Bramley Farm in Trafford

I took my parents for the Christmas festive menu and we were definitely not disappointed. The table was set up really festive with table cover, crackers and a lovely Christmas candle. We all had 2 course and the starters were all delicious all had a different starter. The main course was lovely aswell overall we really enjoyed our meal and time at the Bramley farm. Staff were very attentive and nothing was to much. The staff were all friendly.

This is a really good place for value for money, friendly staff, clean and tidy premises. Amazing place, will be back soon

We recently celebrated our child’s birthday at the family pub and had the absolute pleasure of being served by Jamie. From the moment we arrived, Jamie’s politeness, warmth, and attentiveness stood out. He went above and beyond to make the occasion special—not just for us but especially for the birthday girl! Jamie made sure everything ran smoothly, handled our group’s requests with a smile, and ensured the kids were happy and entertained (no small task!). His hard work didn’t go unnoticed, and it truly made the day stress-free and memorable for all of us. Thank you, Jamie, for your outstanding service—we’re so grateful for your kindness and effort. We’ll be back soon and will be recommending you and the pub to all our friends and family!

Lovely atmosphere and bar staff were very nice and bubbly to talk to also helpful especially Mia who dealt with me the most and very nice

Amazing service from Kyra. They went above and beyond changed my daughters pasta as the sauce was different to previous visits. Aswell the bar staff were extremely friendly also managed to get us a table with last minute notice. I recommend this for kids and adults especially since there's a outdoor and indoor play area. Including a fantastic ice cream parlour aswell as cakes.

I swear by the Farmhouse Inn restaurants especially Bramley Farm as the play area is great for the kids. On our visit tonight, Kelsey was extra accommodating and helpful during our meal. There wasn’t anything she wasn’t happy to help with and checked on us to make sure everything was okay!

I visited Bramley on 04/12/24 for my mums birthday. It was very busy with Christmas celebrations which was nice. The carvery was lovely, and carvery staff were efficient and friendly. However, you’d think a busy day in December there would be more staff behind the bar! There was a young man mostly serving drinks who was quite pleasant and very quick. Sadly I was served by a young female with brown hair (around 1pm) who looked bored and was incredibly slow. I asked her a question and she couldn’t even be bothered to answer me, she just said “I don’t know” and carried on looking at the till. Another lady complained about another customer and again she was like a robot and actually verging on rude. Whilst I understand she may have been under pressure that day, that’s no excuse to make paying customers feel the way she did. A smile is important in any job but this young lady looked bored. Not good for business. I’d definitely return for the food but the staff would put me off, which is a shame as I would hope she was in the minority but that ruins it for everyone.

Had 2 great takeaways from here while on holiday.

Wow what a fantastic pub. We stopped here for a meal on Saturday night and have to say that from the young lady who welcomed us at the door and found us a table , to the staff behind the bar, to the young man who served the carvery, to the young man who came to check we were happy with our food we could fault no one. This was a staff who welcomed you whole heartedly, who wanted you there and were a credit to their company. No wonder this place was so busy on a really dreadful night weather wise. This food , carvery, was excellent and super value. We will definitely be looking out for more Farmhouse Inns in future if they are all like this. John & Gail Lees.

Went in today for breakfast. The food was nice. A couple of the items were a little dry but perfectly OK. We were served by Mandi . She was lovely and her customer service was great . She even came over to the table to ask if we would like any more of the food as it was due to be taken off in 15 minutes. Although I was full, I appreciated her making us aware. Thanks Mandi .

Last people in for breakfast at 10 45.Food was fresh and hot.They do.just eat also. Been.for car ery here.mqny times loved it. Only smallest of smallest criticism,cost little tough. Brendan that was working the carvery is a welcome relief to the staff. It’s been along time since we’ve received such a tremendous level of customer service. Thank you for being so attentive to our needs.

We dropped in here on passing for something quick but warm to eat. The food was general pub food. The staff were all very pleasant and attentive.

We brought our grandsons aged 10 and 6yrs,the play are was fantastic for them.Food was great,for them and us,staff were really friendly and helpful. Would definitely go again. Thank you.

A great atmosphere, I believe they have a fantastic quiz night. Thanks Little Dan for the heads up, a great idea to feed and entertain the family, we will definitely be giving it try.

Had some spare time so thought I would call and have a carvery. Pub was quite so service was quick. I chose a selection of meats which was thinly sliced and the beef was in my opinion over cooked, the selection of veggies was good and again I thought the cauliflower cheese could have had more cheese. All this wouldn’t put me off from trying the brand again

Here on holiday from Belfast as a family 6 adults and 4 children, best family restaurant I’ve ever been too, they have thought of everything, child’s play area indoors and play park outdoors to keep them entertained, carvery dinner was so good and reasonable price everyone enjoyed it , quiz night was fantastic with Wayne so friendly, breakfast served by Claire and Mandi again fantastic highly reccomend to anyone, will come back again

Lovely place to dine always get a great welcome. Lovely carvery and Good breakfast only downfall I would say is the Toast at breakfast is so hard it more of a cracker and impossible to enjoy. If you like your teeth avoid the Toast, but would recommend the other items ;)

Brilliant night by tanya, Freddie Mercury tribute act was fantastic the atmosphere was so positive! The service was fast and polite and the night was a success, we went in for some food and it was delicious would definetly reccomend booking for the next night on and casual family dining!

Popped in for a quick lunch today with my son, carvery was hot and fresh. We decided to take a chocolate fudge cake home for later. Thanks to Julianne on the bar for her recommendation of cake 🎂

Food was cold beef and ham was inedible turkey was dry, they need know how to make Yorkshire puddings, pigs in blanket had turned into carbon roast potatoes incredibly bad … I would feel ashamed serving this rubbish to the public … the staff was great … need to put some quality in your food

We ordered a carvery from uber eats . When it arrived it was barely warm . We chose the 3 meats but it was the smallest pieces of meat i have seen. They were approx 2cm wide and 4 cm long . How is that a carvery . I am very disappointed. They should be embarrassed sending that out and calling it a carvery

Overcooked meats, soggy Yorkshire puddings

I attended here today for a birthday treat a carvery After waiting quite a while to order food We order at food counter there was a few Yorkshire puddings so I sd could we hv fresh ones as they looked cold n soggy The chef serving didn’t respond After eating we opted for dessert I walked to ice cream counter nobody was there but there was staff walking about and clearing tables the pub was not busy I left the counter and went to bar to order a dessert where there was a Que of 5 people All was grumbling that the service is slow I sd to manager perhaps instead of staff clearing tables they could jump on bar and serve . His manner was rude n he said we are all doing our best and the bar isn’t my department I finally got served the bar lady apologised for my wait and knocked some money off my bill I stated that the manager was rude and lacked customer service skills Would probably not return here

Never disappointed at Bramley Farm - Great Family pub - staff a credit always a warm welcome and all the team helpful . Such good value for money & great play area for the kids . Popped in for my daughter’s 8th birthday after a trip to the circus - team really looked after us - thank you for lighting Connie Caterpillar and singing with us !
