would have been tired by now. However, the waiters put up their best effort and were really kind despite our large group. The pizzas are some of the best you can get in the Maidenhead and were quite quick in terms of service. The deserts were nice, just nice. However there was a really nice coffee and gelato desert. Definitely coming here again.

Thr pizzas were great, tiramisu did not look like it does on their website and was served in a glass....it was just ok. The atmosphere was quite good.

Been coming regularly for the past 10 months and used to go when they worked out of the crafty tap when I lived in Marlow and Knead keeps getting better and better with all the new food offerings and creations that they put out. Every new thing they put out is well thought out and tasty as F. The new focaccia sandwich is a 10/10. Had the cheesesteak steak focacci sando last week and I can’t stop thinking about it. So much so that I’m writing this review a week on at my office desk. Had to go back to the excel spreadsheet to budget for a weekly sando. The Detroit night was such a great time as well. Hoping the cheeseburger pizza and the Birria pizza make their return soon. Keep up the great work!

Best pizza I've had in maidenhead, great vibe, the staff were so friendly, my daughter wanted dough balls but shaped like bread sticks, appreciate it wasnt on the menu but the chef went out of his way to create it anyway. 10/10 experience thank you Ollie and the team.

Great pizza - all really tasty and great variety - and local beer. Really family friendly and I'm sure we'll be back in the not too distant future. Was a bit quiet when we visited and could have been more buzzy, but still a lovely atmosphere.

Without a doubt the best pizza in Wycombe/Flackwell Heath. Saves driving to Hanwell which used to be a monthly occurrence. Four years on and I visited the Maidenhead restaurant last night. I was very disappointed. Ordered a margarita with buffalo mozzarella and what I received was a dry overcooked cracker with a total of six tiny thin round pieces of mozzarella. I did look on the website but there’s no ‘contact us’ so forced to edit this old review. Pizza definitely not what I’m used to getting from Knead. Very disappointing.

Yummy pizza, vegan options which makes it even better! Perfect garlic bread and olives. Lovely staff, spacious, nice decor! Definitely add this place to your places to eat in Maidenhead.

Absolutely wonderful. I absolutely cannot see the point in pizza - never liked it, can’t see the big hype in bread with tomatoes and cheese. However. Kieran and Emmie today showed me the way. The pizza which I was a complete pain in the arse trying to order by attempting to customise it into something resembling edible food was INCRECIBLE! Best crust ever - soft, yummy, perfect toppings, gorgeous fired taste, the mozzarella and mushrooms were of exquisite quality and it was just yum. And they grow their own basil on the wall which is fabulous. Thank you guys. I think this might be the only place I’ll ever eat pizza. Will happily rave about it to anyone I meet and we’ll definitely be back. Thank you guys x

Went in on Saturday lunch time no booking and they were happy to give a table. My Pizza was beautiful as was the kids which they both told me how much they enjoyed too. Service was ok but could be more attentive but still not bad and was the busy time. Could do with a better selection of kids drinks in honesty. Pizza price was great and fair, desert and drinks price could be a little cheaper but overall we was very happy and will be back.

Outrageously disappointed. Previously had exceptional gluten free pizza from here. I arrived to order and takeaway. Told no worries, confirmed with the kitchen that gluten free base was possible and payment accepted. Ten minutes later while sat waiting, I was then told that there were no gluten free bases as they had snapped in half and we're no longer consumable and so they had to throw them in the bin. No consultation, no asking if i was happy to accept a base in half. Simply thrown in the bin. It's a shame to waste good food like that with all that's going on in the world. Poor business Knead.

After visiting Knead a couple times, I dined in again Saturday evening. As soon as I came in I was welcomed by all the staff with big smiles! After I was sat drink and food orders were taken quickly despite a full restaurant! Our waitress gave us exceptional service throughout the whole night and made sure we had everything we needed including offering us drink top ups and dips…honestly our experience with her made it the best knead visit we’ve had so far! She also made sure to mention a wait time for pizzas as the restaurant was super busy (which was nice as we haven’t got this before) and was nice to be updating through the evening. Food was delish and tasted so fresh!! Overall amazing experience and recommend visiting Knead and just the waitress who looked after us! 10/10 will be back for more!

Finally popped by on a Saturday afternoon after wanting to do so for a while! The waitors were warm and attentive throughout out stay. The restaurant was super light due to all the windows which was lovely, and it a quiet location just off from the main high street. We both ordered a Margherita - this was lovely! A good amount of nicely balanced tomato sauce and an ample amount of cheese which was fresh with a lovely flavour - the basil was a nice additional touch. The dough was cooked perfectly, just allowing for a slice to be picked up. The crust was also perfectly cooked and had a lovely flavour, though a little thick on one side (if I am being super picky)! My friend also enjoyed her pizza, bread sticks w/ cheese dip starter and a scoop of Pistachio gelato. I'd recommend Knead and will be back 🙂

Dined in this evening as a group of 5. The food was very nice but the service was slow. We had a reservation for 19:15 and were not served until 20:30. If you are going to serve slow some communication or demonstration of urgency would be appreciated. The group came back smelling of smoke so it may be worth considering ways to protect against smoke filling the restaurant.

Great pizza. Poor service. Took over an hour for our table of to get food. Was welcomed and seated quickly. Orders taken. Then the long wait. People how entered the restaurant after us had been and gone. Takeaway orders flying out the door. When we asked staff if we had been forgotten about we were basically told Takeaway orders had priority. Really annoying as the pizza was good, however an hour wait is not acceptable in my opinion. An extra item we didnt order was added to the bill also. This could have been a real good experience the floor staff had alittle training/experience. Overall not all bad. But also not great

Food was good. Local beers were nice. Table wasn't ready though, 15 min wait, which was bizarre as restaurant has time limit on tables. Waitress forgot drinks Possibly teething issues Reduced bill by 25% to compensate

Me and my boyfriend dropped in here for Valentine's Day pizza and it did not disappoint! General atmosphere was divine, staff were so friendly and delicious pizza! Pizza was perfectly sized and boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his Sergeant Scoville (Veggie/Vegan version) for its combination of sweet and spicy. 🍕🍯 Already planning to go back again! ✨

It was out second time at Knead and, like the first time, we loved the food. The pizzas are fantastic. Lovely sourdough base and taste and different ingredients from other pizza places. The service was lovely as well. My only comment for improvement is the management of take away and in restaurant diners. It felt like the pizzas took a very long time to be served as there were queues of takeaway orders.

Ordered 4 pizzas and a burrata for collection. All of them are delicious and fresh - thank you Knead team!

UTTERLY TERRIBLE! Shockingly rude, worst customer service I’ve ever experienced! I ordered online choosing 45 mins collection. The guy then called when I was on my way to collect (with 2 mins notice) saying ‘I don’t know how you ordered that pizza, we don’t make it’. I ordered it from their website! Then he shouted at me saying ‘I’m on my own here & you’re not the only customer you know!’ DISGRACEFUL! I will never go there again and will advise everyone & anyone I know not to also. Don’t Bother Pizza lovers - Seriously, use the new place in the Old Town. Who do they think they are!

A great friendly place to have a really nice pizza cooked in a proper Italian pizza oven. Lovely light dough and nice to see as much as they can of the ingredients are locally sourced.

A wonderful place tucked away from the main restaurants in Maidenhead high street. The owner has taken efforts to make it a warm and wonderful place to eat and chill. Our waiter was excellent, thoughtful, polite and efficient. All our pizzas were delicious, truffle, Sargent and pepperoni with fresh ingredients and well made

Unbelievable experience I had an absolute blast eating here, everything was delicious. Recommend the nduja mayo yum yum. Stardust beer was great. Also had a beautiful basil wall. Smells great too.

Pizza was a great size, fresh and delicious. The brownie was lovely - could have been bigger but sufficient for one person after all the other food. Recommend!
