Never ever ordering again please avoid this place twister curly fries was not cooked at all on top of that I found a hair inside the pizza the food will be all going to the bin.

Pizza not done properly with toppings just falling off. Very messy.

Been using Pizza GOGO since I was a little girl, the food are always amazing. I don't go anywhere else, loyal customer since forever.

Ordered from pizza gogo last night and for the first time ever found a long brown hair mixed within the toppings.

Good pizza, when my son comes round in the weekend, he would always look forward to the pizza from here. Don't have it every week, but he will definitely try his luck every week and ask for pizza.

My family has been using Pizza Gogo since I was a baby, it has always been my favourite. I ordered pizza gogo 3 times within 30 days, always have my family and I returning. The member of staff are friendly as usual, has a wonderful smile and such a nice person. I love the garlic Sizzler, always been my go to! Highly recommend. Can customise pizza's with 4 toppings, a large pizza to pick up is only £10. Pretty good deal. I live in Totton, so when I order for delivery the wait time is around 45mins to 1 hour+ if it's busy, but definitely worth the wait.

3 stars not because of the food thats fine tastes great maybe because im hungry because i jad to wait an hour from a place thats like 5-10 mins away from me i phoned 30 mins after order i was told 15-29 mins made no sense to me as it says it closes at 1am i ordered at 12:19 i phoned again was told the reason why it was taking long and was told to wait another 10 mins i waited it came so im guessing it took an hour to make 2 small pizzas , cookies and fet a bottle of coke i was worried i wouldnt see my order at all

Only half my order showed up when I paid with cash. I called to say and they said they would come back with my money on the missing items. This is literally stealing from some one and terrible behaviour. I usually always order from the Bedford place store and only ordered by mistake. The sides at this store are not the same as the other stores and I think they get these from either cosco or icelands near by. I’ve always had problems with this store and I honestly don’t know how it’s still going

In my opinion, the best Pizza in Southampton. The price is very good, expecialy if collection. The small is 6£, Med for 8£ and large for 10£.... Perfectly baked with many things on top 🍕😃 You can order custom as well.

Live around the road from here and visited plenty of times and just want to say the staff are amazing and great service, food always cooked fresh and tastes amazing!

Had a cheese and tomatoe personal sized pizza yesterday eve time and it came to two quid!!! Staff were down to one main dude at front desk and a couple at back!!! Waited only about fifteen minutes max and it came boxed very hot!!! Burnt my mouth a bit!!! But starving so it was all good!!!

This is the 1st time we have ordered Pizza. Slightly under estimated the size of the large 10 slice 15inch pizza because we ordered one each...maybe order slightly smaller next time!! However...it was delivered quickly, nice and hot and really tasty. Keep up the good work Pizza Gogo, Millbrook. A nice treat. Thank you

Clean Pizza shop but staff are extremely rude. Don't bother with any of their "offers" especially Mon-Thu afternoon "collection offer", you will be utterly disappointed.

Ordered pizza thru uber eats, took around 40-45mins preparation. Delivery was fast. Pizza isn’t the best but didn’t taste that bad either, for the price it isn’t worth it. I’d rather spend a bit more and have a good pizza night. Size on the photo is 10.5. Meatballs seem a hit burned as well, I didn’t mind tho. Dip was good.

Pizza was burnt, dry and tasted like tomato and cheese only. Only little ingredients. Not as good as Bedford Place. Shame. Used to be much better.

Love this place been going here for years, The pizza is always well cooked and never burnt like the other brands, friendy staff which helped me when I needed a pizza for my autistic son who is a fussy eatter and likes his pizza in a special way. Thanks pizza go go.

If I could leave less than one star I would after visiting and ordering the guy told us the total then answered the phone the customer on the end of the phone was spoken to so rudely I'd have put the phone down if I'd been spoken to like it after ending the call I queried the price as it didnt add up to be told I was rude and he had done me a bogof deal if this was the case it would have been at least £8 cheaper I was then shouted at and told to leave he wouldn't serve me all because I queried the price !!!!!

Rude, dirty and unprofessional behaviour! Was quoted £26 for 3 pizzas! Queried the price as the prices on menu added up to £20 and he told us to leave? Take your headphones out your way ears and show your cuatomers some respect you awful little man!

Ordered online via their website and they delivered the wrong pizza and the wrong dessert. I tried to call back and rectify the issue but the man who answered the phone just started shouting at me saying what did I expect him to do about it. Very rude and I will be taking my complaint further!!!

Ordered with cash and the pizza is fine. Then order the pizza on card and they literally took the piss.. missing topping, burnt pizza, 2 hour waiting time and the pizza was literally paper thin! Called up The store to ask for a replacement and they said the best I can do is 1 free side the next time I spend £40 and that was after 15 minutes of trying to get a refund. Waited over and hour and twnety mins for a very undercooked pizza the dough wasnt pleasant. Was very overpriced for cheap and tasteless doughy pizza.

Poor quality food, garlic bread was plain, other sides were bland and tasted undercooked. The pizza tasted horrible and the sauce tasted cold even though the pizza was warm. Eating made me bloated after eating tiny amounts and caused annoyance. It's not the worst but I wouldn't reccomend

If I could leave less than one star, I would. We called up after and hour and apparently the system was down and they had no recollection of our order, and promised to deliver in 20. After another 45 minutes we called again and they put the phone down. Then I called back angry and they told me the guy was out delivering it. Then after over 2 hours I get a call from the delivery guy saying he's nearby, so I run out into the road. 20 minutes later he appears at the end of the road, ignores me flashing the torch at him. I had to run the full length of the road to get the pizzas. The pizza boxes were cold. When we get the pizzas indoors, they were completely stone cold, and wrong toppings on one. The base was chewy and greasy. There was one thin crust pizza which was just wet and floppy. Never again.
