Though we booked our table a week ago, we were told that we’d have to sit in the bar or lobby due to Christmas events that had been booked. In fairness though, the bar area was nice. The food was a different story though, unfortunately.
I have never viewed myself as much of a cook. However, what I rustle up is definitely much tastier than what I got at Callies. My wife’s food was similarly poor. I ordered a pasta dish and from the moment it arrived I realised things were off to a bad start. It looked like supermarket spaghetti chucked in a bowl with a few prawns. The taste matched the presentation. Bland and not very nice. My wife went for fish and chips, which at the price we expected to be of the finer variety. We would have been better going to the chip shop. That way the fish would have been nicer at least. She had a piece presented that had a hard black patch on it which she left on the side of her plate.
The pricing in this restaurant would be fair if the food was good. Unfortunately it was not.
Came here to try the new munch my husband got food poisoning and it was disturbing.I think the girl or served was called Tamsin she was very rude, unhelpful and seemed lazy.I wouldn’t recommend a good alternative is China town there food amazing and staff are polite and a bonus is that they deliver fast and far!

The Punch and Judy( as was, now does not seem to have a name) reopened today after a ‘refurbishment’.
Still grubby, the toilets still stink of urine. Not impressed.

Super pizza is dedicated enough to be the only restaurant in chertsey open past midnight.
And for that, I salute it.
When it’s super pizza time… you know u will be satisfied.
Great selection of pizzas and even desserts (if you’re feeling cheeky.) I treated myself to a Ben and Jerry’s, it was delightful.
Make sure to check the size before ordering as some can appear small. However even the smaller pizzas are still satiating and hit just the right spot.
It really was.. a SUPER PIZZA 🍕🍕🍕🍕

In the middle of a busy intersection, like a lonely island in the Pacific, you’ll find the Alexandria pub.
Tucked beneath a small hotel, it welcomes you with a warm, slightly rugged charm.
'90s tunes fill the air, a pool table waits for a challenge, and the ever-faithful fruit machine hums quietly in the corner.
The rhythm of the crowd changes with the day: early weekend mornings bring in the younger generation, lively and full of energy, while later hours see the place embraced by the older souls seeking a quieter pint.
The pub is a reflection of open-mindedness, with LGBT patrons blending seamlessly into its easygoing spirit — even a vending machine selling electronic cigarettes stands quietly by the wall.
Inside, time seems to slow down.
Find a seat by the window, order a pint of Guinness, and watch the world outside rushing past like a scene from a fast-forwarded movie.
The chaos of the streets, the blur of passing cars, the honking horns — all seem distant, almost surreal, as you sit safely anchored in the pub’s calm harbor.
Parking might test your patience — the pub stands right in the middle of a lively intersection — but once you’re inside, all the hustle fades away.
The toilets could use a little refresh, though it’s hard to tell whether it's simple wear or part of the pub’s stubbornly authentic charm.
Whatever the case, Alexandria wraps you in its warmth, with a friendly barmaid ready to serve and a spirit that makes every visitor, regardless of background or orientation, feel right at home.
Come for the pint, stay for the feeling — and let the outside world rush on without you, just for a little while.
A great spot for a coffee shop and just what we wanted. Coffee was lovely and food ok, it’s just a shame that the staff weren’t friendly or welcoming. Sadly we felt like we were intruding.

I ordered a chicken bbq pizza and I got spicy peppers and when I called to ask for a refund the women was being rude and saying I should have asked for no peppers but she didn’t say there would be spicy peppers on the pizza
Ordered a collection here after a friends recommendation. Food is lovely, only 20minutes and lovely. Standard Chinese prices but not massive portions of greasy rubbish.
Will be coming back for sure!
As always good, food and coffee is excellent. When i was going to London every day, they wore the place to go for me, always fresh and never disappoint me with coffee.
We recently held our wedding reception at The View at Seaford Head. The venue was superb throughout the whole planning process, with special thanks to Paula who looked after our every request. The venue looked fantastic, especially when combined with the stunning views which made it the perfect location. The food was outstanding, the bar staff were super helpful and the whole evening was faultless. We would highly recommend The View at Seaford Head for any functions or events.
We ordered large cheese chips,Very small portions for the price, very oily. Hardly any cheese, we had to add it ourselves and weren't offered any dressing. Severely disappointed.
