The best restaurants in North West

Fabulous buffet for 30+ people! After visiting Thira several times and always having fantastic food and excellent service, today I had my birthday lunch buffet here and it was super! Highly recommend, thank you!

What an absolute gem of a restaurant!!! ⭐️ From the moment we entered we were met with warm, friendly and genuine hospitality. Every single staff member we dealt with was so kind and made us feel right at home. ❤️ The place was busy and had a great atmosphere with some music playing at just the right volume (still able to have a clear conversation but loud enough to add a lively ambiance)! The drinks prices were super competitive and my partner and her sister said the Pinot Rosé was amazing. My Cobra was served ice cold and being under £5 was a pleasant surprise in today’s climate! Again the staff were super attentive and even poured the wine when serving. The food was absolutely outstanding, definitely the best of the cuisine I’ve had! The chicken lollipop starter (Indo/Chinese) was a particular stand out, getting the level of spice just right without being overwhelming, it was in-fact so nice that I spooned the entire garnish sauce up afterwards! We shared three curries for mains, the star of the show was definitely the butter chicken but the others we ordered were also out of this world with extremely tender meat and generous portion sizes. The rice and naan breads were super fresh and complimented everything perfectly. Oh and of course not forgetting the poppadoms and chutney tray which were so nice we ordered a second round! Definitely will be back, a pleasure to visit Hungamaa, I wish all of staff well and look forward to seeing them next time 🙏

Our new go to Indian. Everything we ordered was cooked perfectly and delivered still hot. Will definitely be ordering from here again!

Food is great, tried the turkish breakfast, nice combination of flavours and gives an accurate Mediterranean feel. Place is medium sized, best for up to groups of 4, anymore and you'll have to join tables. At busy times the service is a bit slow but not unreasonably so. Would visit again for breakfast and lunch.

Fabulous food. Large portions. Good price Very friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Best chutney tray ever - the coconut one is delicious and never seen this anywhere else. Vegetarian meals are good here. As the photos show - dishes are not oily. They don’t all look the same and not dyed red (unlike some restaurants). Definitely worth a visit.

Spicy burger was average. Nothing special. The oreo cookie pie was nice but everything else was mediocre and not worth the price

10/10 as always. Black daal and chicken Ruby are must try’s.

The house was a great view back in time. The staff were friendly and well able to explain some of the history and interesting details of the house like the priest hiding places etc. The cafe was clean and popular. The only surprise and it shouldn't have been was the noise from the airport, but it didn't spoil the visit.
