So I’ve been looking for a local, good quality Curry House for a while now. Little did I know it was right on my door step!!! The welcome and service was total professionalism and then the selection available was absolutely fantastic! Starters were amazing! Lamb chops and I settled for the Railway Lamb Curry with Mushroom Rice for my mains. The delay between the starters and mains was only slightly delayed but to be fair it was a full house! Testament to the quality of food!! The Chef is obviously very experienced and the staff are just the friendliest, happy to engage with customers on selections. Cobra Lager on draft was good quality and value for money. Altogether a great dining experience and only 500 yards from my front door. Result! One happy local customer 👍👍

What a find! After stumbling on Delhi Dream we didn’t know what to expect. As enjoyers of food from the subcontinent we look for authentic dishes where flavour is king. We were not disappointed. The starter of garlic chilli chicken and the Manchurian cauliflower were cooked beautifully and were promptly wolfed down with nothing left on either plate. The railway lamb curry was simply sublime. Melt in the mouth lamb with a delicious gravy. Perfect! The chicken jalfrezi was also really good. Asif, our waiter was really knowledgeable and friendly without being over the top. Please, do try this fantastic restaurant - I guarantee you will love it. Food - 4.5/5 Perfection is very hard to achieve but these guys got very close. Service 4.5/5 Great service, lots of good conversation and a personal touch all round Ambience 4/5 We were the only ones in as it was very early. Value for money 4.5/5 An absolute bargain with a 30% January discount. Well done Delhi Dream and your fantastic team.

The food and staff were marvellous

Tandoori chicken and rice was seriously undercooked, so much of it was inedible. Such a bummer, especially since I spent almost £50!

We went for our office Christmas meal and everyone had an amazing experience in terms of food, service and atmosphere it provided for wonderful conversations. Food was served in good portions with aromatic flavours and delicious taste for everyone's satisfaction. Highly recommended to host a small party.

Great food -authentic. Nice quiet restaurant which is family run. Looks very festive now with the inviting lights. Reasonable prices too. They do a lot of takeaways too so that's an option if you don't want to eat in.

Absolutely awful, byriani had two pieces of chicken and was very greasy, called the restaurant to make them aware of the issue and was met with a very very rude chef , first and last time ordering from here

Don't order from here, food completely tasteless , there was 1 piece of chicken in the main , dips for popadoms were tiny, not worth the money stay clear.

It's a beautiful small restaurant with a great atmosphere. It was lovely to feel like we had time, no one rushed us. The good was great! And the service was friendly and down to earth

I had not been here before and thought I would try it. We booked a table for 6 and on arrival the table hadn’t been vacated by the previous diners. We were waiting for about 15 minutes and were given a menu to look at. Once we sat down we had to wait for a while for drinks. The food was very good and I had the railway curry which was nice. The poppadoms were broken up in a basket which I am not keen on and would prefer a whole one. All in all we had a nice time and enjoyed the meal.

My partner and I tried this for the first time this evening and they did not disappoint. The ambiance, the service & the food was all absolutely five star 🌟 we had the chicken tikka masala pilau rice and pears naan bread Absolutely delicious thank you

Normally I take lots of photos however this time I didn’t manage as food was absolutely ridiculously delicious 😋. We used to travel Denton but from now on we discovered local gem and we will definitely be coming back :) Thank you for lovely service and food 10/10

We went here to celebrate my wife's birthday. It was really special. The decor and setting is clean and inviting, the staff friendly and attentive. And the food is probably some of the best Indian food I've ever tasted ! Really good. Meat was succulent. The sauces taste fantastic and the herbs, spices and some of the street food menu items are things you don't get in a regular Indian. Delicious. Reasonable prices too.

Ordered via UberEats and the quality of food was terrible. Chapatti was raw at the edges where the dough hadn’t been properly rolled out. Chewy chicken in the butter chicken. Poppadoms were stale and chewy. Masala chips soggy and chips undercooked when bitten into. Extremely poor quality food - such a shame and very unexpected given the other reviews, which is why we ordered!!

Lamb curry was full of fatty chewy tough old boots lamb And there were too many jeera cumin seeds in every dish over powering it. Was very poor

Amazing food! Great flavours, great menu choices and all the items we chose had depth, flavour and reasonably priced. Popadoms were fresh and light, onion bhaji tasty and had this amazing coriander yoghurt sauce, it looked nuclear green but tasted divine. I would highly recommend the chicken bhuna, a little bit spicy and full of flavour… also chicken tikka masala, rich in flavour and so fresh! All the food was fabulous and we are happy that we have found an Indian that we can’t wait to go back too. Highly recommend! Staff super friendly too and the place had a nice vibe.

I was really disappointed with the Chicken Tikka Masala, it didn’t taste at all like any other Tikka I have ever had, no sweetness whatsoever, completely different flavours. The Onion Bhagis were nice hence 2 stars.

Half the Oder came bye the time the other half came it was cold then it took them nearly a hour to come and give us a new order bye this time we weren’t hungry

Very disappointed, on both occasions I have visited this restaurant the front door was left wide open, which made me feel very cold inside whilst eating. Also I had to ask 7 times for a straw to enjoy my beverages during a quiet period in the restaurant, this made me feel that the staff could have been a little more attentive.

The meal was excellent and very tasty, where we would highly recommend the food. However, the driver was late coming to us by over 30 mins. It therefore took 1.5 hours to get to us. I did ring the restaurant who were helpful and rang the driver to give us an update. Luckily the food was still hot when it arrived, but no apology from the driver sadly. Food was great and would definitely return for it - but perhaps speak to your drivers about getting there on time!

Came on a Wednesday evening. Couldn't fault the food, service or atmosphere. Food was on point and as authentic as you can get outside of Delhi. Kudos to the chefs. Service was courteous and outstanding. Amazing portions. Would recommend the Veg Manchurian and Lamb Biryani. 🙏🏽

So I had my first curry from this restaurant delivered. Ordering was easy. Delivery on time Food hot. Kids enjoyed their Chicken Korma. I enjoyed my Chicken Biriyani (But where was my egg and vegetable curry that usually goes with this dish????) Onion Bhagi’s were good.

Fantastic little find. Foot is fantastic and I'd really recommend the mixed seafood platter and the lamb railway curry. Service was top notch too. Nothing was too much trouble. Staff even went to co-op to get a pineapple to complete a dish

We had a delicious meal and very friendly service. The menu is varied with a lot of unusual vegetarian and vegan dishes. We dined early so the ambience is hard to grade in the review but it’s a smart restaurant and the food well presented.

I always rate the food from Delhi dream. I've had a mixture of things from the menu but my favourite is the tandoori chicken wings. Would happily recommend the food and the service is also consistently good.

One can get the real tastes of India cuisines. Our go to place for street food and starters. Food is so authentic that there seems no other place like this near by. Ambience is cozy and may get busy sometimes but totally worth it. Staff is cool. Reserving a table is recommended.

Despite our last-minute booking, Delhi Dream delivered big time! The Seekh Kebab and Tandoori Broccoli starters were delicious, and the main course curries and breads were absolutely spot on. Kudos to Delhi Dream for not letting our lateness affect the top-notch food quality!

We had a lovely time for my daughter’s 26th birthday last night, very friendly staff and a superb chef. We enjoyed a wide range of dishes washed down by several beers. Very good value too. Thank you for looking after us so well and bringing a complimentary desert while singing Happy Birthday to her! We will certainly return.

The food was due to be delivered yet stated it had been collected unsure who by!! I contacted the store the next evening and they stated it’s not there issue beyond disappointed with the customer service from this store

Our first time (dining in) since pre COVID, and we were told the place has changed hands, but the Railway Curry was still absolutely outstanding. Together with a Chicken Kadai, the Popadoms basket and a nan bread (which we added as an afterthought once our food was served but was still brought very promptly to enjoy with the meals), we had an all-around very enjoyable dine-in spread. We could taste lots of spices, the food was very fresh – especially the lamb - and none of it was unnecessarily “over-chillied”. I also enjoyed the draught Cobra at under £5 a pint.

Excellent authentic British style Indian food. The lamb byriani Hyderabad is top notch, especially when accompanied by a madras sauce & a nann bread.

Food was shocking not only have they forgot some of my order the chips was cold and soggy rice hard and cold will not place a order again it’s a joke how I paid £35 and didn’t receive my order!!!

The wrong order was delivered, however the driver came straight back and swapped it over. No problem.

My food has NOT been delivered?? We have waited one hour 20 minutes for a FAILED delivery to be told we have delivered to your address. I assured them we had not received any food . Was really looking forward to a nice meal from here because its usual spot on but when we recieved the food it was barely warm.. chips were cold, poppadoms smashed up in the bag, naan bread payed for but wasnt delivered. Sauce pot has fell all over bhajis.. just a mess really...

Always love eating here. The staff are so lovely and always looking after our every need. The food was absolutely gorgeous and consistently tasty. Would definitely recommend. We had their meat platter, gobi manchurian and butter chicken and naan this time and can't praise the chefs enough. Spices and taste were on point so really really enjoyed our meal out. They never disappoint. Would definitely recommend if you are looking for good authentic indian food. Thank you. We will definitely see you again soon 😊

What a let down! Out of town, staying in local hotel and Only came on the back of a glowing google score. Empty restaurant on a Friday night??? Lamb chops were black charred beyond adding flavour. Tasted bitter. The onion Bhaji’s were 2/3s flour and were like pakora batter, not really mostly onion!! Not nice, these were left. We ordered 2 chicken tikka curries, the chicken was ok, but both curries were bland, just tasting of salty base gravy. Disappointing. Service was excellent. People are lovely but this is not great British Indian curry. Lots of locals seemed pleased but I am used to much better.
