Back to our favourite restaurant. Not easy us getting a day off together. Food and service amazing as always. Early birthday treat from Michelle, thank you.

First time visit today for lunch. Very impressed. Nice, spacious restaurant, friendly, helpful staff and very good food. We had soup, falafel, sizzling prawns and veg moussaka - all beautifully cooked and with lovely homemade bread and some Lebanese beer and wine. We hope to return soon.

Visited here lastnight for the first time with 5 other friends. The food was lovely & the service was great . Would definately recommend to friends & family & would revisit again.

Came here to celebrate my friends birthday. First time for all of us . Very lively atmosphere good choice of dishes and very reasonable. Can even bring own wine if you prefer. Only issue was it was very noisy due to a party of 12 next to us !! Who got served before us . Will go again but will ask to be seated on lower level

Two of us are here early Fri night (6pm). We were seated on a table for 4 overlooking Goose Green which we loved. It’s great that they gave us space as early on it was fairly quiet. The two waiters initially came across as indifferent but as the time progressed, they were keen to please & IMO got the standard of service spot on. We ordered beers which were super chilled & came quickly. Standard Lebanese/Syrian style menu which is fairly extensive is available & our starters (lamb pastries & halloumi) & mains (butterfly chicken & mixed kebab + salads) were as expected. Bit disappointed to have strips of bread rather than pittas but no great hardship. Nice presentation & lovely crockery, not your run of the mill white plates. Tap water available on request & BYO available for £2 corkage which seems reasonable. We much preferred it to the other restaurant in Alty with a similar menu as it has a nicer more relaxed atmosphere & you are not over-run here by UberEats constantly collecting food whilst eating. We were very happy with our food & plan to visit again, we really liked it. Thanks

Visited for my partners 60th birthday with friends and family. Manager and staff very friendly and accommodating. Lovely atmosphere and delicious food. Will definitely return. Thanks for helping make it a memorable occasion ☺️

We called in, off chance on Saturday evening and were well cared for by the staff, seated in a pleasant area with a nice atmosphere. The starters and main courses on the menu give a great range of options, and everything we ordered was delicious. Staff are attentive and the prices are reasonable enough. Tha K you for a pleasant night.

This is a hidden gem. We tried this after being disappointed at other Middle Eastern restaurants in the same area and were not disappointed. The food was delicious, chicken sizzler was particularly tasty and the service was great, we felt looked after from start to finish. If you’re a vegetarian, there are also lots of options, the menu is not as huge as some Middle Eastern restaurants but there is plenty of choice. Some usual favourites and a few things that we had not tried before. Reasonably priced, can’t wait to return.

Wonderful mixed grill.My better half had the ribeye again,all cooked perfectly,the steak was melt in the mouth good.Staff pleasant and a relaxexing atmosphere.Corkage is £2 a bottle which is a bonus.Thanks once again.

Highly recommend the Seabass, extremely fresh and the lemon sauce was exquisite, compliments to the chef. Everything was so fresh, will most definitely be back soon.

Thoroughly enjoyed our meal and dining experience at Noria. Staff very welcoming and friendly. We shared numerous small plates between us with an abundance of excellent food. Average waiting time for delicious flavoursome good quality food. Plenty to choose from on the menu to suit all tastes. Corkage a bargain at only £2 per bottle if you take your own wine but their own wines also very reasonably priced. Highly recommended Noria and look forward to a return visit, thank you!

Been here a few times and like it. Gluten free pitta available which is a plus.Mixed grill is superb and you can bring your own bottle,corkage is only £2.Situated where Franc's used to be.We've tried quite a few of the dishes and not been dissappointed.Recommended.

Nice restaurant, nice welcome and food is reasonable. All in all pretty average to quite good, but with Trip Advisor you have to jump from 'average' to 'very good', as there is no option for simply 'good'.

This was our 2nd visit. 4 of us ate there and out of the meals only one was good Just found the food dry with no depth of flavour. Restaurant was fairly full so maybe it was just not our kind of food.

I went in with a few friends and what i saw was disgusting. The boss was shouting horrible names at the young staff members and they were stood in tears. The food was very disappointing mine and my friends chicken was raw and I don’t think the boss even realised how serious it was. I asked the young lady who left what had happened as I seen her outside crying and she told me it was all because a lady gave her a tip and she took it for herself. She then went on to explain that she never gets tips and neither do any of the other staff. She told me that she never gets a break and when she mentions this to her boss he says they don’t get a break because they get to eat and drink for free. Just absolutely ridiculous. She then went on to tell me that the kitchen staff smoke cigarettes whilst cooking all customers food and the boss is aware of this and allows it to happen. The male staff are treated very differently to the women as the men are all from the same area and the young girls are english. Racism if you ask me however some may disagree. I can’t believe such a popular restaurant hides such dark things behind closed doors.

This is an outstanding restaurant. It is the very best of Mediteranean cuisine. I have come about 50 miles and it certainly is worth the trip. The experience is next to none. The food is superb a d so is the service. The staff are highly professional.

My husband and I visited last night for the first time, I have to say I was a bit underwhelmed. Nobody seemed to smile, food was bland, lacked seasoning. Bread arrived with starter - taken away after starters. My husband had the chicken sizzler came on a skillet and we had to ask for a plate, chip portion wasn’t enough for a child, sauce resembled sauce from a jar. Rice was just plain rice. Back to Yara for us.

Had a lovely meal here on Christmas Eve. My husband mentioned to staff that it was my birthday bit disappointed no happy birthday 😔

Nice place. Friendly staff. Service was good. Took own wine. Lots to choose from. Recommend the moussaka and the shredded lamb.

We had a great evening in Noria, delicious food, great service and friendly staff. Also very nicely decorated and reasonable prices. The only negative was the staff brushing up and vacuuming at 10.30pm whilst still quite a few people still in the restaurant.

Lovely atmosphere and food was tasty. However, I would not recommend this restaurant to anyone who has a gluten intolerance or is coeliac. The menu is labelled with food items which are ‘gf’. When ordering, I told the manager that I was coeliac. I asked about some of the cold starters which were labelled as ‘gf’ but also had bread listed in the ingredients. He said that they could substitute the bread for chips. When ordering my main, I reminded the manager that I was coeliac when ordering a lamb kebab (also labelled as ‘gf’). He suggested I didn’t have the rice which came with the dish as this may contain gluten, so I ordered the chips. When the food arrived, it came with bread underneath (see photo). When I spoke to the manager, he told me the bread was for decoration and to soak up the meat juices. He didn’t seem to understand that being coeliac, I couldn’t have gluten-containing foods on my plate. It was a shame because the food was tasty, but the restaurant shouldn’t be labelling their meals as gluten-free when they are not!

Nice surroundings, great food and service. We opted for the lamb shank, some sizzlers and kebabs - all delicious and topped off with pistachio pastries and mint tea. Lovely atmosphere to this restaurant. Would highly recommend.

This place is a bonus for the Altrincham dining scene. Suitable for couples and families or groups of friends, the atmosphere is great. Food is 10/10, so fresh, great quality, served hot and it’s plentiful! Service is spot on, friendly and efficient. I can’t think of anything to improve, just hope it doesn’t slip like so many other in Altrincham have done, as it’s fabulous! Can highly recommend the kebabs, halloumi, salad, rice, chips, everything!

Lovely evening spent at Noria friendly helpful staff delicious food we ate garlic bread and the 3 of us chose the lamb chops they were cooked to perfection we also shared a beautiful Greek salad so fresh and tasty and plenty for all.You can bring your own wine or have theirs.Delightful atmosphere.Nothing was too much trouble for the staff would definitely recommend.

Really delicious food. Meat was all cooked perfectly, really tender. Sharing platters for starters were great and the bread was yummy (manager said its home made each day). Really friendly staff and lovely ambience. Will be visiting again frequently.

This was amazing food . Best meal yet in Altrincham . Eaten in every restaurant but this tops it all. Great portions , fresh ingredient’s, and a beautiful setting in Goose Green . Should book if you want a table as it’s amazing . Knocks spots off anywhere else .

New restaurant ( replacing frank's) Excellent restaurant, lovely food, and really friendly attentive staff We shared a mixed starter ( for 2) between 4, and it was a really tasty mixture of dips, meatballs, halloumi, and bread, pkenty for the four of us. For mains we went for the noria special bbq mixture. Wonderful selection of different meats, kebabs etc. Loads in the sharing platter for two, we had two of these for the four of us.....and needed doggie bags at the end... lovely lunch for the following day. Highly recommended

A delicious meal, lots of choice, great service and you can bring your own wine. We will definitely be coming back to this restaurant.

What a welcome addition Noria is to the Altrincham dining scene. Noria serves fresh, high quality Mediterranean food (leaning towards the Levante) at reasonable prices. The atmosphere in Noria is calm and the decor tasteful. The owner is welcoming and takes the time to chat and take you through the menu and the staff are attentive and helpful. You know that the team here care. The Baba Ganouj is “next level”. I have never had such a fresh, tasty & creamy Baba Ganouj anywhere and I was a frequent visitor to Dubai some years ago. The lamb shawarma, the Maklubah and the mixed grill were all delicious and cooked to perfection. We had a refreshing Beirut beer and Chardonnay with our meal. I’ve been to Noria twice in 2 weeks and I’m looking forward to my next visit.
