My daughter and her boyfriend went on a date and the chicken wings they ordered were raw inside. When they questioned this the waitress (we think she was called Autumn) responded with a giggle and remarked âOh here we go!â and walked off before returning and saying âitâs not raw, itâs deep fried and temperature checkedâ which didnât explain the blood on the plate. The âchefâ then came over (minus a hair net/hat) and told them that sometimes â when we cut the wings we can cut through a blood vessel which means that there is blood in the chicken but itâs fineâ. My daughter and her boyfriend sent them back but weâre still charged and when they said they didnât think they should pay, and were offered a 10% discount off the wings they didnât eat!!!

09/03/25: broken compressor meant the real ales were off, however, nothing an Amstel shandy and Inch s cider couldn't fix! 02/11/24: Little Boljngton session bitter 3.7% 19/05/24: had a lovely evening with good friends celebrating a return to Altrincham for the evening. Having lived in Altrincham 1991-2007 I have seen many changes and tonight it was so good to be back enjoying some of the old and some of the new bars and pubs. This afternoon beverage of choice a Dunham Massey own brew: Castle Hill English pale ale 5.5% and Big Tree amber session bitter 3.9% 06/06/23: I've seen some changes in Altrincham since first moving here in 1996, then moving away again in 2007. Costello's was one of the changes in Goose Green, and tonight, having not been in for a while seen change again in the layout, size and direction it's gone.

I loved this place, always visited when we stayed at the Cresta Court airport hotel down the road. Always a friendly welcome, fabulous food, incredible cocktails. We were so sad to turn up and find it closed. I've recommended this to lots of my friends. I hope it will re-open one day as it was really missed on our last visit

Visited after hearing that this is the new location of 'Pita Crepe' Really expensive compared to the portion size and quality of the old place, I understand that a physical store will have higher overheads than a trailer, but the offerings aren't good value, and anecdotally Pita Crepe tasted better. There's similar and better value propositions to be had for the same food in a close proximity to Pita Box now, so really can't give it a good rating. Pita Crepe was far superior.

Came in on Saturday bank holiday asking if there was any mocktails (pregnant woman here really missing my alcohol đ) Lovely manager named Beth showed me the mocktails but added if there was anything not on there that I fancied she liked a challenge. Now I am a big whiskey drinker and love dry drinks, not a sweet fan. So when I was looking at the mocktails and she advised me she could make me a drink like a whiskey sours I was sold. IT WAS DELICIOUS!!! Its worth noting your other members of staff I dealt with were all lovely and friendly aswell despite it being a very busy bank holiday Saturday. You all made a fed up pregnant woman very happy and I will be recommending you to everyone and will definitely be back when I can have a real drink :)

We booked online and received confirmation for a party of 4 ( 2 travelling some distance) We arrived at the booked time and the restaurant was closed ( dark, no people and sign on the door to say Closed). We had to let our friends down and find another restaurant having not booked) I phoned later and a guy insisted they were open ( although he was not at the restaurant). He said the manager would call me which he did not. Unprofessional and rude.

An absolute gem of a place! Amazing and ever changing craft beer board and incredible small plates Hong Kong street food. Lovely chilled vibe, dog friendly, and super friendly staff.

I visited with a friend and our 1 year olds. The baby area is quite small but we liked this as they could crawl around in view and there was enough there to entertain them. The older kids section looked great fun too, fab treehouse theme throughout. Areas are well kept, staff helpful and food yummy. I'll definately be back đ
