What a little gem we discovered on a random autumn morning out to the beach. Fabulous breakfast. Just what we needed washed down with a perfect pot of tea. And pooch friendly too. Thanks

On the occasion I went every seat inside and out was taken on a lovely summers day (a testament to their product). The staff were doing their best to accommodate and serve everyone. They kindly managed to get us a table outside without a wait. The food is very good and juices made fresh, the menu has something for most people including fussy children. Overall another decent cafe in West Kirby to add to the rest of them, locals and visitors are certainly spoilt for choice.

We both had salad bowls … full of lovely seeds salad and rice one tuna one Greek chicken .. tasted lovely but very dry .. needs dressing added .. flatbreads where lovely Lovely staff and good music

Great find.Best coffee,generous and tasty food. Was pleased to find this place as it servers good coffee. I know everyone has. different tastes .Will certainly go back and if you like your coffee and tasty food give it a try

Second visit to this great little café. On both occasions we have sat indoors (2 people and 3 dogs) and had lovely food and drinks and an excellent experience. Staff are friendly and helpful - bringing our dogs water on a hot day & holding their leads when we needed an extra pair of hands. Great menu options too - nice to see some varied choices for vegans and vegetarians, not just the boring easy ones. I had Vegan Florentine which was tasty and filling, and also good value for money. Already looking forward to our next visit!

Wonderful little cafe. Wandered in off the street and enjoyed eggs Benedict and a mocha. Loved the album covers on the walls - got a lot of them!

Absolutely a gem of a place for lunch or late breakfast. The wraps are delicious and plenty of choice of drinks. Service was fast and friendly. Would highly recommend

One of the few places that offer vegan dishes, plus non vegan ones too. I had the Southern chicken wrap, which satisfied me. The only problem we encountered was being a Sunday they do close earlier, so lucky us, we got in just in time. This cafe is ground floor and suitable for wheels and toilet facilities as accessible.

A great place, food was really nice, displayed well and tasty. 4 of us, 2 adults, 2 children (9+12). We had 2 salads, a BLT and a kids egg on toast. It was £50 with drinks. For us, all being nice food etc..... too costly for a sandwich, and some salads. There was not anything cheaper on the menu. At all. Either do a cheaper option guys.... or take some money off the cheaper items. 🙈

Great quality food, excellent value , friendly staff and they welcome dogs , so perfect ! We had a full english and eggs benedict- with a an americano coffee and tea . Everything was presented well and tasted very good. I loved the artwork too - old album covers . I would definitely recommend.

Have eaten here a few lunchtimes . Always really good food and service . Love the wraps and they do nice salad with them . Also happy to provide extra salad rather than chips which I don’t want with a wrap - 2 lots of carbs not a good idea!

An absolute gem of a cafe in West Kirby. Good music, great food, lovely staff. Quite a lot to recommend, so instead I'd say make sure you get one of the fresh-pressed juices. I had the Fruit Salad one and it was delicious. Nice to see a Mexican style offering too, and it was delicious although I'd recommend getting more of the delicious sourdough toast to mop it all up. Finally if you're still reading this, there is a table with a Scrabble board. Every cafe should have one!

Fast friendly service with home cooked food. The smoothies were very fresh and plenty of choices, and we both had salad bowls. The felafal were homemade and the best I've had in a long time; the salad contained a good variety of seeds and grains. All in all a great place to eat, we will be back!

Had the falafel salad. The falafel were great, but could have done with some hummus. All quite dry.

We have been here for breakfast in the past, I have never known such rude staff we intended on ordering lunch but there was 3 wraps on the menu and the drinks that were available on the menu were not in the fridge, we ordered our drinks and were made to wait as the staff made it very clear we were not welcome

Small little place with Good service, food was good but nothing special and slightly overpriced given the wobbly tired tables and cutlery that very much reminded me of school cluterly. Staff were very polite, friendly and helpful.

I lovely little place which has a decent menu. There weren't any cakes when I visited but main menu food was good. Its a little uncomfortable in here but nicely spaced.

Came here on a trip to West Kirkby, came for the vegan breakfast. It was lovely - everything you would want on a breakky. Scrambled tofu was lovely! Could do with a bit of black salt :) staff where so friendly and lovely. I would come back here no problem. Even had vegan hot choccy on the menu!

We always like going to Green Onions, it has a nice vibe , good food and friendly staff. Would have liked hot water with tea as most cafe's tend to do, other than that we will return !

Quality breakfast, so tasty, lovely staff and a top playlist. I had the classic breakfast with a smoothie and a tea, my wife had a bacon buttie and a flat white Coffee first class and the barista has got some top skills All the food was delicious and really good value. Can’t believe it’s taken us so long to visit, we’ll be back very soon

Visited today for the first time. Arrived just after opening and found a table. Dog friendly which is great for us. Good choice on the menu. We had to order our drinks first even though we were ready to order our food too. We then ordered the full works breakfast. Food was nice and plentiful. Service was friendly but we waited about 40 mins for the breakfast to arrive, by then we had drank our hot drinks. As I said the food was nice but we would if enjoyed it more had we not been rushing to finish as we needed to leave to collect our son.

Stopped here on a little trip to West Kirby food atmosphere and staff great the works breakfast was one of the best I've had in a long time my friend had on of the wraps again very good will return again soon Thanks m&m

Have been here twice now and we love this little gem in West kirby.The first time we had the veggie burger and the halumi salad with their power smoothies ,my partner still raves about the burger.tThe next time we only had an option for breakfast which we both had a veggie breakfast with lattes to drink,which was lovely. Will definitely be returning but be warned it is usually very busy and maybe a delay in getting your meals.

Lovely find, must if you are in area looking for a chilled atmosphere with some great music and great food. Must try are the smoothies we had a green one with kiwi, cucumber celery mint and apple with prebiotic this tasted amazing was thick and freshly made so was the mango smoothie. Chicken salad bowl with rice and crunchy veggies with sprinkling of seeds was perfect. Chicken focaccia came with side of salad and sweet potato chips sprinkled with flavoursome herbs and pepper tasted so good.

Set away from the high street is this wonderful little cafe. We were lucky to get a seat, and I'm sure in the height of summer, you might be advised to reserve a table. Lots of choice, even for a vegan or vegetarian. Cooked to order, so you need to be patient. Outstanding quality food, hot and very tasty. Friendly, welcoming staff. I am extremely hard to please, and this cafe nailed it. We will return.

A great little cafe loved by locals. The menu is make up of a nice mix of traditional English breakfast, with with some off-beat options. Do always enquire about the days Special, for something with a more Spanish flavour. Veggies&vegans are well served, as are kids. A reliable cafe, with nice staff and a good vibe. Dog friendly.

I had to use the toilet in here. I was very impressed with the baby changing unit. They even put nappies and wipes to use. Ive never seen this in a public toilet. Well done its a brilliant idea.

Great veggie and vegan options. I had the vegan full works with an oatmilk latte and an excellent freshly squeezed orange juice. But being slightly devil's advocate here, this place is only good because there's no fully veg*n places in West Kirby. Does anyone really enjoy Linda McCartney's cardboard sausages? They belong in vegan history, there are many better vegan sausages available these days. And the scrambled tofu was just coloured, it had no flavour, it needed some liquid smoke and nutritional yeast flakes. But overall, I really enjoyed it, and I would come back if in the area again.

Fantastic little cafe. A friend suggested we come here for lunch after seeing great reviews and we weren't disappointed. Friendly staff, great hot food and drinks.

We visited today for teacake and tea. On arrival three assistants by counter, a man who basically didn't fit the attire as Head if House. Shown to a table in which he removed one of the chairs. Could not understand the reasoning for removal of this chair as during our visit he placed it in an area where it was causing an obstruction. We waited for service and watched three assistants standing chatting and basically ignoring us. One of our party decided to go to the counter as we were not sure if we had to order there. She was toldvtgere were too many tickets in the kitchen and had to wait....what a welcome! After asking do we order there the assistant responded by saying she will be coming to the table. On receiving a teacake and tea it the teacake was already buttered which is not acceptable. We had no idea if it was butter or margarine to assess if this fitted in with our dietary requirements. During our visit we noticed that the three assistants were standing idle and this was uncomfortable as they were assessing people coming in and obviously the conversation was discussing the clientele in a dismissive way. On a positive note the tables were clean and heating was on just a shame the customer service was poor. We will not visit again as it felt very uncomfortable and certainly unwelcoming!

popped in for lunch. I had a Mango medley smoothie which was gorgeous and in a pineapple shaped glass. My partner had the sticky chicken and I had the vegetarian burgher with sweet potato chips. It was really good. Will be back soon.

My husband and I came for brunch at Green Onions and the service was great. Took a little while for the food to arrive, for which we were (unprompted) offered a discount, which was more than sufficient compensation. Food was absolutely delicious.
