Food is lovely, would highly recommend the double chicken burger with cheese! However, chips used to be a 10/10 but would say they have gone downhill slightly, especially cheesey chips.. not enough cheese and for £5.50 for a large portion I would expect more. Delivery times are good and polite delivery drivers.

Best Shish Chicken Kebab in town. The chicken is always tender and never overcooked. The salad is fresh and clean and tasty.Red Cabbage is the best. I would highly recommend everyone enjoy.

We have used Hedge End Kebab for years but over the last 12 months it's definitely gone down hill. My last order arrived cold so I called and informed them. This time I ordered and a note saying that last time my food was cold and to ensure its hot this time. Food arrived cold. The cheese on the chips didn't melt! Next time we'll order from West End kebab instead. Consistent disappointed so we'll now just go elsewhere

First time using today! We ordered for collection. Food was ready when we got there. Absolutely beautiful 😍 sauces homemade. Hot, well presented and enough to feed 2 people on 1 wrap! It's one of the best kebab shops around.

Used these guys quite a lot now and never had any issues. Food tastes great and they never get the order wrong, their delivery times are always fairly accurate and the food comes well wrapped and is still hot when it arrives. I got a pizza last time instead of a kebab and it tastes fantastic, way better than dominoes and pizza hut, cheaper too! You can tell they take pride in their work, great stuff

Cheerful staff. I ordered a chicken shish wrap and chips. The chicken was cooked perfectly and there was just the right amount of salad and chilli sauce. The chips were very good as well, nice and crispy on the outside and just the right amount of salt.

Great food. Hit or miss whether it's hot or cold, If the food was hot everytime, we wouldn't go anywhere else.

Well presented front of house. Large selection of food. Ordered a mixed kebab which was really good. Presentation wasn't amazing but it tastes good so I was happy. This place is currently cash only which does throw up some red flags and causes inconvenience since everything is digital now. Prices are on the high side for what it is...kebab meat, chicken n salad is £10. Overall Good. Would eat there again but only if they have contactless payments.

Excellent mixed shish. Very tender and full of flavour. The flat bread, sauces and salad were amazing too. All packaged up nicely so no drips in the van. Ask for napkins. Om nom nom

Why is the sauce for the chips literally all over the chips?! Absolute calamity. The kids are livid. This is such a rookie mistake. It's like the chips were served by a robot that has never eaten. £40 on a takeaway and the kids have left the table in rage. I was happy with my Kebab so up to 3 star, but the kids are saying it should be a 1 star. This will be a hard sell to convince them to let me have our takeaway from here again. I'm gutted.

Pizza 7/10 Chicken donner 3/10 Lamb shish 4/10 For the price of food the size of the Donner was a joke for a large and no sause as requested 5 small cubs of lamb in a wrap for £10 quid day light robbery First and last time!

We have been using this kebab shop for a while now but am sad to say we won’t be using it again Since changing the packaging the food is nearly always cold . I spoke to the shop and mentioned this and they were very apologetic but tonight the chicken was not even warm and the chips were cold .Not much salad either and the appearance was not as good as usual ,maybe the staff have changed, it is not a cheap meal either .

Was always my favourite kebab shop, we order regularly but I shall not be returning unfortunately. The portion sizes are just not worth the price. Boxes have changed which are now half the size, the salad was pathetic and not fresh like it used to be. Very disappointing and i feel completely ripped off after buying 3 meals paying £30 for a child's portion.

I buy most of our orders online which is quick, speedy and very efficient. The times I’ve been in the shop they are very professional and friendly. When they first opened my son who is allergic to certain foods, they advised him fully to what was safe. On a personal level I would like to thank them as recently I thought I’d been given the wrong order and called them up, even though they showed me that I’d made the mistake they happily changed it for me. You’re the best.

Put my order through at 5pm via the app, arrived 5.30pm ish stone cold !!! Pizza was so cold & kebab was not edible at all, only 3 strips of meat in the kebab & when I asked for some green chillies in both meals you gave us 1…! The pizza was so cold it was stuck to the bottom of the box, new owners not as good as the old family 🫤 🚨EDIT🚨I told you in a txt reply I didn’t want to accept the replacement food (at that time I wasn’t offered a refund in the txt) because when i walked past this morning with my dog I noticed there was a dirty dish cloth left on the front counter, the kebab meat tray was on a dish cloth on the machine, a used screwed up blue tissue on the counter by the window, and all the sauces had their lids off with two flys on them and the sun was shining in on the bottles of sauce🚨🚨 that’s why I don’t fancy a replacement take away of your food, but if you could refund the card I used that would be helpful as you didn’t offer me a refund last night !!!!!!!

Disappointment from the start. -Very small portion sizes for cost. “medium” kebab came with only 4 pieces of chicken. -Barely any sauce was provided and salad looked underwhelming. -Chicken dry( our own sauces came in handy) -Both pita breads were cut straight through so impossible to fill ? +chips were nice. I have seen recent reviews where they are saying costs are going up however other local kebab shops are still providing good sized portions for similar if not cheaper.

I have used hedge end kebab a few times, sometimes it is lovely and sometimes not... last night the kebab and wrap looked like it had been dropped and removed from the garbage, the lamb looked broken up, the wrap was all soggy, I spoke with hedge end kebab shop who were really good and sent another order out, the appearance of the second order looked good but, again the lamb in the shish was broken meat...strange... we was disappointed last night but other evenings it has been lovely.

Ive decided that im going to try somewhere else next time. Portion sizes are way to small for the money. Over £14 for a large mixed kebab and small chips and the meat included was tiny. One small chicken skewer and a small amount of kebab meat. 75% salad 25% meat, not good enough

I've ordered from here a few times via delivery. It's tasty, but my last order my cheesy chips arrived cold, and the chips were soggy underneath, and the chicken wrap which was £8 was small, and didn't have much filling in it at all

Tried this rather than the chains...the kebabs looked good but settled on a pizza,not the cheapest but nice ingredients and very tasty.

Really quick & efficient delivery. From payment online to a knock at the door, it took 15 mins in total. Food is good, however I feel the portion sizes don’t match up to the price they charge. £8.80 for a large kebab, which turns out to be the size of a small/medium kebab in every other takeaway I have been to. I paid £2 for extra cheese on both portions of cheesy chips, and actually had less cheese on both when compared to the first time we ordered from them WITHOUT paying for extra cheese. Would still 100% order again, I would just like to see an increase in portion size and a bit less stinginess on the extras.

Its gone down hill a bit recently. Used to be amazing, portions now smaller, quality of food not as good (especially salads), occasional errors with online ordering. Receny had only 6 shards or lettuce on a kebab! And the prices have gone up too!

Last time I was very disappointed with their beef burger (£5.80 on it's own), so this time i thought i would try their chicken burger just to give this place another shot. It costs nearly £5 and so disappointing with very low quality and presentation of all of their burgers. Should have gone to McDonalds, Burger King instead. The owner of this place should go visit a take away shop like Chikn Shack in Shirley or Texas Grill near Portswood to see what good burgers actually do look and taste like. I would never buy burgers from this Hedge End Kebab shop again. They just can't or don't make decent quality food.

Rubbish portions. Ordered large kebab meat and salad was more like a small. Its bad enough you need to make order £15 for delivery but to get poor portions. Also we have been ill since eating from here. If you want poor portions and be ill then eat here if you don’t then AVOID

Rare time when more than 5 stars would really be applicable. Their online ordering gives the best options I have ever seen. The guys inside are really friendly and helpful. I had shish and the app allowed me to order additional kebab, choose my selection of salad, ditch the pita bread and even add cheese. As a mainly carnivore it's a fantastic find. Will be back.

My girlfriend and I order from here very reguarly. However, this place is honestly amazing, the food arrives fast and is always cooked well. The place is very clean and well maintained. Suprisingly I haven't tried their kebabs but their burgers and pizzas are the best. The chips I think are the greatest i've ever consumed and really all their sides are very good. If you haven't eaten here yet, WHY!? Do it and do it now.

Great speedy service, I had chicken sandwiche, tasty, fresh and crisp. My husband loves kebab and rated this top out of all the local ones he has tried, it is spiced which makes it even. The garlic mayo has its own little spin on it too, but it is very nice. Will go back again.
