Smashing little place, absolutely what I need for healthy options and convenience why the hell would I bother cooking when I can just rock up and Tels done it all for me! Always lovely meal prep made to order. We eat in for breakfast once a week too and it’s just gorgeous. Don’t know what I’d do without tel and his South African bushbitch.

I celebrated my 50th birthday at AJs. Everyone had a fantastic time, the atmosphere was great the food was excellent with plenty to go round. The house band where great got us all up dancing. Couldn’t have wished for a better venue to celebrate thank you to Angela and the team for all their hard work making it a special night.

Wow! What an amazing place. Everything was lovely from the environment to the staff and food. I also learned that everyone volunteers and all monies made are donated to charities and local community groups! How fantastic!

Eaten here twice. Sunday roast and a Thursday night steak. Excellent food. Quality products and well cooked. Really. Great staff and great time. Support this place as it would be such a shame to lose it.

Went in Sunday with a large group no problem. We had reserved our tables. Staff where great, service very good. Food was very nice .I had the pie 🥧 very nice, all the roast dinners looked good as well Calypso coffee was ok. Thank you

Beautiful food. Awful experience. Just left with my family, all with indigestion having by to rush to get out of there, absolutely disgusted that for profit over customer experience, they allowed roughly 15 pieces of scum to ruin everyone’s meals. Think stag do, disgusting language so loud you have to shout at your own table to be heard and leave with a migraine. The things being shouted (the whole time) were a disgrace. The staff were fully aware as amongst other customers, (I told them when paying the bill as quickly as humanly possible) and don’t care as profits come first here. First and last time here. Avoid unless you are a foul mouthed chav.

We were looking for somewhere near to our hotel that offered a cream tea. This was a nice find, thanks to Tripadvisor. Beautiful homemade scones with a choice of jam and plenty of butter and cream. Nice setting too.

Amazing little place, friendly staff, spotlessly clean and the most delicious traditional tea and warm scones. The perfect pit stop whilst out shopping with mum.

My favourite local fish and chips. As a fisherman I aspire to create the same dishes. Worth a try
