Brilliant bar, great beer and really good bar staff

So close to the Arndale Centre yet so peaceful and tranquil- a great place to come to escape the rigorous of shopping. Loads of options of both Cask & Craft plus the fantastic bar staff are on hand to assist if you’re not sure.

Excellent beer selection in a cool atmosphere Perhaps a little expensive for some people but the beer selection is both excellent and diverse, so worth that bit extra.

Plenty of beer to go at here. Always new stuff on the taps too. Types of beer for everybody's palette Also so much better now they have replaced the hand dryer in the toilets! 😉

On a Friday night so helpful. Wanted to try Westmalle cheese, outside of their platter option, they sorted this! Picked up what I thought was an issue with a beer, and they kindly explained why it had winey accents. Sorry for being hardwork, but really appreciated it!

I suffer really badly from hangovers even though I barely drink anything, probably from some additive or the way most commercial beers, ales and lagers are processed. I drank a fair few pints here and woke up completely fresh, it's a game changer.

We tried some nice beers, the staff was helpful and friendly, they recommended local beers.

This is a very nice bar located just off Market Street close to the shops.it isn't far from Piccadilly bus station so is easy to get to.the staff are very pleasant.they have a good craft beers and I was impressed with the lager called Bohemian.there is seating outside and easily accessible for the disabled.a little expensive but worth a visit.

If you're into real beer then this is a rare treat! Forget the commercial trash you get from typical pubs. What flows from these here taps is liquid gold. In the heart of the city this special tap house will provide interesting options from far afield and genuinely will delight the real connoisseur from amber lagers to chocolatey stouts. Really enjoyed the great service from the polite and helpful waitress.

Great crafts beer list, on draft and in the fridge. I do agree with previous reviews that mention a lack of atmosphere and the service wasn’t rude, but certainly wasn’t friendly.

Not caring about the reason why the customer vomited and taking everyone's drinks away isn't how you're making business. Caitlin was very helpful in convincing everyone not to return saying that it's not her problem why that person vomited. Thank you, we'll never return

While they do have a good beer selection, the atmosphere is very off in this place and it feels unfriendly. They also use those payment terminals that default to asking for a tip - I mean, seriously!? It's an American trend that keeps minimum wage criminally low, and should be absolutely discouraged from becoming normalised over here. It's frankly offensive to be, by default, asked to tip a bar person pouring your beer. It's not a complicated cocktail, it's not table service, it's not appropriate. The management should disable this feature on their payment terminals.

Great place we stumbled upon whilst visiting Manchester, a great selection of craft beers, something for everyone, reasonably priced and friendly staff. Family friendly and plenty of space, lovely atmosphere. Would recommend if you like a chilled vibe, nice people and great craft beer. 😊

Lovely bar, smallish selection of craft beers but some unusual choices and a nice selection of wines too.

Not sure if manager or owner, but such a rude and unnecessarily unpleasant guy served me. With so much choice for good craft beer in Manchester, avoid this place. Nothing special.

This is one of the best places to sample the best craft beers on cask and keg. They also have a brilliant selection of bottles and cans from breweries in the UK, Europe and the rest of the world.

They kicked out someone who had a weird beef with the gender neutral toilets. Good for Beermoth. I'd give them six or seven stars if I could.

Nice place to try some delicious beers

Interesting craft ale bar, in the Spring Gardens area of Manchester. Has a good selection of Cask and Keg craft ale. All the beer sampled were tasty and of good quality. Staff are helpful and knowledgeable. Visited on 2 different Tuesday afternoons, a little quiet, understandable given the time. I'll return on a different day and time to check it out at a busy time.

Cafe Beermoth us a craft ale bar situated on Brown Street, Manchester. There is a wide range of ales, beers and ciders. The staff are knowledgeable and happy to offer help with recommendations. There is wheelchair access but no parking. Suitable for solo or family visits. Bar snacks are available.

Very good pub about 15 minutes walk from Manchester Piccadilly Station. Eight cask beers on handpump when I visited including a stout. Large bar on the ground floor together with a mezzanine. Some seats outside.

Great beer, great bar. Far enough away from the NQ that that it doesn't like the smell of its own farts, but still has that early noughties NQ feel if you know what I mean.

Overpriced and the beer selection, though vast, always disappoints. Perhaps it's just not my style of beer. Or my price -£9 a pint in Manchester for a local beer is ridiculous. There's better bars that charge less for the same.

I have been there with my wife and brother to drink a beer and eat some chips. Very good beer and only 2 stars for the service because you need to go order and pick up your beer. Basically no service . Anyway we love the beer and atmosphere.

My favourite craft beer bar in Manchester. Serving very special pint, can have tasting before buying. Price is decent, depending on what u get. Some could go up to £7 for 2/3 pint, some £4 for a pint. Environment is chill, best for a pint for Sunday afternoon

Huge choice of draught Ales & Craft & an even better choice of high quality bottled World Beers which are accessed by staff into a walk in, temperature controlled chiller room - all behind glass. Looks great. Reasonable prices & set in minimalist, trendy bar.

Staff prior to 17:00 are always great, and staff are always a joy. On two visits a bald staff member has called us c**ts despite us probably providing most of their revenue for the day. The staff earlier than this were really friendly with us, but this particular guy openly called us c**ts at his first interaction with us. If we were too loud he could've said immediately like most normal humans would've. Despite us being 8 out of 12 people in there this guy decided to openly offend us yet not actually kick us out as if he knew he couldn't.

Fabulous bar! Rustic, quirky decor with the odd plant growing and beers lining the window shelves, great taste in music played, but highest commendation goes to an amazing selection of the very best beers available (6 cask taps, 10 keg) and a quality beer fridge. Staff friendly and trained in ensuring they serve beer in top quality condition - top ups if head very slightly too big proactively given. When I visited I found that on cask the beer was a notch colder than I’m used to - not a bad thing in Summer temperatures, and certainly the beer lost none of its quality or flavour because of it. Breweries represented include local guys Track, and the styles on offer are very varied including radlers - something you rarely see. A must for beer lovers in Manchester.

This is one of the best bars in Manchester if you like beer. Great selection of cask, keg and Belgium beers. All the beers are well looked after and the staff are super friendly and willing to offer advice. A must visit if your into beer!

05/04/23: always a winner on a trip to town. Fantastic selection or craft ales, something to suit everybody! Great booth seating area available! The beer in the photo is a 13% abv, Cuvée Delphine cask strength Imperial Stout, from The De Struise Brouwers. Not for the faint hearted and 1/3rd glass was sufficient.

Always love it in here, can be a little pricey tho...

Refused to serve me because they thought I was accompanying some guy who I've never seen before. He'd apparently caused some kind of incident before I arrived. So I gave them a bad review. What else am I supposed to do when this happens to me? Then they screenshotted it and put it on their Instagram and called me belligerent and drunk. I hadn't even had a drink yet when I went in. Probably the most rude and unprofessional experience I've had with any business.
