Wow!!! my new favourite burger shop. Delicious fresh burgers. Loved the spicy chicken and smashed patty ones. Biscoff was so good and the cheesy bites too. Definitely recommend.

Great service, brought it out to car, nice gent, only issue was the burger was meant to have no chilli or doritos or onions and came with everything on it, the gent that brought it out and the lollies and sauces and air freshener made it 5 star anyway just took them off once she noticed

honestly pretty tasty, ingredients were fresh and food was presented and seasoned well, my only two slight problems would be the food was pretty cold on arrival and the portion size of the chicken burger could be improved, apart from that a solid burger joint that I wouldn’t say no to, prices are in my opinion a bit steep but I do believe a business has the right to charge whatever they feel is personally acceptable for the quality of food they provide. 4/5 because nothing is perfect. thank you.

Food was on point, the dipped burger has to be the best I’ve tried in a long while, but I must mention the outstanding customer service from Liya. I had trouble finding the location but she went above and beyond to help me. Extremely polite, professional and patient as I drove round in circles lol. She deserves a raise! Food was still piping hot even though I got a little late. Oh and the car freshener is such a lovely touch, smells 🔥 too.

I order from here frequently most definitely over 40 times this year and I always get the same order chicken burger spicy dipped and it’s always perfect definitely one of the best in Manchester , the last two times I got chicken strips spicy dipped and and the spicy dipped chicken burger and it was disgusting the sauce tasted fishy. I know it was the sauce cause the spicy mayo had the same flavour.I actually like this meal so please investigate this I’m scared to order again after having to throw my meal away 2 times.

The food here is simply 10/10 and trust me when I say this! Best chicken burger I’ve had by far in Manchester. Food quality is is great and even the fries (chips) had a flavour to them. Plus gave me a free cheesecake so these mans know their customer service skills. A few more sauces wouldn't go a miss tho but nevertheless food was bangin. Always wondered why I never tried this before , it’s always the good spots we miss! Keep it up guys 👊

I have just finished eating the most delicious food at So Famous and am compelled to write a well deserved review straight away. I had the Buttermilk Chicken Burger with Seasoned Fries at their Media City outlet. It was served by friendly and efficient staff and can honestly say it’s the BEST Burger I have EVER tasted. Absolutely Outstanding.

Rupesh was very friendly, quick service and really delicious food. We were treated to a free drink and sauce - exceptional customer service, will definitely come back and recommend!

Promise but only left with disappointment. First off don’t tick off fries, I didn’t get my fries, you must have mistakes the two tenders for one tender and fries but I’m Northern Irish so any form of potato is critical to my meal! I think the burger showed great promise and the tenders weren’t bad. It was the first time having a cookie pie and It was overrated as overloaded with Nutella but I don’t think that’s down to the restaurant , it’s down to my preference.

Cloud restaurant offers three main dishes 1- Beef burger 2- Crispy chicken 3- Tender chicken All the dishes are delicious, especially the crispy chicken Worth a try (Order through the website and receive it from the same place or through delivery applications)

I rarely order food late (2am) but when I do most places the food quality isn’t the best, ordered at 2am and arrived very quick, food was still warm and I do have to say probably one of the nicest burger places I have tried in Manchester. 100% recommend this place

truly the Best burger place in manchester so far. Last minute dinner find from google. We have ordered throught their website and collected from 5 Unit D, Aldow Enterprise Park, Blackett St, Manchester M12 6EJ. Quickly prepared , visually and quality pleasing. We have ordered 2x burger , curly and skin on fries. Burger was full of flavour juicy with fresh veg and their really amazing signature sauce. Fries crispy but not burnt. As extra for our order we got lollipops which made our daughter very happy and lovely car freshener . That really surprised us. Great customer service , humble and down to earth staff. Big thumbs up for this place . We will order again for sure amd let know our friends about this place.

I had a burger last night for pickup order and the burger was juicy and delicious I enjoyed a lots and the man Called Rupesh came to give the order he was amazing and friendly. I will recommend everyone to come and had burger from so famous in Manchester.

Ordered for the first time and omg it was absolutely amazing! Fresh and hot burgers with a great taste, lovely seasoned chips and mozzarella sticks are really really yummy, especially with the amazing dips. I loved the extra touch of the free vimto lollipops, the kids absolutely went crazy with delight. Thank you so much staff @ So Famous, and thanks for the freebies too. Will definitely order again and advise everyone to try too- you wont be disappointed!

All fast food is a bit salty, but the chicken in the burgers was inedibly salty. I ordered a normal burger and a spicy one, and both were so salty in the breading and the meat, I feel they must be trying to cover some off flavours perhaps

Most freshest and tatiest burger in ever, we ordered a return of a mac which had a mac n cheese bites and domino's with a buttermilk chicken in brioche bun and loaded fries with tenders cheese sauce this was a bit more spicer than the burger really good food. Fries were nice, but the red salt could do with improvement. Also had a kinder cookie pie, which was also very delicious and unique. I've not had anything like it before. Strongly recommend, awesome food and service.. I would defo go again.
