Smashing little place, absolutely what I need for healthy options and convenience why the hell would I bother cooking when I can just rock up and Tels done it all for me! Always lovely meal prep made to order. We eat in for breakfast once a week too and it’s just gorgeous. Don’t know what I’d do without tel and his South African bushbitch.

Read the favourable reviews so decided to call in whilst passing through, had the Tel Island & Earthey Breakfasts, couple of coffees & an Earthey smoothie. Very nice indeed, cheaper establishments out there perhaps but it’s unlikely they will be as healthy or tasty as this was ;)

Love this place!! Recommended by a friend and now I’m obsessed!! It’s really cool and welcoming inside. Smoothies are amazing!!! I’ve also had a salad bowl, meal preps/ noodle dishes and cakes and all were delicious. Everything is super fresh and healthy. Only open for take out at the moment but can’t wait to go and sit in the lovely garden at the back when things reopen. The team are lovely, friendly and welcoming and nothing is too much trouble. Meal prep menu is fantastic for those who don’t want to or can’t cook. Really good value for money and top quality ingredients. Would highly recommend for any drink, meal or occasion. Great lunch today in garden , lovely staff All calories shown so you know what you are eating . Had the halloumi and avocado Veg on a flat bread . Would highly recommend.

Food was unbelievable. My tastebuds where tingling and as full as I was I wanted more more more. The cakes where to die for the Nutella bueno blondie and blueberry meringue cheesecake where like a taste sensation. We will certainly be visiting again very very soon.

Started using these guys for meal prep as it’s easier for me to do so and the level is service from here is amazing. The food is on another level, simple, full of flavour, ticks every box you need. Will definitely be using again and would recommend to anybody. Try it out!!

Beautiful fresh healthy food. Loads of colour. So yummy would love to go every day for my lunch but I will just have have to buy some to take home

I booked a table for 10 yesterday. We arrived for breakfast and table all ready to go. A lovely warm welcome to us all by Tel and Becky. We were sat by the room leading to the garden which was a lovely spot. In the party we had vegans, vegetarians, kids and carnivours... literally a right old mixture and probable challenge for Tel. No problems whatsoever. Becky took our orders with a cheery smile. Even though there was a mixture of our requirements it all arrived piping hot. The poached egg was cooked to perfection. Nothing greasy and all fabulously healthy. The service was great. Will definitely be back. Thanks guys for looking after us this morning at short notice.

After hearing great things about this place I decided to try it out whilst visiting family in the area, I was not disappointed! The service and food were both equally as impressive as the other. I have been convinced to try a vegan diet by the other half and they were very accommodating with this! Can’t wait to go back

I have bought lots of meal prep plans over the last few months which are delicious and have helped me to stay in shape. The large menu for the meal preps means that you pick and choose your meals so ensure that you don't get bored of having the same meal over and over again which usually happens when trying to meal prep yourself! I have also eaten in a few times with the food, drinks and stall all being brilliant. Thank you!

Food is delicious and healthy, atmosphere is great and the staff are brilliant. Staff went above and beyond for me today, and I really enjoyed my prepared dinner. Recommend to anyone :) Thanks Tel and Ceri x

Absolutely fantastic place, love the decor. Finally somewhere I can eat out guilt free, food is super tasty and really well priced. Loved the protein iced coffee, Staff are super friendly as well. Can’t wait to try the breakfasts this weekend.
