Greggs in Warrington

Poor selection. Sandwiches behind the counter so you have to ask for one. No pizza or vegan food available.

They never ever have any omelette. "There's a shortage" Well there must always be a shortage because for the last month none of the Greggs I visit have any omelette. So take it off your menu.

Queued for 15 minutes for a couple of cups of coffee. Queue did not move so gave up. If you want to sell food and drink you need to employ staff to serve them.

Good little snack place. Tasty food, much welcomed after motorway travel. Hot & cold foods available, with a selection of sweet treats too!

We were staying at the Ibis, but a Greggs breakfast was perfect. It was really busy so everything was fresh, staff were pleasant and the food was what you get at Greggs

Being on a road trip we called at 11am to see a big queue coming out if Greg’s It went down quickly we had breakfast rolls with tea and coffee so cheap. While there we got some pastries and a Carmel custard filled donut. I have to say that the breakfast is so superior to Mc Donald’s and as cheap. The donut is the best I have ever had and so much better then Krispy Kreme. Just amazing food !!!!

Top food, always quick and easy food at a good price they could do with having some kind of forces discount

Ate here and were pleased with service, good coffee and hot chocolate and lovely cakes. Service fast and free smiles with purchases. Limited seating outside in paved square. Good prices and wide choice of sandwiches and light snacks like soups, bacon rolls etc. Very good when compared to other v nearby coffee shop! Discount available if you are staying at Ibis Hotel. Unpretentious and usual good standards you expect from this good chain.

Regularly visit Angel Street, Sheffield branch. Always excellent service. The staff are helpful. Doesn't matter if it's 5.30 am or closing time staff are helpful. Well organised and service is a quick as possible, but they are still able to pass the time of day with you. I visit a lot of Greggs all over the country. But Angel Street is faultless. Well done to all

After making a considerable detour with a hgv I arrived at greggs and queued in anticipation....at 11.10 am I was told breakfast finished at 11am???? Since when? Do you just please yourselves? In my experience 11.30 is the end of breakfast serving. When you work to a schedule and tachograph rules and regulations it is very important that you can rely on certain outlets to provide a service. Well thank you very much!!! I would be grateful for your feedback on this. Not a happy hungry trucker 😠

I attended this establishment one Saturday afternoon and the man who served me was a disgrace. As I was approaching the counter he was jumping up and down and gesticulating and shouting "we are closed". I looked at him and he said I'm not talking to you. It turns out he was shouting at about 20 guys who were about to pop in and he didn't want to serve them. Whole episode was very unprofessional and not what I expect from Gregg's. I also saw him later sat outside the cafe smoking a cigarette, if he must do this filthy habit he should not do it in front of the shop in the uniform!!!!

What lovely staff work in this shop. The man who served us was very happy and friendly. Our drinks were hot and tasty and our steak bakes were really really hot and delicious. Thank you for such good customer service.
