This Starbucks is directly in front of the Eastham Travelodge so could be useful for breakfast as the Travelodge doesn't do meals (just a box of cold things). The Starbucks was dirty, uncared for, peeling paint, and staff who weren't interested. A young girl didn't know how to make a filter coffee so we had tea which was weak and had too much milk in it. However, just up the road in Eastham village is a superb Deli that will cook a hot breakfast with all the trimmings - highly recommended. Customer service is a dying art in some food establishments especially the multi-chained ones.

Popped in while visiting the garden centre next door, for a quick drink. The building felt really cold as we entered, in fact it was warmer outside. The staff who although run off their feet were friendly and helpful, however the drinks were poor, obviously they only use the cheapest quality tea and coffee! The coffee was just black water and the tea? Well, dishwater comes to mind. Been in plenty of Starbucks, but this is the worst, not to mention how expensive it is.

All you would expect from a Starbucks including great coffee. Plenty of choice in snacks, outside seating for when the weather permits. Large car park quick and easy access to main A41 and the M53. Exiting from the car park can be challenging during busy periods due to the proximity of the roundabout.

Well i came here with my best friends Wendy Janet and Susan and we all ordered the trendy strawberry açai to fit in with the kids because we all get called “karens” and I was just a little disappointed the strawberry tasted just like some warter and I was very disappointed and Wendy Janet and Susan all agreed and Don’t even get me started on the sizes they are tall grande and venti but you would assume that tal was the biggest one and I ended up with this small pathetic cup overall little disappointed but staff where good and friendly Best of luck Regards Karen smith

Two female staff members today - so helpful and friendly especially around my gluten free questions - thank you so much.

The female member of staff who served us was friendly but when I asked a male member of staff for some napkins he practically threw them at me without a single word or a smile and made me feel like I had been an inconvenience for daring to ask!

A sign on the door advises for face to be worn to protect our employees. A soap container on entering to use but 80% of customers inside when i went in did not wear a mask. Inside Costa Coffee for example advises masks when queuing and only one member of the household in the queue unless children present. Obviously when seated the masks are removed. Much better organisation at Costa at Bromborough Retail Park. I felt very vulnerable even outside wasn’t much better as the tables were full of other peoples take away stuff. I suggest the management either train staff better or do there job and manage.

Rude staff and 10 min wait for 2 drinks. Won’t be back and definitely would not recommend to anyone.

Coffee was good as always, just they only fill it 3/4 for some reason? So for a cappuccino the drink was under half full with coffee after the froth was taken out. 1 girl was helpful and looked hard working, 1 lad was miserable, 1 lad I only seen walking through. Was a busy place and a nice place, think the price was more than usual so around £3.55 for a medium cappuccino so wasnt the cheapest. Been to better Starbucks anyway

We stayed in the Travelodge this weekend while supporting a lady with an ASD who loves to watch the cars arrive and people come and go so we spent a lot of time in the seating area outside. The staff were kind and came out to chat and make us feel welcome. Everywhere was clean and tidy, the coffee was great.

Visiting from the USA and enjoyed my daily cup of happiness from this Starbucks location the whole two weeks. The staff are just wonderful. So friendly and they made my drink exactly as I ordered it. I went in each morning and they soon recognized my face, said hello, I did not have to ask for my drink, the barista would see me come in and get to making it right away. These guys are a class act, who know how to run a coffee franchise, how to keep customers loyal and how to make you feel special each time. Thank you to all of them for making me feel so welcome and happy to be back on The Wirral once again.

Good coffee, good cake but as with all Starbucks on the pricey side, staff helpful and friendly. Whole shop spotlessly clean would visit again.

Great either on the go or sit in, nice environment,clean toilets, outdoor seating. Free Wi-Fi and next door to the Travelodge. Highly recommended

Relaxing pleasant environment just off the motorway. Staff lovely as was the coffee and snacks on offer. Good place to break any journey or meet up place. Myself and friend chatted for ages in these comfy surroundings without feeling any pressure to vacate our table. Ample car parking space. Only reason I have not rated it higher is because if you are turning right when leaving you have to cross busy traffic and at certain times of day it can be difficult.

Love starbucks in Eastham , mainly due to the lovely staff and manager especially Ryan , they always make the place welcoming and friendly however I can not believe that starbucks are letting them go , to a rival as well what a let down , will the place go to the dogs now , as I don’t believe they could put a better team of staff in there who did actually care , shame on you starbucks head office it’s not all about money you should look after your staff and listen to them like they say you don’t know what you have lost till it’s gone , as from tomorrow your gonna find out !!!!!! Note I have put excellent starts but will I next time I very much doubt it , good luck to Ryan and all the staff who have left and who we shall miss, but not to much were coming to see you in your new job xx

A good range of sandwiches and snacks and a large range of coffees. Good car park. Staff are polite and friendly and produce the standard of coffee you expect from Starbucks

managed to arrive just in time for a take away coffee. Service was good considering it was five minutes before closing. My main complaint is the state of the car park which was flooded again. I don’t know if it is the responsibility of the travel lodge or starbucks but it needs to be sorted out as it has been getting worse over the years on heavy rain falls. On this occasion i was walking into it and found myself walking through thick mud over slippy grass on which any person could sustain a bad fall. As far as cars exiting i noticed that they were avoiding the water as it was so deep and rejoining the main road on a blind bend. Does somebody have to get killed or badly injured before they take the time to sort out this bad drainage

Good location just off the motorway. Good selection of drinks. Their default coffee size seems to be medium which is rather large. Nice selection of cups to buy but rather expensive. Toilets clean and tidy and plenty of seating inside this Starbucks.

Filthy, no attempt of cleaning what so ever for the several times I’ve been in there. However coffee was good.

I like going into this particular branch of Starbucks there is a male barista in there that makes the perfect soya flat white. However yesterday 7th September was not the usual pleasant experience usual chap was replaced by a sullen female who wanted to serve me coffee that had been slopped around from glass to cup after standing for some time whilst she made others coffee. I asked her to make my coffee from afresh pouring it straight from the machine into my takeaway cup she looked at me as though I was some sort of alien ! I then proceeded to ask her again to make my coffee from the start again which obviously most displeased her. I graciously thanked her for the coffee which was now of the standard that I expected in the first place to my dismay she proceeded to mimic me to her colleagues in a most immature manner !! You don't get this kind of chirlish behaviour when ordering coffee in other European coffee shops they are much more professional !!!

I dislike giving less than 5/5 but occasionally you just have to try and be constructively critical in the hope improvement will be made.

Staff are half hearted. Seating area was dirty and poorly maintained. Cups left far too long on empty tables.even afrer removals no effott to clean mess of tablesstaff even though quiet could bring coffees for those waiting.roasting hot ibside so bad i keft dizzy and sweaty.even worse coffee.motivated in customer experience lacks here

You'd think with not paying any tax they could increase the number of staff so that the tables could be cleared and cleaned. Maybe brush and mop food from the floor. Possibly turning their attention to increasing the ordering of fruit toast that always seems to be out of stock ☹️

Popped in for takeaway skinny Cappuccino. Nice young man served me and while coffee being made nipped to loo. Quite clean, hand drier not working! Drove down road to Eastham pier, good view while enjoying nice coffee.

Come here quite often and only notices that the place needs a spruce up , daily cleaning seems to of taken a side step but all in all this can be sorted.

Walk in and the first thing you see is every table covered with laptops 20 people on laptops and taking phone calls. RIDICULOUS convert one of the upstairs rooms to an office space

We nipped into this branch of Starbucks as to be honest it was the only one around here open at this time (19.00). I love Starbucks and the coffee & cake were their usual good standard to be fair. The girl who served us was surly going on rude which was a shame. Then they told us that they don't have newspapers anymore; which left me staring out of the windows as I'd not brought anything to read. Reading the free papers at Starbucks is all part of the experience! There were some free books available on a charity stand namely one Ian Rankin paperback, TWO copies of the biography of Starbucks (lol) and Fifty Shades of Grey(!!!) Really. Then they turned the music off 50 minutes before closing time leaving us listening to the bleak beeping of the machines & whirring of the fridge fans. Very relaxing. I'll stick to my usual branch of Starbucks in future as they know how to make people feel welcome.

Eight of us went here for early bank holiday monday breakfast! plenty of choice service was fast & efficient Coffee was excellent(sometimes i find its a bit weak in Starbucks) the breakfast wraps were very enjoyable as were the sausage baps! The porridge was the best ever according to my daughter! everyone enjoyed what they had!

Nice bacon roll and latte , friendly staff here , always call in for a quick snack before shopping , sometimes very busy but can relax and use laptop if wish as free wifi for customers

Just off Junction 5 on the M53 this Starbucks, like all the others, sells great coffee, average food, all overpriced. However, the environment is spacious, comfortable, a good few reclining soft seats, wifi, daily loud music in this one, and the usual service of calling out your drink when ready where you go up and collect it. A better customer service policy would increase their popularity and subsequent sales, if you're spending £3.35 on a cup of milk and coffee beans, at least waitress service with a smile is needed. Called in just after opening time, 06.30am, for drinks to get us going after staying in the Travelodge next door. The staff were friendly and efficient, despite it being really busy for the time of day, and the drinks were to the usual Starbucks quality.

The service is great here quick and nicely made drinks, the staff are very friendly and helpful.I come here with my parents to catch up and see how things are and its always so nice and clean, lovely for a quite relaxing coffee.I would recommend coming here if you need time to your self or to study just anything really! Plus for good coffee

Came here cuz of bro competing in the eisteddfod, great place to grab a coffee and a bite to eat. Right next to our travelodge which is really handy:)

Quick service, friendly without being too chatty. Good coffee only downside is tryin to get on to the a41 when you leave

The staff here are lovely and amazing, They are helpfull and always will to go the extra mile and the coffee isnt bad either.

Visited with work colleague and had a cinnamon latte which was very nice, quick service and reasonable price but the food was very expensive for what there is.

Visited recently and had an extra caramel coffee frappuccino which was very nice if a little bit watery, i prefer it when its of a slushy consistency but non the less very nice.

A typical Starbucks. Okay but not great. Fine if you're driving along the M53 or A41 and need a stop for refreshments. Well used as a meeting place for business people on their travels. Cleanliness and maintenance levels could be better.There was no brown sugar when I visited, which was disappointing. The lighting in the gents toilet is too dim and behind you, so you're aiming into your shadow. The push button flush was also broken.Over all rating: Average.
