Fantastic food and service. Ate here while staying at airport for a flight the following day. We even ordered two Dosa's for breakfast the following day, they were cold obvs but still delicious. Definitely eat here again when in the area.

Delicious and quality vegan food caters to everyone. Hardest bit is to choose as there are many, many tasty options.

When it comes to Plant based/Vegan Indian cooking - this restaurant has the crown! We had a selection of dishes here as we wanted to try the entire menu (we clearly need to come back again and again to achieve this!) but by golly was it good! Excellent recommendations by the friendly staff, lovely decor, warm and inviting - all things we all want to see in any restaurant these days - and Bhaji does it beautifully. Well done guys, can’t wait to come again.

Wow such great food. I picked up family from Manchester airport and found this gem of a place 10mins away. We love Indian food and this place had the best variety of vegetarian and vegan food. The food was cooked so well with such good flavour and perfectly spiced. Very accommodating, friendly staff, great service and wonderfully tasty food. Look forward to visiting again. Many thanks.

I can't recommend this place enough, the food is incredible (I recommend the Chaat Platter and the Brocolli Manchurian enough).

What an absolute revelation! A truly magnificent indian vegan meal culminating in utterly delicious vegan Cheese Cake. The Bhel was great but the Masala Dhosa and Channa Masala were truly out of this world - absolute perfection The service cleanliness and overall ambiance were just superb. Unmissable !!

Being 1st time in Bhaji Pala restaurant was a great experience. Appreciate their services and atmosphere. Food wise I enjoyed most of it. Extraordinary presentation. However, the Dosa was nice tastewise still they can improve as it was not crunchy enough. 8/10 Veg biriani was nice alright 6/10 Starter 10/10

The food at this restaurant is spectacular. The dosas were wonderful. The best I've tasted in many years. We also ordered the mixed sizzler to start. It included some well spiced tandoori broccoli which was perfect. For mains we shared the dudhi kofta curry with basmati rice. It was our first time trying this dish and we were both blown away by the richness of the sauce and the light, fluffy texture of the kofta dumplings. The cocktails were also very fresh and reasonably priced. Service was excellent too. Nice atmosphere and clean interior. We will return again.

Second visit in three weeks. Treated well. Arrived promptly. Waiter was friendly. Cordial atmosphere. The mint and cardamom lassi was excellent.

Didn't feel very well after eating here. Food was really poor. We ordered some noodles and they were like cold, chewy string. The other dishes we ordered weren't really much better. Would definitely not recommend.

Amazing food, always fantastic. Tried the Thali today and it was delicious, have tried some of the other regional Thalis too and they were also amazing, as is the usual menu. The mango and pineapple lassi was delicious too. Take cash for tips too as you can’t add to the bill and the staff deserve a good tip. Highly recommend! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Excellent authenticated Indian food..

The food was really average or below average. Ordered naachni(ragi) rotis, were served burnt rotis. Ordered Indo-Chinese platter - the spring rolls were stiff and chewy, noodles didn't have sufficient salt. For mains we ordered two dishes - which were also very okayish in taste. From the breads - lachcha parantha was very delicious.

We ordered multiple items like pani puri,chat,bhelpuri,mango lassi,drinks,jackfruit biryani etc. Nice food I liked chat items compare to rice. Wants to try once again soon.

We were recommended this vegan restaurant by friends and it certainly lived up to expectations! I am not a vegan, nor is my wife (she is vegetarian). The welcome was warm and friendly and we ordered a selection of interesting starters and main courses. To start we shared the Tandoori Pineapple and Onion Bhajis! The pineapple was simply amazing and the onion bhajis were the best we have ever tasted anywhere! For main courses we shared Goan Dum Aloo (Potatoes cooked in rich Goan sauce) and Dal Makhani (Slow cooked lentils and mixed beans in a buttery rich creamy sauce) with Lemon Rice and Peshwari Naan. Again everything was utterly delicious - really tasty food, great textures and the perfect level of spiciness. Service was great - friendly and helpful! We will definitely go back!! Highly recommended to all!!

I love this restaurant very much. The menu choice is very nice. I have ordered masala Dosa veg noodles, cheese corn patties & tofu chilli paneer. All of them were too delicious & were made of according to my requirement. Very cosy sitting & friendly staff. Chefs were amazing & had authentic Indian test.

Just incredible, I am not a Vegan but I love the flavours and the complexity of the food at this restaurant. I have been going since they opened years ago and recently the new innovation rich and flavourful Regional Gujarati thali, That is amazing and inexpensive. It is an all inclusive platter, you should go to the Facebook page and check it out, you won't be disappointed

Service is excellent, very friendly, every meal I have had is amazing, full of flavour and if you want to turn up the heat a little they are more than happy to tailor to your preference, food is consistent, the chefs defiantly know what there doing. Highly recommend

My wife and I enjoyed an excellent meal. It full of flavour, cooked to perfection, served with a smile and great value too. There's IPA and Cobra lager on draught as well as wine by the glass or bottle. Highly hly recommended. Will definitely visit again.

A very nice place with very good vegan food. The food was excellent.

Best Indian Vegan place. All dishes tasted different. They did not use the same base sauce for their curries. They also cater for Jain and without onion and garlic. Broccoli Manchurian is a must to try. Cardamon and Mint Lassi was also delicious and refreshing.

You won't get much attention if you are from a Indian background. The manager (pink shirt tonight), being gujarati himself, found the time to chat with the tables which had non asian speaking people, but not us or the 2 other tables which were Indian. The young gentleman called Anesh was very polite.

A lovely evening meal. So much flavour and really friendly staff. Started off with the Popadoms and had Jackfruit Curry in Goan Sauce as well as Tofu Mekahni for mains with Pashwari nans. Neither of us are vegan but wanted to give the restaurant a try and so glad we did. Very much recommended.

We dined at Bhaji Pala on Monday to celebrate our daughter's birthday. We received a very warm welcome and this initial welcome translated into a memorable evening with delicious food and first rate service. The menu has a variety of options with some enticing combinations of ingredients. Every dish was freshly prepared and we all thoroughly enjoyed sampling the different choices we made. We cannot recommend this restaurant highly enough. Our evening could not have been more perfect and we would like to heartily thank the team at Bhaji Pala for their excellent care.

This is a nice restaurant with a good menu particularly for those who are looking for a vegetarian/vegan diet and want to get a taste of how food is in Western India. There is room for improvement on the dessert menu, not much on offer and lacks the wow factor (having had the starters and main course with both exceeding expectations, the expectations from desserts were high and it felt short)

The food is 100% Vegan and highly recommended. Food is excellent and bursting with flavour. The mint and cardamon lassi is the best I've tasted.

Went with friends who live near the restaurant and rave about it. I can't blame them - the food was amazing. We ordered lots of different items so we could try them all. I am a convert to beetroot curry and also loved the aubergine and peanut curry too. Had left overs for lunch yesterday - still fabulous and even the takeaway pots are vegan. Fantastic flavours and something for everyone. Looking forward to going again.

First time diner at Bhaji Pala and will definitely be returning. Relaxed but attentive service, lovely dining area and the food was excellent. Had crispy lotus roots, bhajis, vegetable biryani, beetroot curry and parathas. All delicious, generous portions and a great experience all round. Will definitely be coming back.

Haven't had the dine in experience yet but have ordered take away a few times. Very tasty food. So excited to have a naan bread I can eat that doesn't contain dairy yoghurt. Prices are more restaurant prices than takeaway prices but the flavour is well worth it as a treat. This is my new favourite Indian takeaway and I hope to dine in soon.

We ate here before we flew from Manchester Airport. We will definitely come back, even if we don't fly from the airport, the food was incredible and we were very much looked after! Cannot recommend highly enough!

Best Vegan place with so many options on the table. Must visit if you go to Manchester, do book the table and come on time as it's usually pretty busy. Ringan sabji and cauliflower tandoor is a must have :)

Superb vegan food made with love . Our first visit today and we loved everything we ordered . The Bharli Vangi (aubergine with peanuts )was delicious. Very affordable prices for excellent quality fresh ingredients. It was a joy to have so much choice with the reassurance that the kitchen prepares only vegetables and no meat or dairy .

Been here a few times now and every time it’s been fantastic. There is so much choice and everything we’ve had has been delicious- special mention for the tandoori broccoli which perfectly absorbs loads of beautifully spiced marinade and subtly smoky flavour, and the naan bread which was fresh, soft and fluffy. The staff are always friendly and service is quick and attentive without feeling like you’re being rushed, just be aware that you can’t leave a tip by card. The restaurant itself feels small enough to be cosy without feeling cramped or packed in, and the decor is modern but with enough Indian decorative touches to feel homely rather than sterile. I’m excited to see their new menu coming out later this month (though also a bit nervous that they might get rid of some of our favourites!) In sum, excellent food and friendly service: you won’t be disappointed.

A real gem of Gatley. Not only is the food vegan (awesome!) but it is of incredibly high quality and freshness. Takeaway delivery is also top notch.

Went for a family dinner with kids. Good kids menu but a bit sweet food overall even the curry. Portion sizes are hard to gauge, some curries are served in large platters enough for 3 whilst others are barely suitable for single person. Breads were fresh but garlic naan had little fresh garlic and more garlic butter instead. Not healthy or ideal for tastebuds. Drinks were more than average drinks you find at Indian restaurants. The mint lassi was nice and refreshing. Great place for vegan eaters. It’s an experience to add if you’re a foodie and don’t mind trying urban Indian food.

This is a STRONG recommendation for a visit. What a jewel! I went with a group of friends and they worked so hard to look after us. We had excellent Indian food that tastes authentic. Barely any of us were veggie, let alone vegan and so many of us (me included) were pushed beyond our usual boundaries. It’s delicious food - glorious in fact. And the manager and team couldn’t have been nicer. No photos because it was all scoffed pretty quick.

Had a nice meal here. The staff were friendly and it was a nice setting. The restaurant was clean and welcoming. The food was decent and we eat it all. It wasn't the best I've had and could have done with more flavour but we still enjoyed it and eat it all.

Recommended by bar next door Food and service spot on..even have their own I.P.A.! Just about got away without over ordering! Portions are generous.....

This place is amazing the food is the best Indian I have ever tasted .. The Broccoli Tandoori is just fabulous what they can do with vegetables is out of this world.. I am not vegetarian,. I feel lighter after the meal than a curry with meat and butter..

Super-clean, friendly and efficient service, 100% vegan menu. We had the veg biryani, bhaja pali special and tofu makhani, all really tasty and not a sign of oil. Probably the best biryani we have ever had. Quite reasonably priced too. Highly recommended.
