The best restaurants in Eastham Wirral North West

Avoid! Service and waiting time for food is awful. Tried to reach out to them privately to discuss a £200 night they ruined but nobody can be bothered to respond - listen to the GENUINE trip advisor reviews and visit the other new local pubs who seem to care about customer service!

Their website says they're open until after midnight Thursday morning. I went before 11pm on Wednesday evening just to find the website tells a lie - it was shut. Don't trust the times on their website.

OMG this place has finally found someone to love it and bring it to life. We went for Garden menu one night which was amazing. Huge portions and perfectly presented and cooked. We checked out the breakfast menu and came back to spoil ourselves and were not disappointed. Once again everything was cooked to perfection. Service was impeccable both visits and were just so happy to have a decent place to dine close to us.

Sat outside with my sister and had a pint in the sunshine 👍 great pace.

Was nice to see the animals and we had fun feeding them for £1 a bag of food(you don't hand feed ,it's down a tube ) , the inflatables were really good for 3 children for an hour was £10. But the food really let it down it was very expensive, the chicken nuggets were mushy , panini was burnt and kids chicken strips were abit spicy ,the ice-cream didn't have much flavour and was abit icy ,we would go again for inflatables but would not eat there again.

Food was very tasty but missing toppings - ordered spicy beef and was non.Food quality was fantastic and hot - just a shame about the toppings.Brilliant takeaway

We ordered two starters (one of which was almost burnt) and two mains. One main was warm (not hot) and the other, a sweet and sour beancurd, was totally inedible. The tofu was covered in what can only be described as a gelatinous skin that was awful to eat. When I asked what it was, I was told it was the batter - probably flour and egg - and I was asked if I wanted something else. I said no and that I couldn't eat the dish so the table could be cleared. We were then presented with the full bill and charged for what was, quite simply, a totally unappetizing and indigestible dish. We will not be returning to this restaurant nor recommend it to anyone else.

Awful food, some was still frozen in the middle, half portions provided, after battling to get them to come take the food away we managed to get a refund but beware it is awful. We used to like hungrys but it has gone downhill

Used to be pretty good, now understaffed which affects the standard of service. Breakfast food is left under the heat lamps so dries out and considering that there is not a lot on the counters , does not make for an enjoyable breakfast. Not having enough cups for the hot drinks is not good enough either. The girl looked at the empty tray and walked away. Dinner was not much better. Order was taken quickly but took in excess of 45 minutes to arrive. Sat waiting for dessert for about another 30 minutes. terribly slow service for no reason as the place was empty.

Went on Sunday 15th December - Was very busy but only one lady working. She was fantastic though - it must have been very stressful for her but she was working so hard! She was running the till, making the drinks and sorting the food out. I couldn’t do that all by myself. Hats off to her! She deserves a pay rise!!!
