Blackbird Cafe in Eastleigh

Very busy due to a Easter day out. Prices are astronomical. Bought a cup of tea was like dishwater for the price disgusting. Have the prices been hiked due to there being a day out thing going on. £2,50 for a can. £5 for a hot chocolate I live local and will never again use this establishment.

We only had coffee. But the people who were eat .there food look very nice and hot.

I love everything about this cafe. I visit once a week as part of my Walk and Talk group. The staff are so lovely and they really go out of their way to help us while we have our little ones with us. The food and drinks are brilliant. The cake slices are so generous. All reasonably priced too. The cafe is dog friendly too so you can take your pooch in with you.

Hubby & I stopped for breakfast this morning at this great little community cafe. It was easy to find inside the very modern main building beside a large car park and with easy level access to the outside patio seating area. Inside tables were also available. The sun was out and there were plenty of people walking their dogs on the footpaths around what looks to be a a peaceful wooded area with plenty of nature trees. We ordered beans on toast, crumpets, and a pot of tea for two. The food was very good and we even had a top up in our teapot! Lovely! Great value for money at £8.90 :) Nice to meet you ladies, keep up the good work :)

just had a lovely breakfast this morning, really friendly staff and a relaxing setting in the park, watching the Park run. Simple menu but very good food and great value. a brilliant start to the day, thank you all

I’ve been here before around 2 years ago and remember it was good. Tried coming here a couple times in the morning yet it’s never open. No excuse for not bothering to open at their intended hours, disappointing.

Great little community café. Coffee is good. Also serve bacon rolls and home made cake. Very good prices. Staff are very nice.

Absolutely fantastic little cafe, super delicious food and cake is amazing, sometimes catering to the vegan/gluten free folk. All cakes are homemade which makes them extra special. Super friendly staff and love that they allow furry friends inside

Do like coming here ,but seem to have to wait a while for coffee's( not sure if it's an old machine ( ,but will not put me off coming again 👍

Took mum, partially sighted and deaf to this park whilst on a break away. Staff were really accommodating. we enjoyed wreath making from stuff all found in the park. Beautiful 😍

Didn’t like it at all - expensive, tea is cold and extremely weak, cakes like pieces of concrete - cold and hard, tasteless. Too many dogs inside - they bark all the time, can’t hear anything. Apart from some crisps nothing to eat at all. But quite nice terrace outside, good location and quite friendly staff. But neither proper breakfast nor good lunch or even nice ice cream you can’t get there.

Great to see the Blackbird Cafe open again. Great atmosphere and friendly staff, nice coffee and food too. Really enjoyed working from there for the afternoon.

Planned to meet relatives here as it was halfway between our travel destinations...checked Google and the cafe's own information stating clearly that it was open on Wednesday at 11am. Drove 1.5 hours to get there. Met relatives. CAFE CLOSED. NO TABLES, SEATS, OR BENCHES. PITA AND EMBARRASSING WASTE OF TIME. Sort it out...and I suggest not visiting until they decide to show potential customers some basic courtesy. FAIL.

Superb Coffee and great service

Went here again today for a cuppa and bacon bap. Great cafe with good food and fantastic staff. Never been disappointed. Excellent value Give it a try.....in the park and a great walk. All dog friendly

A gem of a community cafe, that serves the very best bacon bap you will ever find! Sit outside after a stroll around the park with your best woofy friend, and finish off with a generous sized bacon bap, and warm drink. Delightful staff, very friendly and welcoming. Full marks , community at its best.
