Rude bloke at the counter, heard similar stories of him being rude to others from friends. Not a good Doner kebab either will not be coming back, may have been tempted to try again to see if i was just unlucky, however definitely won’t be after this experience.

Had a donner kebab last night been in hospital all day with food poisoning would avoid at all costs

In my opinion, Fleet Charcole Grill is the best in this area. We just had some food from this place again and it has always been amazing . We always get food from this place only when we order from fleet.

Ordered online ,thought we ordered chicken wings and nuggets came, guy on the phone said we ordered nuggets then said to check the order we couldn't check the order I was very calm on the phone asking how to check for that because the email wasn't working then someone else picked up the phone and just started shooting very poorly managed ,I've ordered here so many times after today that's it .

Just had one of the best chicken shish kebabs from this place. Great to find a good place to eat when working away. Definitely be back next time I'm working in Farnborough

Very disappointed. I went personally for a meal, did not order delivery. Got cold, dry, tough meat and room temp. old chips. Its a shame as i remember it was one of the best kebabs i have eaten in my area. Also i think they changed meat for poorer quality. Tasteless.

Browning small salad for an Xlrg Kebab. 9 pieces of kebab in the box but about 16-18 on the skewers before it was cooked. Lamb shish tastes a bit like liver. Def not the best cuts of meat. Expensive at 15 quid a kebab for what it is. Pitta a bit stale aswell. All in all, pretty poor attempt.

Great food terrible customer service

It’s very delicious, never had a lamb kofte tasting so good especially when it’s combined with chilli sauce it leaves your mouth open. My suggestion for everyone go try it, I’m 100% sure that you’ll love it, I loved it.

I've edited this review. Recently the portions have become small and the meat too salty and lacking in Quality. Visited another local shop for contrast.

You can eat there or have it taken away. Kebabs, pizza and burgers You can park across the street but you need to pay

Best shish, donner in town. Our lockdown 'treat' has turned into a weekly staple. My only criticism is the onion rings are always a bit anemic - if they were a nice crispy beige and it's the perfect dinner. 😋

Treated myself to a lamb shish the other night. Its was exceptional! Fresh salad and pitta perfectly grilled lamb topped off with a delicious source. I will definitely be going back for more.

Meat totally dry. Chips like cardboard and food cold and full of salt. Terrible, don't go there.... Truly awful.

1st time using charcoal grill and was delighted with our food, large portion, cooked perfectly would recommend to everyone who has not been to give them a try

Beware of the online payment system. Ordered food directly from their website and paid immediately with funds cleared from account. After waiting an hour I called to check on timings to hear they had no such order. Their answer to this was it was nothing to do with them as they don’t do the techy side of things and I should wait for them to contact me. Ended the evening with no food and no money. As yet no response from the shop or the internet receipt contact for a refund. Won’t be back.

This was a dreadful experience. The dishes delivered were stone cold, not what was ordered or described on the menu and extremely poor value for money. When contacted to complain either they couldn't understand English or deliberately misunderstood. Do not order from these people unless you want to get ripped off.

After a few orders going over an hour waiting time we tried again only for our food to come 2 hours later! Last time we order.

Despite ordering over £60 of kebabs, burgers and chicken nuggets kids meals. The chicken nugget meal was missing. When I phoned the shop they said they wouldn't deliver the missing item, even when I offered to pay. Kebab itself was cold when I received my order. I also had an upset stomach in the middle of the night, presume it was from the kebab. Luckily enough I don't live locally and was visiting a friend so won't be ordering again.

Ordered 2 medium kebabs £6.45 each and chicken kebab 6 pieces of chicken £6.75 more like kids size joke won't use again need to think about looking after the customer instead of their pockets

Day one of kebab school is cutting your pitta. Picked it up only for it to fall apart as they'd sliced through both sides. These guys failed on the most basic of basics. Would've been a mediocre shish kebab otherwise

Gone right down hill last year or so. Long wait for delivery resulting in cold food and soggy chips. Been a customer for years but finally giving up on them.

Our food was barley hot on arrival, a large shish kebab at over £10 was no bigger than the medium The burgers did not come with the sauces requested The garlic mayo tasted like mint yoghurt sauce, which with a milk intolerance was dissapointing as ut was all over my dinnerand def not consistency or taste of mayo we've used regulary before but wont order again.

Hm. Food average, service not very accommodating. I know it's unusual, but I asked for my burger to be in a pitta bread instead of a bun. I was told no, we don't do that. I asked why, and apparently it's because he wouldn't know what to charge us as it's not on the menu. And also they "have rules to follow". Not a smile in sight. I asked if he could check with the manager, and after I got stared at intently as if I'd insulted his family, he said his name was Ali, and he was the manger. If that's how accommodating they are and their focus to keep customers happy, then it doesn't matter what the food is like. However, as for the burger, it was average and very soggy.

Excellent Shish kebabs and prompt delivery.

We always get our kebabs from here and it is always fantastic. It always comes quickly. Today was exceptionally quick and the food was better than ever. Thank you so much!

Nice food, we ordered a chicken and lamb shish with salad to share. We didn't get much meat though and it was £13... Not sure if we'll return.

Fantastic food, the in house made chilli and yogurt sauce is absolutely not to be missed, everybody needs to taste them. The meats are brilliant, fresh and delicious. By far the best kebab in the area

For months we have been having deliveries from here - but last night they changed the menu and our choices we extremely limited, e.g. our order is usually doner kebab with lettuce and yoghurt (which we have ordered dozens of in the past), now we could either have salad/no salad and no yoghurt was available. My wife and daughter had to opt for plain kebab which was dry and tasteless. Such a shame, but they won't be getting our custom again. Whoever wrote this menu didn't consider the consequences of removing customer choice! But I do have a choice...

Served after everyone that was served after us. Very rude and disrespectful when we complained.. then tried to charge extra. Not the usual people in there but definitely not going to go back after that.

Undercooked chicken kebab blood all through the middle. Called to ask & all we heard was "we are to busy to check all the chicken" shocking used to rate this store but has gone down hill

A kebab institution in Fleet offering exceptional end-of-night snacks. I longed for Charcoal grill while I was away during my Uni days. Maybe it's the marinade on the lamb shish, but I maintain this is the best kebab house in the UK.
