It was really quiet when we went yesterday but the food and service was brilliant. Wheelchair access was OK. Bit of a step to get in but nothing crazy.
The pub is welcoming and instantly comfortable with a really nice interior. The Staff are very attentive and professional.
The food was fantastic the black pudding starters was by far the best and would highly recommend, the portions are generous the food is amazing and again the service was exceptional. Would highly recommend this place .
My compliments to this wonderful cafe. Everything is great: food, tea, coffee, service and atmosphere. I recommend it, you will have a lot of fun. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Following positive reviews, we dined at Mowgli, but found the experience underwhelming. The food quality did not justify the high prices; portions were small, necessitating three dishes per person, and the overall taste was merely adequate, falling short of expectations. The value proposition was poor, particularly considering the cost of beverages. A 330ml beer priced at £5.50 is excessive. While the ambiance and window seating were pleasant, we concluded that the culinary experience was mediocre and would not return.
Stumbled across this little Italian restaurant after searching on trip advisor for somewhere to eat in Bowness and it didn’t disappoint.
On a cold evening it was so cosy and warm. The staff were so welcoming and the food was just amazing.
We will definitely return.
I first ate at this excellent restaurant in 2002 and have eaten there whenever I have been in the area since.
Starter consisted of meat samosas with a side salad which were excellent.
The main course was Lamb Madras, pilau rice, plain paratha and an onion chutney. I have eaten Lamb Madras all over Britain and the Lamb Madras here is the best I have ever eaten.
The price was reasonable for a restaurant in a tourist area.
I would certainly eat here again and would highly recommend this restaurant.
What a fantastic meal we had here in the city centre restaurant. Every member of staff were friendly and accommodating and the service was great.
I’m vegetarian and my friend wheat and dairy intolerant (what a pair eh?)! The menu was so fantastic it was hard to choose but I overheard the lovely waitress mention the cauliflower kimchi dish saying it was her favourite. Kimchi can be a bit hit and miss for me but it was perfect as were the accompanying fried salt and pepper tofu and amazing sichuan hand cut noodles. My friend’s pan fried salmon in teriyaki sauce was also perfect. All dishes were a great size (and I have a de ent appetite).
We had two huge Singapore slings to top off a great evening.
I would definitely recommend Chamber 36 and feel sad I’ll probably never go back to Liverpool……just for this place alone.
Food was acceptable but neither special nor memorable. Prices quite high and the place is scruffy - especially outdoor tables at rear. Tired furniture and sloping tables mean you can't put a glass down without it sliding off the table.
