Very good food, lovely ambiance and great value. Highly recommended.

Visited again on Sunday and introduced friends to the marvellous breakfast menu. All to the highest standard as usual. As all regular users know the food, service and atmosphere are excellent, a wonderful start to the day .Thank you .😎

Not been here for a few years and I made a welcome return. The staff are always so jolly and friendly, praise to them! As one of Heswalls longest established eateries I was glad to see it still operating. We went on a Saturday evening and opted for the 3 course menu, always good value for money and excellent food. Perfect black pudding starterI seriously cannot fault it. The steak cooked superbly along with all other items, Oh and the dessert.......chocolate orange profiteroles had me drooling lol, I wanted seconds. I must say the red wine flowed too :-) If you haven't been before get that table booked!!

Went last Sunday to celebrate my husband's birthday with 20 members of our family. Thank you to all the staff for their kindness and attention. Special thanks to the chefs as the food was very tasty and well cooked. Apparently the roast beef was excellent and had the best gravy. A poached egg was described as perfection.

Needs a refresh. Service very slow. Had to ask for orders to be taken, plates to be removed. Vegan chill doesn't even have a bean in it. Much better places to go in Heswall avoid..

Myself and my other half arrived as we had booked and was quickly seated upstairs. The atmosphere was busy and pleasant. The food was very well presented and served in good time. Both myself and my other half thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. And would happily come again. We did have to politely send back a Thatcher's drink which was substituted for kopperberg. Sadly not a good choice but the lovely waiter was more than happy to exchange for a glass of coke. Overall definitely recommend and parking was convenient round back of hall. Just behind the restaurant.

Due to illness, haven't really been getting out lately so was looking for somewhere nice for a rare lunch out and came across this wonderful place ☺️ I wanted somewhere without blaring music and lovely food and this is exactly what we found. We were met by the loveliest hostess, so friendly and warm and the restaurant is so tastefully decorated with a really lovely feel. As we walked in, the smell was divine... garlic bread which we couldn't not order to nibble on, added the cheese and wow, absolutely DIVINE! Opted for the chicken wings and the squid,both equally delicious followed by steak frites with garlic butter which was absolutely beautiful! I love a good steak and it's often hit and miss in many places but this chef clearly knows how to cook a steak! As with all steak frites, they're a slim cut which makes it hard to cook well but these were done to absolute perfection! All in all, a really lovely couple of hours in a lovely place with lovely people, really looking forward to a return visit already ☺️ Thank You☺️

Portions are quite small,for the price. Sausage and mash could have done with some peas.

Wine Wednesday for my birthday. What a wonderful night. Gorgeous food . Lovely friendly attentive staff and the wine certainly flowed. Couldn't have asked for a better night out. Thank you Dining 107:

Went for afternoon lunch and all the meals were tasty and well presented. The staff were keen and friendly - especially Beth who couldn't do enough for us. Only 4 stars then? That's because there could be a little more choice on the menu for some of my party. Would recommend and definitely will be visiting again 👍

Lunchtime meal with friends. Delightful sums up the meal and ambience. Delicious food, great choice of gluten free options. Service was excellent. Price was brilliant. This ticked all the boxes and will be definitely be on the return list.

Excellent all round. Took two friends for lunch who declared it was the best meal they had had in a restaurant for a long time. First class service from smiling servers and no rowdy children. Brilliant. Hope to go again very soon.

First off the food was outstanding and real good value for money with the bottomless bruch however whilst here I witnessed a waitress using a fruit knife to clean dirt and debris out if writing pens after this was done she then placed the knife back in ots pot and the same knife without being washed was used to prepare the fruit for our drinks we were then served 2 of the same cocktails but one glass was extremely large and one the correct size whicj would mean one drink contains to much alcohol leaving the drinks tasting wrong when this was brought up to the bartender I was told they had no clean glasses which was weird at half past 1 in the afternoon but the food was amazing and can't fault that but the service definitely wasn't worth the 80 pound for two

Fabulous service and food amazing

Five of us were here today Monday 9th September. I took my son and his wife who are visiting from Canada ( it was my daughter in laws Birthday), along with my two sisters, the food was excellent all 5 meals.The service was top notch, the staff are just lovely so very pleasant. If I could give 6 stars...I would. Fantastic celebration with our family. From 1st phone call to our last drink the service was excellent. Very professional yet also warm and friendly. They managed perfectly with an extra guest. Put out requested flowers, managed the cake and served great food. We all loved it, including the coeliac with their own special menu! A definite go to place for celebrations large or small.

Fantastic to see some still understand the concept of hospitality and can offer an enjoyable dining/service experience. Rebooked for when we’re next in the area.

I wish 107 was terrible, but it isn’t. It shouldn’t be as good as it is because it has the sort of extensive, eclectic menu that Gordon Ramsay goes mad about on ‘Kitchen nightmares’ but everything is really, really good. Portions are a reasonable size and the fixed price menu means that you will not break the bank. However, what makes the place really special is the service. Lovely, faultless and professional. (thanks in particular to Beth who was superb on our last visit to celebrate my brothers birthday). I’ve been three times over the past few months and each time the staff have excelled. I also took a friend up from London who is used to much more sophisticated eateries, but he too was impressed. Unmissable and great value.

We came for our anniversary dinner it did not disappoint. The chefs special of surf and turf was amazing! We had wine Wednesday and the staff including Matt and Heidi were so quick with our drinks and refills. We had a fantastic evening and couldn’t recommend it more.

My wife and I called in last week for a coffee and liked the place that much,decided to return for lunch. The restaurant is really lovely and atmospheric, the staff were very efficient, friendly and really attentive. My wife had prawns and Marie rose off the lunch menu and I had the sirloin steak on ciabattia and a portion of the hand cut chips. There wasn't an ounce of fat on the steak and it went down a treat. My wife thoroughly enjoyed her meal and we both said we would return. Many thanks to all the staff for a very enjoyable afternoon - see you again soon!

We ordered a lamb roast,all fresh veg 🤤 gorgeous rick gravy , unfortunately our lamb was a little to rare ,the waitress was so apologetic and informed us to request it to be more cooked they were so helpful,we will remember for next time. Great value.the compensated for us also ⭐

20/07/2024 I had a surprise 60th birthday celebration upstairs. I can’t thank you enough. Everyone said how amazing the food was, those who hadn’t dined previously are wanting to book again. The service was excellent, all the colleagues who worked that night were absolutely a credit to the restaurant, the food came out table by table everything was organised, the whole night was just fabulous. Thank you so much I had the best birthday :)

It was fine, but just didn’t live up to its reputation. Food slightly cold, duck was not at all pink, and the salad garnishes were on the limper side. For the price, however, it was fine - just had heard excellent things about this place which didn’t seem to be the case on my visit.

The best steak I've ever had. Lovely staff too. The whole meal was just A+++

We have been to this restaurant many, many times over the years, and it never fails to exceed our expectations. Great food, attentive staff and lovely restaurant.

Shared black pudding with egg and hollandaise sauce which was delicious best ever mains was pork schnitzel very tasty yum yum dessert was a chocolate fondue and ice cream such a treat the only drawback to such a lovely place is the parking as disabled find it hard to walk far.

We visited here again on 7th March. Again without booking..Always greeted with a smile. Food here is wonderful, service is great and lovely cocktails for 'she who must be obeyed '. Of cause I am always the designated driver an personal chauffeur. Highly recommend Room 107 good food with excellent service.

Attended family 70th birthday party on Saturday 03/02/24. Our party consisting over 25 was brilliantly catered for, service was brilliant food was excellent. The amount of people in attendance at another party plus ours wanted for nothing, waiting was negligible, especially the drinks served by the superbly efficient lad behind the upstairs bar. The head waiter upstairs certainly knew his job inside out and was a credit to the restaurant.

We tried this place out for the first time, what a treat, breakfast and service was brilliant. Highly recommended and we’ll definitely be back.

Had a meal on Saturday with 13 family members,it was to celebrate my 70th birthday everything was perfect the food was first class also the cocktails, the special was venison and it was delicious,the staff were always attentive,I would definitely recommend the 107.7of us chose the fillet steak and each was was cooked to perfection.Will be returning soon.

Another excellent meal at 107. It was Burns' night, so Scottish food throughout all cooked to taste and full of flavour Haggis neeps and tatties followed by Angus steak and chunky chips and to finish Deep fried Mars bar and cream. Service from all the staff was top-notch as we expect from 107, and the blue and white lights outside added to the ambience. Thanks 107. See you soon.

I have been eating in 107 for over 20 years and our Christmas menu last night was no different to any other time , the meal was outstanding the service was amazing too. If you want a beautiful meal in a friendly warm place this is the place to be thanks Tudor, Vicky and all the other amazing staff for always making us feel so welcome it’s just a gorgeous place and we love coming xxx

I'd like to give you feedback on a item on your menu, the Butternut squash, feta and spinach pie. I believe you need to remove this from your menu or rethink the dish. The pie was small and the contents of the pie ( squash, feta, etc ) was over cooked and dry. The contents had shrivelled with very litle taste. The pastry had burnt slightly. The oven chips filled the plate and the very small pot of mushy peas were not worth mentioning. I was very disappointed and thought this very poor value. I should have had one of the fish dishes, which did look good.

Mum and I had a late lunch here from the 2-course menu. We were shown to a nice booth table and our order was taken promptly. All staff were friendly and welcoming despite it being so busy. The food was delicious: we had the prawn and salmon to start, and the sea bass for main: stunning and not skimpy portions. The bill was correct and we thoroughly enjoyed our meals from start to finish. What a beautiful place too.

We came here for a birthday celebration and everyone had a great meal. There was a big menu choice, we were served by friendly waitresses and we all thoroughly enjoyed our freshly cooked meals.

Been all around Heswall from 1 o’clock, are meal was booked for 8 o’clock, so had several drinks in the local area, getting into the 107 on time, first things we done was order drinks, myself & my wife ordered the same drinks that we’d been having all afternoon, that give a pence here and there much of a muchness's around just over £9.00, same drink in the 107 was £15.90😳 from the get go the night was ruined, and also the other guest felt the same, food was ok nothing to shout about for the price, we’ve all decided to give the 107 a wide birth in the future, p.s they could do with fixing the lighting outside with the money they charge, it looks semi derelict

We booked a table for 6, it was our graddaughter's 15th birthday. The waitresses were lovely as was my gin and tonic. The rest however was awful. I had cajun chicken and chips. The chicken was burnt on one side, the chips kept shooting off my plate because they were just little bits of crisp ends. Three in our party had the seafood chowder, it lacked seafood, the mussels were slimey and unpleasant. The base of the chowder seemedto be a stodgy white sauce, none of them finished it and one left his completely. The creme brulee having had it there many years ago we ordered it agin. It came in a tiny little bowl with a shortbread biscuit, The biscuit was nice but the brulee was terribly, milky and sloppy . Another in our party ordered fish and chips, he asked what the fish was, he was told Cod. The tiniest piece of fish and a few chips arrived when they cut into it the flesh was grey and tasteless, it definately was not cod. All in all it was a dreadful experience that I wil not be repeating. 107 Dining room what happened to the lovely restaurant you used to be.

107 Dining Room has been our favourite Wirral restaurant for some years now and this visit with friends, who hadn't been here before, didn't disappoint. There's a really interesting and varied menu with something for everyone and it's remarkable value for money. The dishes are beautifully presented (there are some very talented chefs in the kitchen) and portion sizes generous. You certainly won't come away hungry and may well not have room for a dessert! As for wine, you won't go far wrong with the Telegraph Road unoaked chardonnay or the shiraz / viognier. This small, locally owned independent restaurant has an extensive and very loyal customer base, which says it all. Highly recommended.

This is such a lovely little restaurant with a nice ambience. The staff are polite, friendly and very attentive. The food is fantastic, I had duck breast and my friend had fillet steak, both were cooked to perfection and of really good quality. Would definitely recommend.

Went for a family birthday, although there were about 20 of us ordering a variety of dishes, everything came out together and there was not one person who did not enjoy the meal. The service was amazing and the menu choices were really good. Would definitely recommend.

Had a lovely meal today. We have eaten in 107 several times and have always had a nice experience. Great starters, gorgeous fillet steak, chips and rocket salad. The staff are always friendly and helpful and we look forward to returning 😀

40th Birthday weekend and it had to be marked with a visit to a fine dining place such as the 107. Both me and my partner enjoyed 3 course meals for £32 each which is a great deal for such good quality food. If you are a Vegan try the Halloumi and Cashew Nut stir fry it is to die for. The staff knew it was my Birthday and brought out a Sticky Toffee Pudding with candles on which was a lovely touch. The staff had brilliant manners and were very attentive asking us if we were enjoying our food and if we wanted to move tables after a large group sat near us towards the end of our meal. Highly recommended.

Great food and service with good vibes. Lots of local competition but 107 is always busy - tells you all you need to know. Revisited lots of times including last night. Quality is unchanged. New Monday deal for October 2023 is great value. Don't delay....

We had a lovely night at 107 last night, just want to give a shout out to the waiter whose name I didn’t catch but he was extremely polite, friendly and looked after us very well. I assume it is the guy many reviews have mentioned! Our drinks order was taken very quickly and we were a bit early so we went upstairs to the bar for 10 minutes until our table was ready. For starters we had 2 tiger prawns, 1 pate, 1 goats cheese and 1 North Atlantic prawns. Everything was presented well, everyone really enjoyed everything. I especially recommend the tiger prawns, really lovely with the coconut bread crumbs. We then asked if we could move tables as a group behind us were exceptionally loud, even the waitress walking past clocked it but that wasn’t a problem, we were moved immediately to the opposite side of the room and enjoyed the rest of our evening. Main meals were 2 ribs, 1 duck, 1 steak frites and 1 pork schnitzel. Again nobody could fault their food, the duck and steak were cooked exceptionally well. The ribs got a huge basket of chips, everything was really lovely. With a few drinks each it came to £205 which we didn’t think was bad, it was £25.95pp for 2 courses but the prawns and duck were a little more. No desserts this time but will definitely make room for next time!!

Unbelievable meal with my girlfriend the service was super fast and the food was of a very high quality, would highly recommend the fillet steak it was cooked to perfection. Waiter Jude was extremely helpful can’t thanks him enough and everyone was so welcoming and keen to make our experience memorable. Superb atmosphere inside the restaurant too.

Well what can you about 107 that hasn’t been written before Went last night again and from start to finish it was a lovely experience as it always is From being greeted at the front of house by Jude and being shown to our table upstairs it just doesn’t get any better Our waitress’s were Izzy & Scarlet and they were just lovely with a great attention for detail, polite and charming which is a credit to 107 We had 3 courses chicken wings and black pudding to start, main course of steak and a trio of fish and finally for desert sticky toffee pudding and cheesecake Little shout out to Matt on the bar, again he was top drawer and his recommendation of the trio of fish was a great choice I would highly recommend coming here Absolutely fantastic 10/10 again
