The most expensive coffee yet!! £4.50!!!

AC vents are full of mold no one cleanse them . That may cause viral infection while serving your 5 min coffee inside the coffee shop. The staff is very nice and prompt, they offer a quick service.

Ma favourite Costa..as a truck driver who gets about ALWAYS LOOK FORWARD TO THIS 1 THE MOST REALLY FRIENDLY HELPFUL. STAFF. ..GREAT WEE BREAK LAWRENCE

Beware, one counter assistant overcharged me for my coffee, she also seemed very impolite and rude.

Really bizarre experience. Asked for no lid on the Flat White and the barista made up a weird story that a previous customer had asked for no lid, spilt his coffee on himself, successfully sued for £10k and he got in trouble. Your coffee is not hot enough for someone to burn themselves anyway. Costa - source non plastic lids or give customers the choice. #nolid campaign. Sustainability.

Overpriced in a service station. £4.50 for a medium latte is ridiculous.

Poor service at this Costa - staff appeared they were preoccupied, not interested in being there , unfortunately was a captive audience- should have voted with my feet !!

Standard Costa fast food service, with fast service. It was quiet when we visited. Coffee of coffee was good.

Usual costa.. nothing outstanding or otherwise

So, we stopped with my husband and my son to have quick coffee because we were travelling for long time, the coffee was fine, the staff however was very neutral if not rude I didn't even listen a thank you and a good bye from the 3 members of staff and they were just chatting and laughing..I am not against to chatting while at work because was not busy but I am against to rude staff, the one girl gave me the cups without any single word from her mouth and she turned her back to me talking with her colleagues like I never went..the price also was far too high from other costa shops as I paid £7.30 for a macchiato and a small cappuccino with caramel syrup.. I wish I would have stopped in another service but defienetely thid services will not be in my preferences again..

Person serving didn’t even bother to share a friendly face. On top of that I paid 4.7£ for a cappuccino. Wish I didn’t step in this place.

The woman asked me twice about what frappe I wanted and still made the wrong drink. I can understand that u may have been busy, but slamming stuff down after me putting forward that I had the wrong drink isn't the type of service u want from anywhere.

I been here few times and staff were always amazing. Obviously food and drinks Costa standard.Sam and Leanne were fantastic today definitely high strandard customer service, thats exactly what you need in the morning. Infested with flies. Walked out to use the much cleaner Greggs. As well noted elsewhere, this has always been a bit of a 'mucky' outlet. The kitchen looked pretty messy. Staff are very nice.

Offensively expensive. Pot of tea (single teabag and hot water) £2.70 and it was nothing special. Joke of a company

Atmosphere is sad, straight from swiping a floor to making coffee Conversation about it: Customer: Is it normal from swiping floors You go straight to making coffee without washing a hands? Staff: I've put sanitazer on my hands before I've made Your coffee. Unsatisfied of service, laziness to wash hands in 30 seconds.

Exceptionally slow service, one coffee, one tea. Tea was made when the order was placed, but by the time the order was completed and after milk ran out sat down and the tea was now cold!!

It is what it is a coffee shop, a acceptable coffee in clean surroundings.

More interested in chatting to each other and moving things around than serving a very long queue of customers. Nothing by way of please or thanks.

Really bad customer service, not even asked if I had a loyalty card or not, spent a lot and they refused to put my points on. Not happy at all

By far the best Costa I have ever used, and I’ve used a lot. I call in regularly on the way to work and the staff are so friendly and they simply excell at what they do. The premises are spotless! And I can’t stand unclean cups that I often see at other poorly run coffee shops. Love this coffee shop ☕️

Been in here for almost 2 hours and although the staff have intermittently cleared the tables not once has anyone wiped them down. My table has still got food on them from the prevoous person from when I arrived. There is bits of food on the floor and drinks spilled on at least 2/3rds of all tables. . The place is not busy. The staff are chatting to each other. Can't believe how dirty the place considering.

A good Costa. It is at Lymm services and is very convenient being right next to the M6. It is also easy to go from the service station and access the M56.

Usually good but closed a bit early for food one evening.

Had a misunderstanding with staff but it has been sorted out by the manager very professional and friendly will definitely be using the shop again

This Costa in a great location handy when motorway travelling. It is often very busy especially at peak times but there is ample seating available both inside and outside. The usual good coffee and all the usual Costa goodies are available. All the staff are always really friendly and efficient.

This is a very good place to have a rest and drink and eat some food.

2 people infront of me. 10mins queuing. NO urgency at all. Everyone in the queue getting impatient in disbelief. What a joke for service.!!!!!!!

Usual Costa experience. Nothing more nothing less.

Convenient location with plenty of parking. Lovely staff. More expensive than the high street however a 20% discount is normally available 2 or 3 days a week using the Moto Deals app.

Standard Costa, good coffee, regular Costa fayre. Could really be anywhere, but great when you need a decent coffee and a rest. Do watch out for the two hour rules on the car park.
