From the moment you walk in, you feel a very warm welcome. The staff are very friendly and the quality of food was excellent. i definitely recommend the beef wellington Sunday roast

I enjoyed my lunch with my daughter, I had soup if the day and lemon chicken with fries.

A fantastic pub. Delicious food and excellent staff, in beautiful surrounds. Each time we go, the food is always consistently excellent. The seabass is absolutely delicious, as is the homemade trifle. The pub staff are the best that my husband and I have ever come across in a pub, so well done to you all. Don’t know what’s gone wrong but firstly I recommended the takeaway to a friend they told me later it was the worst Indian they had ever had ,I ordered a few weeks later thinking it must have been a one of omg !! We had the set meal for two and the chicken tikka was inedible it was like water don’t know what’s gone wrong but definitely would NOT recommend

Absolutly gorgeous place. Fantastic prices for the quality of food we had. The warm pork pie was fantastic and something different the mixed grill is the best one iv ever had. The barman martyn was so friendly and Brought our drinks over to the table for us. Highly recommend and we WILL be going back

To be fair it's Maccie's and it never comes out like it looks on the screen had a philly cheese burger meal 1 piece of gurkin and was average. Chips cold . Fanta was spot on

Poor selection. Sandwiches behind the counter so you have to ask for one. No pizza or vegan food available.

Went to use washing machines to launder and dry 2 duvets. Didn't spot that they would take me over the 2 hours parking limit and got fined £60 (16 min over) . Could have bought a new duvet for that!!!!

I have stayed here 3 times in the last 2 months ! Menu basic , always with fries , slightly over priced . This place could and would be a great place to eat if the menu improves.. Staff are ok some friendly and some not so friendly. It has always been clean(no issues there ) ! Who ever is the proprietor is (YOU NEED TO PULL YOUR FINGER OUT AND GET WITH YOUR CLIENTS REQUIREMENTS) Thank you Ps There is a McDonald’s and Greggs , however if you want something decent,this truck stop is truly lacking 😔
