By far the best coffee in Eastleigh (and now Fair Oak) Food is great and the cakes are next level. Dog friendly too, even with my annoying dog! No extra charge for Oat Milk either which is incredible.

We popped in on a cold, damp Saturday morning; and were delighted with the warm welcome we received! We were a group of 6, and we tried the chocolate orange brownie, wispa gold pie, and Oreo pie. And 3 hot chocolates and 2 coffee. Absolutely fabulous!! Slightly more than we could eat to be honest, but the food was fresh, beautifully cooked, and delicious. Highly recommended! The venue itself was fresh and clean and fitted out in a non threatening, cozy style that was conducive for light and friendly moments with friends. And I was happy with the price of the cakes and drinks. You got generous portions of perfection, and the drinks were ascetically pleasing and delicious.

Could not ask for a more welcoming place, excellent coffee and an even better breakfast. Lovely helpful staff and a great atmosphere. Worth the visit, popped in for a coffee, had a breakfast and l think i'll top it off with another coffee and one of their indulgent cakes. Sorry breakfast didn't last long enough for a photo, always the sign of great food.

Toast that comes with breakfast is suspiciously like lidl's own sliced bread. Don't get me wrong, I don't mind this kind of bread, but when I'm paying £9.50 for just mushrooms and bread, I would expect better bread. They must make a killing on that dish. There is a local bakery in Eastleigh that does lovely bread, it would be good to see a local business to support another local business. I would also have liked a heads up that the mushrooms were mustardy - this was not mentioned on the menu at all. I live local and was really hoping to find a great nearby breakfast spot to frequent but was underwhelmed for the price point. Decor and atmosphere is great. The cakes and coffee etc are the highlights here, and I will happily return for more of that, but I will not be returning for a meal.

Great local coffee shop with lovely food. Just a shame they're not open early enough for me to grab a coffee before a 7am train.

Great spot for brekkie or brunch. Compact so need to be patient or get lucky with your timing! Usual suspects, full English etc. good veggie options too. Strong cake and treats game, available from the glass display case at the front. Has a sort of "the ceiling could fall in at any moment" kind of vibe but it's all good! Popular spot and deservedly so.

Best coffee in the post code "by far". Dogs welcome, great breakfast options at a good price. If you know what's good for you, you'll avoid the baked goods or a life of addiction awaits you. The cookie pies are a family favourite.

What a hidden gem! Popped in to shelter from the cold weather and had an oat flat white and a vegan rice crispy slice. Will definitely be back! So cosy!

Friendly Staff, good coffee and tasty food

Such lovely food. All cooked fresh. I had bubble and squeak with bacon and poached eggs. The bacon was thick and cooked to perfection. The poached eggs were delicious and just runny enough. Very tasty. Will definitely visit again.

Excellent independent coffee shop with lovely breakfastk/ brunch/ lunch options. We've always driven past and finally went in to give it a try. The staff are so lovely and welcoming offering advise on best sellers and customising dishes to meet customer requirements, not to mention the delicious homemade cookies and cookie pies. We will definitely be returning and bringing family and friends along.

Been meaning to try The Coffee Cabin for a while as regularly drive past. Finally got around to it and was not disappointed. Excellent food, drinks and pastries/desserts plus good value for money. Staff were friendly and helpful and happy to answer any questions as well as recommend options based on your own taste. Definitely recommend 👍🏻

What a great space. Welcoming staff great coffee and the breakfast was nice too. I’m not from the area so it’s hard to share a price comparison I’d say it was fairly priced. A gentleman came in with his little boy whilst I was there and the staff were great with him. Overall a great experience for someone visiting the area for the first time. Will definitely be going back.

Good coffee, good food, a little cramped, but a very friendly vibe inside with social clientelle. Some of the staff are really personable and friendly. Unfortunately situated, and a little expensive.

Absolutely AMAZING food, drinks and personal service. It was my first visit yesterday and having enjoyed the food so much, I have come again today! It’s not often I get time off when they are open! Best brunch to eat in the area by far!!

The salmon and poached eggs was 10/10. The staff greeted were warm and treated me like a long lost friend. The cinnamon buns, cookies and coffee all were very good and I can’t wait to return again and again!

Friendly staff, great food (the cabin bagle or veggie breakfast are my favourites) - caters for dietary requirements - now a wider choice with the recent menu changes. Only slight downside is the small, tight car park at the back of the cafe but there is 2 hour free parking across the road and is only a 5min walk from Eastleigh train station.

Delicious food and coffee, especially recommend the Jenga - not for the faint hearted!

Came for the first time this morning. All the food was cooked to order. Really hot and tasty. Coffee was fantastic and the atmosphere was relaxed. Quite a few locals coming in for their regular coffees and snacks. A little bit more expensive then some of the cafes on the high street, but well worth it!

Best flat white in the area, and the bagels are amazing. Keep it up guys!
