The entire start to finish was a great experience with friendly staff, really clean and tidy restaurant. Will come definitely again. The Cajun chicken sharing pizza was so tasty, lots of flavours and a bit of spice, so nice, best pizza I’ve tasted. The salad bar was so fresh and crunchy.

Buffet was fantastic and clean. Food was delicious and hot too. Loved the g.o.a.t pizza those peppers blew my mind! We will be back!

Food was cold and no ice cream with my brownie

Came for our twins birthday, had such a lovely meal. We had a appointment at the hospital which unfortunately meant we ran out of time for the girls to have their icecreams, they let us come back after the appointment to have them. Staff were absolutely amazing. The manager Will, was very accommodating. We will definitely be returning next time we come to Southampton.

Staff were great and engaged with our 11 year old really nicely. Pizzas regularly topped up.

Mobile ordering and paying was good so we didn’t have to wait around when staff are busy. layout of the restaurant and easy access to the food/drinks.

Service was good at the start of or meal. I came with my kids just like I done done a few days before. We were having a good time not until the ice cream bit. Apparently children were not allowed to share the two bowls that I had paid for between each other. I was threatened to be billed in the end the waiter had to take the ice cream bowl I had paid for away from my son. I had never faced this kind of situation before. Maybe thr rules have completely changed or the waiter had had a bad day and was taking it on us. If we weren't welcome we would have been told before hand. Not taking away what we had paid for.

Ordered pizza through Uber eats received pizza like this . Onion rings and pepsi not sent. Called the store and they hung up. Asked for a receipt from uber driver he said nothing was given to him. Absolutely horrible

Everything either met or exceeded my expectation. Great service and good value for money. Very attentive team members, buffet was ideal given the large size of our group.

Took awhile to be served as they won't you to use the scan the code on the table other than that it was all ok . Also the pizzas are small for £16 each .

I went to PizzaHut yesterday, making a choice for it over McDonald's. I decided to get a pizza, a dessert, and was thoroughly joyful having realised that the salad bar was plentiful. Having not stepped into any PizzaHut location in years, this sincerely made my day. I devoured two bowls of potato salad giving me immense nostalgia, along with a few other bits and bobs. The pizza I got was a sweet and spicy delicious pepperoni and jalapeno mix, and I thorougly enjoyed it. The portions were sizable even for the "independent" pies, and the dessert that followed was very tasty. There was a generous selection of bottomless drinks flavours, all aptly priced. Overall I would recommend this location. The service was prompt to, everything was explained well and having ordered with the QR code on the table everything went smoothly. The only thing to note is that there is no way to apply discounts over the QR code, or I just missed it, meaning I could've saved a bit off of my total. 5 stars.

We went for team day out, amazing experience loved the service & food. Fresh Pizza’s,Pasta and salads. Lovely soft ice cream. Chloe was really helpful and provided excellent service. Thank you

Went there for the buffet and was not disappointed. The food was great, had some lovely ice cream. The staff were friendly. I especially enjoyed you can pay by scanning a code at the table, so you don’t have to wave around like a monkey and wait. I enjoyed everything there and will definitely visit again.

This is an excellent Pizza Hut. Clean, comfortable and excellent staff Our meals were delicious and hot. We've been to a couple of competitors and this restaurant was definitely the best.

The staff here was brilliant. Very helpful, funny and brilliant customer service skills! Food was perfect as always. The salad was so fresh! Everywhere was kept clean. 2 gym rats very satisfied for bulking season.

Finally a pizza from Pizza Hut again. Just awesome. We learned to love and get to know this pizza in the USA, including the salad buffet, which is simply perfect, such a large selection is rare. We like the pan pizzas the most. Unfortunately, these are extremely rare in Switzerland. Helpful nice staff.

Buffet was well stocked and had lots of choice. The serving area was very clean. Seating was well laid out and didn’t feel cramped.

Was rushed out the door , spending alot for an Average pizza meal for two adults and a child 100 quid, won't be back , plenty of better independent pizza places to go

My boyfriend and I ordered a pan ( thick crust ) Hawaiian pizza. It was delicious. So much so he felt bad that he couldn't eat the last piece! The staff was friendly enough. The service was slow at times at a waitress nearly ruined my night by spilling a full glass of coke on the table. Luckily it didn't get me too badly. But they didn't help much with cleaning up. Until we asked for help. We'd still go back for the food, just might get take away or hope we'd have better service.

The food was very nice and the staff were very respectful and there was no wait time for food highly recommend Pizza Hut as a place to eat with your friends and family will defo be coming back

The lunchtime buffet is a great deal on weekdays. I do feel for the staff as Pizza Hut like you to order using the app so there is little to no opportunity for waiters to earn tips and I doubt Pizza Hut pay more than minimum wage.

Atmosphere very chill. The food amazing and very good size portions for the value of money. The staff very nice and with amazing skills and customer service🥰.

Me and my friend came here on Valentine’s Day for a galentines day lunch as we were seeing our partners in the evening and I think we should have just ordered on Uber eats. I believe it was the manager who informed us to order via the QR code which did not work and another group also informed them of this. We were sat there for about 5 minutes trying to get a waitress’s attention but they were all stood at the bar area talking to which I eventually went over and asked if someone could come over and serve us to which they did. It was relatively alright then until my friend asked for the bill to which the lady came over with a face like a slapped bottom when we asked to split the bill. Would definitely avoid which is a shame because I used to love coming here when I was younger. But it seems like a few of the staff (not all) would rather stand around talking. And not doing their job. As bad as that sounds.

Really quite disappointing. Order via a QR code on the table. The buffet had very little choice of pizza. The were 2 cheese pizzas and 2 pepperoni pizza at one stage. Very little choice!

The food was freezing. 2hours from order to delivery. Ordered at 12.50 yet arrived 2.55. Restaurant are very rude, can’t get through to just eat money wasted again

It’s a Pizza Hut in a large mall next to a Pizza Express and a diner place that also sells pizza. It’s open and at the top of the mall, so there’s definitely a feeling of space but also a lack of atmosphere due to being shared. That said, it delivers just what you want - space for families and groups to easily have lots of pizza, salad bar and ice cream. And the pizza is really well cooked. It is, expectedly, a bit messy with the salad bar items blending into each other and ice cream toppings crushed into the floor. But it’s also really accessible for kids and a welcome safe space for parents to just let their kids get a refill.

Ordered at 16.43 and arrived @ 19.35. Pizzas were battered and of poor quality. Really disappointed and has ruined our family Christmas gathering

Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut in years but was very pleasantly surprised. Servers showed us to a table quickly and even offered us another option when we looked slightly uncomfortable on our table. Pizzas came quickly and were just as nice as I remembered. Top points for giving me a chilled glass for my cider and not a cup full of ice!! Thank you :)

The staff were very busy, with it being the run up to Christmas but we didn’t wait long to be seated (we booked) nor did we wait very long for drinks etc. I love the QR code ordering (I know it’s not for everyone) but it was so much faster and there’s no awkward wait at the end trying to flag someone down so you can pay.

Staff are awesome and that's the only good thing about this place.. It was our first and last visit, we opted for the buffet ,which serves pizzas, which I believe are from a corner shop.. 😀

The food was amazing and fast. We like how serving worked and how we were greeted. Therefore the nachos and the sour from the salad section were very good. It was a great experience

Avoid Left standing at the waiting area for a very long time not particularly busy about 20% full. The person in front of us gave up. We had enough of waiting, so went to seat ourselves, the staff stopped chatting and came to tell us this isn't how it works. The tables haven't been cleaned food sitting around. General bad everything. Haven't been to pizza hut in years.... Happy for it to be many more years now. Avoid

When I ordered it said 40-55min - 2hr40mins later it’s finally delivered and it’s not even the pizza I ordered. Topping correct but on a deep dish crust instead of thin crust

Was told to sit in middle of room asked to sit elsewhere but he didnt seem happy hubby had buffet but the salad tomatoes were soggy not fresh the 2 pasta choices were terrible I ordered a chicken supreme pan pizza waited ages for it hubby was finished before i even started, the filling on pizza was terrible about 4 slithers of mushroom very disappointing I stopped using pizza hut years ago but thought it must have improved by now but i was wrong I wont use pizza hut again overpriced and under delivered The staff were very nice

Pizza Hut Southampton. Very busy lunchtime service. 10 minute wait for a table but once seated staff were efficient and quick. Typical Pizza Hut lunchtime buffet. Good value for money.

You come in and smell and see so much food options. The staff were really nice and explained how to use and buy the food. Most of the food was reasonably priced. It is a nice place to go with family or friends. There was one thing which wasn’t the best as lots of plates were dirty and had leftover food which was dry or wet.

Food was very cold and dry delivery time was put back twice and it was still late very not happy 👎👎

Great pizza, but felt as if we were a hindrance at times. Just wanted a quick pizza and a beer before a film. Thought it was over priced for what we had.

Amazing seats (we managed to get a booth :-) ) and a huge smile from Kyle.

Disappointing. We went to eat and one side of the restaurant was full with only one table for four available in a terrible location in the middle of the way and a sofa for six available. They didn't let us sit on the sofa because there were four of us but several months for four there were only two. The other side of the restaurant was empty with several tables for four and we couldn't sit either. I have never seen a customer unable to choose where to sit in a place with several tables available

Disappointing. We deliberately did not order the buffet and were happily prepared to wait the extended time during this busy session. The pizzas arrived after an inordinate amount of time with exceedingly limited toppings: the most disappointing was the lack of cheese. The dough was beautiful, crisp and fresh but was dry without adequate toppings.

Absolutely horrible, £30 worth of pizza, turned out to be 2 small pizzas that were cold. What an absolute rip off!!!

I have made an order with Pizza Hut for 11:50am, but it was only delivered at 1:07pm.

I'm afraid it was very unclean. Even the plates that had been washed had food stuck on and had a very greasy feel

One word... WOW..! Decided to dine in at Pizza Hut with the family, and we were positively overwhelmed by the whole experience!! Food was very quick, and delish,, lovely pizzas and side dishes; GREAT value for money...!! LOVED the free salad bar and refillable drinks with LOTS of choices... 😃😃 Nice atmos all round..,, Staff friendly, groovy decor just amazing..!!

Called in for lunch today and greeted by Will. He sorted us the table we wanted by asking a staff member to clean it for us which she did including wiping down the seats. The staff were brilliant, friendly and professional. A young lad who was waiting on noticed any spills and crockery left in wrong place was quickly dealt with. The food was awesome with a great selection. We were more than happy with the entire experience. Well done to you all

Very disappointed with our choice to have dinner on a family evening out.. I understand we have to wait to be seated, but so many of the team roaming around and you order on the phone but no one has time to seat waiting customers. The pizza from the delivery pizza hut was much much better than one we were given. The saving grace was only the dessert. Ordered 2 unlimited drinks and they did not have normal pepsi in the dispenser.. had to check with staff who gave us a bottle.We ordered vegan bites, and felt they were really horrible. we could have oven baked or even pan fried frozen ones at home and it would have been 100 times better.. there are much better choices around the food court.. so do keep away.

Usually Pizza hut is amazing but this one was not great at all, Most of the time pizza hut put lots of cheese on the pizza however these pizzas were skint of cheese. Service was not that great with the atomosphere just very quiet and boring. It worked out at £38 for the both of us. I wont be coming back but the food tasted alright in the end. If i could include a photo i would.

Couldn't give 5/5 as salad very limited and basic, service u do it all yourself and no interaction with staff so makes atmosphere feel rushed

Pizza was lovely though there was very little cheese on it and a stray mushroom which could have been annoying to someone who hates mushrooms...or is allergic

Popped in for dinner with wife and son. Hadn’t been to Pizza Hut for well over a decade when they had a decent pizza buffet, and good selection on salad bars. Must admit I was really gutted to see the decline in quality over the years. I couldn’t fault the service, as the staff were very friendly. However, the quality of food just didn’t see, up to standard, especially considering the price. Think Pizza Express next door would’ve come out at a very similar cost. The salad bar was really disappointing too. Didn’t seem fresh. And aside from shredded carrots, crusty looking cherry tomatoes, and some lettuce leaves, not much salad in terms of healthy items, but more items such as tortilla chips, coleslaw, potato salad, croutons etc. Anyway ultimately just disappointed Pizza Hut doesn’t seem to be the place I remembered it to be.

The pizza it is good , so cheesy taste and the peperoni taste amazing and the wings are perfect .

Always go back to Pizza Hut because I can’t deny I love the food but the service is pretty awful really and usually is that way. Astonishing to pay around £30 for a pizza when sitting in a restaurant that has the atmosphere and cleanliness of a McDonald’s… almost no service, my partner had to get up and find someone every time we needed something for example to order as there was no service and the wifi didn’t work so couldn’t use our phones to order, then again he had to get up because plates weren’t brought out with our pizza, and of course you have to get up to serve yourself drinks. The place was full of screaming children which I know is to be expected it’s a family place although I do think the prices should be a lot lower because of this. I think this is the last time I’ll visit a Pizza Hut to be honest.

Great value for the buffer deal, lots of choice, did not get the bill right, we could have challenge it but had the grand children with us , and they were ready to go.

So I took my son for a pizza hut after booking online and requesting softer seating as I have problems with my hips. Having booked online, we headed to the restaurant for our slot, and there was a queue. Normally, a member of staff would come over and ask if you had a booking, and if not, you continued in the queue. On this occasion, no one came over. Thankfully, the line went down quite quickly, and I told the host at the entrance that I had booked a table. He didn't seem too bothered and showed me and my son to a tiny table far back in the restaurant with hard seating. He proceeded to tell us how to order via the QR code and that if we needed any help, then ask. I scanned the QR code, and it wouldn't load. I connected to Pizza Hut WiFi, and it still took a while but eventually ordered one lunch buffet and a child's meal. I got a plate from the buffet when our glasses we're given to us for our drinks and was a slice of pizza down when my son's food arrived. The staff seemed very disorganised, and the area around the buffet was not very tidy and the food didnt appear very attractive. I only ended up having my one plate of food in the end.

Little to no service as they need you to use the app (no cash). Pizza and garlic bread were good. Salad bar was a very cheap selection (including nachos). Unlimited refills only applies to diet soft drinks. Staff seemed to act like mates, rather than a service team. Not really paying attention, chatting, but super nice when they did interact.

Visited last Wednesday with some friends from out of town. We did 2 separate food orders (within seconds of each other) to save complications of separating out the bill. My friends’ food came out within 5 minutes, 45 minutes later I was still waiting for mine despite asking serving staff twice and being told “it’s just coming”. When my food eventually arrived I had to sit and eat on my own in front of friends who had long since finished eating. When I complained to the wait staff and manager, I was told it was my fault that it was so late because I should have gone up to the counter and told them I wanted it right away?! This makes absolutely no sense. Waste of money and time.

It's pizza hut, the same as all the other pizza huts. The food is of good quality but not amazing. The best thing is the buffet is now available at weekends.

Unlimited salad is a good deal but Pizza is not tasty.

Went during a half term holiday so restaurant was quite busy. We had the buffet deal which has always been good value. Salad bar was nice and fresh and the pizzas were coming out fast and hot.

Food was OK but wish they would provide vegan options as well at all you can eat times. Also we prefer more types of fresh, raw salad such as spinach, rocket salad, olives. Service was fine, we didn't really have any needs. Waitresses were polite and didn't bother us often. Atmosphere well, as this is in a mall you can't really expect to be cosy and quieter. Wish there would be a pizza hut restaurant somewhere else in the city, not in a restaurant level in a mall.
