The atmosphere is very tidy and nice. Also well-designed. I particularly liked the cuttleries and plates. The food is great, and every menu is vegan which was special. Staffs were extremely kind. I cannot complain about anything. The only advice is that perhaps you may want to find a table far away from the airconditioner. The food easily get cold due to the wind. I guess it is personal prefererence though. Toilet was clean as well! They have high chair for babies.

The best Indian Where to start bhaja Pala has been on my go to since the start of the year after visiting sthanm1 in Manchester discovered this was a joint restaurant but the twist all vegan After that I was sold as I’m vegan yet my family aren’t yet open to trying alternatives so finally visited for their Sunday buffet and I quote they said ‘we didn’t even miss meat’ high praise indeed and incredible to hear Now onto the experience itself , on arriving made to feel welcome , a small cosy establishment that had a relaxing atmosphere And for the food … faultless , the buffet was fresh , well presented and great variety , we were shown each dish and if any questions answered knowledgeably From the accompanying chutney , pickles , Papad /poppadom and raita to start and incredible fresh salad , there were 3 starters (Mini Potato Vada ,Tandoori Pineapple And Tofu Mushroom Chilli) Plus 3 main curries (Veg Harlyali ,jackfruit and Rajma Masala ) Paired with rice Peas Pulao and Butter Naan Not to mention as many dosas made fresh to order as your heart content (and stomach capacity of course) that was lovely dipped in Coconut Chutney and Sambar For just over £15 each incredible value for the quality and concept a must try place vegan or not for an authentic Indian and hidden gem in Manchester

Staff are always very attentive and friendly, menu has tons to choose from and everything I’ve tried is absolutely divine!

My review is about Bengali thaali. We went as a group of friends for their much advertised Thaali meals. We chose Bengali. It’s a shame that not much was Bengali there!!! The pickle was store bought. There were hardly any recognisable Bengali dishes, there were two sabjis that were not specific to Bengal. No puchkas, no rossogolla, no mishti dahi. Very disappointing and expensive too! 30£ for a very non Bengali, tasteless meal!

This is seriously the best Indian food I’ve ever had, not because it’s Vegan, just because it’s incredibly tasty. Ps. I’m not Vegan so not biased, just really do yourself a favour and come visit, you will leave very happy!

Having heard great reviews about a vegan Indian restaurant, I finally went there with my family. My family tried the jackfruit biryani and panini puri, and I had the dosa buffet, which was £15.99 per person and included 3 mains, 3 starters, dosa, naan, and tomato rice—absolute value for money. I was mind-blown by the simplicity and flavor of the dishes here. 5/5

We had a very uneven experience - the food was all good, although a few things were unavailable, but the service and ambiance weren’t great. First we were sat under an irritating flickering light, which we were told “would stop soon” but didn’t. Our waiter was extremely casual to the point being almost rude, we waited ages for drinks despite the restaurant being very quiet, and probably most irritating was someone who worked there going in and out of the door countless times in the space of 10 minutes or so, meaning some of our group had to put their coats on. Having eaten here several times previously and always recommended it to everyone, unfortunately based on this experience I probably won’t do so again

The food is delicious, like; everything is at least good - if not great. menu is fantastic and offers enough variation without being too broad. The staff are very friendly but not overbearing. This has become our favourite place to go.

Worst service I've ever had. I never ever review anywhere but it was so slow I have to warn others. In the space of 2 hours we only had our starters and the place was half full.

We visited here last Friday as a group of 8. Some vegetarian, vegan and some meat eaters. We all enjoyed the food. The service was good. Will revisit.

I am a hardcore carnivores, and this is the only veg/vegan restaurant I eat at, now if I am saying this, imagine the amount of delicious the food might be!

I recently visited this restaurant and had the uthauppam, broccoli manchurian, and thali. The food was absolutely delicious and felt more like home-cooked meals, with an authentic taste. Despite being a very small place, it’s one of the best spots to try if you're looking for Indian vegan cuisine. Most of the menu is made from soya, and I highly recommend it. Prices were very reasonable too...!!

This was clearly a badly made order. didn't provide spicy chutney at all, had terribly extra salt on the puffed rice filling. It was extremely sweet as well. clearly won't be ordering from here again. Shame that this Vegan restaurant is cutting corners.

genuinely this place should have a Michelin star, the food is incredible, if you're not vegetarian don't be put off you honestly won't miss the meat. if there's an award for takeaways then this place should get gold!

Bhaji Pala is absolutely incredible, probably one of the best Indians I've ever tried! Everything is always amazing!!

I absolutely love this place. Being Indian, I am very critical of Indian restaurants I eat at. I went last week with friends who had not been before. I am not vegetarian but never leave this restaurant without a tummy full (but not heavy) of food and a heart full of love and admiration. Never disappoints. Unusual dishes cooked to perfection. Hats off to the team. Keep up the good work. I will be back soon. Huge shout out to Christopher who was looking after everyone that dined in that evening. You are a star. The portions were very small and the entre platter was mostly chips drowned in chilli relish.

Was here on Sunday and had the Sunday Buffet. All the food was not your typical banglideshi/Indian food you normally get in restaurants around here. They had way more authentic food. You can order Dosa (a think rice pancake with filling) as well as helping yourself to the various different starters ,curry’s and dips. I had masala dosa x2 with coconut chutney and the Samber which was delicious. There was also fresh poppodoms and chutneys and veg spring rolls and and unusual dish which was made with tofu which I didn’t think I would like but it was tasty. They had a chick pea curry and a creamy veg curry on also. I’ve travelled in India and this is the most authentic Indian food I’ve tasted in this country

I think this might be my favourite Indian restaurant in the world (and I eat a lot of Indian food). Food is amazing, the fact that it's plant based is a bonus. Go with a group, go on your own before a morning flight from Manchester airport, whatever just go!

The concept of a vegan Indian restaurant is quite novel, but the quality and taste are exceptional . I highly recommend their Sunday buffet, which includes hot dosas served right at your table .. A must try for all peeps out there to to go out and experience the ever so versatile Indian cuisine

We had a delicious meal at this lovely little restaurant. The food was amazing - done of the best curries we've ever had, perfectly cooked naan and it was all clearly freshly made. Such a high standard and the service was also fantastic - really friendly and efficient staff.

Fantastic food and service. Ate here while staying at airport for a flight the following day. We even ordered two Dosa's for breakfast the following day, they were cold obvs but still delicious. Definitely eat here again when in the area.

Delicious and quality vegan food caters to everyone. Hardest bit is to choose as there are many, many tasty options.

When it comes to Plant based/Vegan Indian cooking - this restaurant has the crown! We had a selection of dishes here as we wanted to try the entire menu (we clearly need to come back again and again to achieve this!) but by golly was it good! Excellent recommendations by the friendly staff, lovely decor, warm and inviting - all things we all want to see in any restaurant these days - and Bhaji does it beautifully. Well done guys, can’t wait to come again.

Wow such great food. I picked up family from Manchester airport and found this gem of a place 10mins away. We love Indian food and this place had the best variety of vegetarian and vegan food. The food was cooked so well with such good flavour and perfectly spiced. Very accommodating, friendly staff, great service and wonderfully tasty food. Look forward to visiting again. Many thanks.

What an absolute revelation! A truly magnificent indian vegan meal culminating in utterly delicious vegan Cheese Cake. The Bhel was great but the Masala Dhosa and Channa Masala were truly out of this world - absolute perfection The service cleanliness and overall ambiance were just superb. Unmissable !!

Ordered here many times, food is increadibly tasty, unique and really stands out in an area where their are 4 other good quality indian restaurants. The food does cost a little more even though it is vegan however, the skills of the chefs talents really shine through here because these dishes don't need meat tp make then whole, unlike your standard curries

When my driver arrived he started having a go at me about the fact it was inconvenient for him to go so far to deliver to my flat. If the restaurant doesn't want to deliver in this area they can just select that on the app? Didn't really want to pay to get yelled at on a Friday night.

Place is good for Indian food,they serve thali (complete meal) last week of every month.Very innovative idea. Hope they come up with even better thalis from different states in India.

Being 1st time in Bhaji Pala restaurant was a great experience. Appreciate their services and atmosphere. Food wise I enjoyed most of it. Extraordinary presentation. However, the Dosa was nice tastewise still they can improve as it was not crunchy enough. 8/10 Veg biriani was nice alright 6/10 Starter 10/10

The food at this restaurant is spectacular. The dosas were wonderful. The best I've tasted in many years. We also ordered the mixed sizzler to start. It included some well spiced tandoori broccoli which was perfect. For mains we shared the dudhi kofta curry with basmati rice. It was our first time trying this dish and we were both blown away by the richness of the sauce and the light, fluffy texture of the kofta dumplings. The cocktails were also very fresh and reasonably priced. Service was excellent too. Nice atmosphere and clean interior. We will return again.

Second visit in three weeks. Treated well. Arrived promptly. Waiter was friendly. Cordial atmosphere. The mint and cardamom lassi was excellent.

Didn't feel very well after eating here. Food was really poor. We ordered some noodles and they were like cold, chewy string. The other dishes we ordered weren't really much better. Would definitely not recommend.

Amazing food, always fantastic. Tried the Thali today and it was delicious, have tried some of the other regional Thalis too and they were also amazing, as is the usual menu. The mango and pineapple lassi was delicious too. Take cash for tips too as you can’t add to the bill and the staff deserve a good tip. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent authenticated Indian food..

The food was really average or below average. Ordered naachni(ragi) rotis, were served burnt rotis. Ordered Indo-Chinese platter - the spring rolls were stiff and chewy, noodles didn't have sufficient salt. For mains we ordered two dishes - which were also very okayish in taste. From the breads - lachcha parantha was very delicious.
