Nice coffee at a reasonable price.

Attended the centre for training. Room ok but chairs uncomfortable. Downstairs cafe not cheap and coffee luke warm Staff very friendly and helpful

Lovely place and people. Poor experience of food though for anyone with dietary requirements. Vegan lunch still in its packet from a shop and no vegan biscuits or cake when everyone else was eating. Felt very left out.

Lovely place, great people, always friendly and welcoming, fantastic little cafe with great tasting, freshly cooked food. A variety of sized rooms avaliable to hire. Wheelchair accessible Accessible toilets. Always looks and smells clean. Many different groups from the community hire rooms to run weekly, occasional or one off sessions. Plenty of parking in the Swan centre, there is a small car park opposite with some disabled bays for 2 or 3 hour parking, check the board because some of the traffic wardens in Eastleigh do live to give a ticket out. The cafe is closed during school holidays.

We use this place for work meetings. The room that we use is quite big, spacious and sockets where to charge our laptops. A machine to get water aswell.

Lovely helpful staff and delicious lunch for small group meeting. Distancing and sanitising were really well displayed and appreciated.

This centre has magnificent staffs the manager, centre manager caretaker are all amazing thanks for the support you showed me when I used the centre recently .

I came to use one of the meeting rooms. The staff were pleasant and the cafe is great. The cakes are lovely!

The service was quick. The staff were very friendly. I could watch the news and enjoy good, fresh food at a reasonable price. Only snacks were available when I went, but some days full hot meals are served.

We booked this venue for a private training event. The staff there were helpful, we were able to get on site from 7.30am and the room was all ready for us. The cafe was excellent for lunch and participants were able to pre-order which cut down on the time needed for the lunch break. I would definitely recommend this venue.

Title pretty much covers it. Very clean cafe, the staff are really helpful. Service is very quick. Food is mainly jacket potatoes / sandwiches etc, all freshly made & very reasonably priced.

Wells place is a well run cafe friendly staff,it's really clean,one of the cleanest in Eastleigh ,the food is always fresh,they do mainly jacket potoes,sandwiches,n home made yummy cakes.at lunch time.its got good access for wheelchairs & pushchairs.highly recommend it....

Great place to go and relax with fantastic prices enjoy lunch with a book so friendly will go back and the cakes are yummy.

Another enjoyable lunch in the cafe, nothing is to much trouble for the staff. If not to busy they will take time out to chat or offer advice.

I regularly go there for a simple and quick lunch. Everything is simple and delicious at the same time. They usually have a soup that is yummy. Their cakes are really tasty. A highly recommended place if you want to have a quiet time away from the crowd and noise, with welcoming staff.

This is a really nice unpretentious venue, with good quality food, friendly staff and when I visited it was very clean. I had tea and a sandwich here and it was very reasonably priced, and the tea was a good strong cuppa. This venue is part of the same building as one of the local churches, but I'd say don't be put off by that.
