Alway 5 star service.. absolutely love it. great family pub, friendly staff and great atmosphere.. kylie looked after me and my friend today, amazing service and always smiling!!

We come regularly as a family and always enjoy the atmosphere. The evening always made seamless with the exceptional team and is always a good to see the regular team who have become to know us and make the experience even more special on each occasion.

Exceptional evening spent with family and was made even special with the pleasant atmosphere and the great help from Jess as always who makes us feel welcome and nothing is ever too much trouble.

Service is awful, food is distinctly average. There are cafés nearby offering better quality locally produced food cheaper. And the service is awful. Queue for a drink, queue to order food. You'd think they were the customer, not us. And its not like the food is worth the queuing. I guess this appeals to some, but didn't enjoy much about our visit.

Came for my lunch today. the carvery was amazing was not disappointed.. Staff were very helpful and welcoming. 👌

Be careful if you go on a Wednesday - it’s quiz night and you could be asked to leave mid-meal. We were enjoying our meal and deciding what to order dessert when we got asked to vacate the table for a reservation. 5-mins earlier a helpful server had even offered to take our order and was giving us some time to decide. The explanation given was that the table was for a regular attending the quiz. A number of nearby tables had reserve signs, ours didn’t. Completely understand that the restaurant looks after its regulars. If someone had told us the time we needed to leave as they seated us, we would have asked for a different table when being seated. We would have happily sat anywhere in the restaurant but were shown to that table and didn’t expect to be moved mid-meal. As a result we didn’t order dessert and decide to leave. Poor customer service to ask people to move in the middle of a meal and lost our custom for doing so. There’s a way to look after both your regulars and passing trade but this wasn’t it. One server was so helpful - Kelsey. Young blonde server was completely oblivious to what the issue would be asking to move customer mid-meal.

Brilliant place - come for Wayne’s quiz but enjoy the food and the atmosphere. Especially enjoy the service, including Abby who is always lovely, smiley and friendly.

Booked a table for 16 for my daughter’s 8th birthday, Bramley farm is where she chooses to go all the time, it’s her favourite place! Staff are amazing, so helpful and amazing with the kids. Thankyou so much for a lovely time!

Fabulous service, the guy on the carvery when we visited was an absolute diamond, bent over backwards to accommodate my Autistic child, understood her needs was patient, friendly and genuinely helpful, man deserves a raise!!!

A better experience this time. The manager is consistently professional which I appreciate. Our server today was lovely; friendly and helpful and it makes such a difference to the overall experience as we've had a short tempered server here before which made us all uncomfortable. It really does depend who you get. But this is a nice family pub with a good children's play area which is a big draw for us with three small children. Also serving vegan ice cream as my two youngest have dairy intolerance and *many* places don't provide a non dairy option. We continue to return to this place as we are happy with it. Don't bother with free drink promotions though and certainly don't make a special visit to redeem one as they don't keep the alcohol stocks adequately replenished to meet demands (which they will be aware of ahead of time from breweries) so you will be disappointed trying to redeem a free drink promotion and they won't offer a substitute as they state "while stocks last". We won't fall for that one again.

Came here today with my 3 girls and auntie, lovely food and great staff. We didn’t have a booking but they could fit us in, so I would recommend to book! Will be back !!

Horrible breakfast, sausages and eggs and mushrooms under cooked, bacon was dry as wood board, look like asking you why you are here? Don’t come back ever again

Happened to be in Altringham one early afternoon and was looking for lunch. Googled carvery and this place came up. Easy to find and despite being a Tuesday it was quite busy. Welcomed and seated straight away so we ordered soup and a carvery. Soup arrived quickly and was hot and tasty. Then on to the carvery w and welcomed by a very friendly young man and given a good sized portion of two meats. A good choice of veg although some off the carrots were a bit over done. Plates quickly cleared away and the waitress did which I always like by asking if everything was good. So we ordered puddingwhich again arrived quickly and we were away to the shops. A definite recommendation from me

My self and my family can't rate this place enough staff outstanding especially clare and mandi, mandi is always happy to help happy and welcoming always makes us feel welcome. Just had the all you can eat breakfast for under £8 and it was absolutely lovely. And the staff are great especially Mandi very helpful and happy. Top breakfast all round 👍👍

Great place to visit. Already planning our next visit 👍. Surroundings good, food and drinks fab and staff friendly and chatty. What's not to like. If in the area then go there!

Good food is good restaurant. The carvery is very fresh, and give generous portions. Meat tastes good, and they have lots of options for people who can't have beef/pork. ONLY GO FOR THE CARVERY. It is the cheapest and best option, with the children's carvery only for 7.00 with huge portions. Slight problem is that the staff sometimes take a heck of a long time serving. They spend so much time talking to each other that a line of 3 people to took about 20 minutes. Not acceptable.

Fantastic food the portion sizes are great. The desserts are amazing and fantastic to take away too as each one could easily feed a few people. Service was good with a fun manager which made the time there even better. The prices are extremely reasonable and only 50p for a 2 pint upgrade for coke is amazing.

Average 'farm' carvery. There are others locally that are better based on my visit today, but it might just have been a bad day.

We called in on Thursday early evening. 3 of us decided to go with the carvery as it was such a good price, very reasonable the food was very good and the staff were all cheerful and helpful.

My friend and I got to Bramley Farm at least one a week. We love it there the atmosphere is always happy. The food is very good the staff are always very friendly and helpful always come and ask us if everything to which we always say yes. I have taken my daughter (who comes home from Aussie) now and again. First thing she asks are we going to Bramley Farm for tea. I don't know all the girls names but Jackie but this is for all the girls/guys who work there well done to you all xxx Elaine xxxx

What a great carvery. The food was spot-on. Well delivered and tasty. The teason I reached to my phone to faff bout with this review was because of the exceptionally outstanding treatment from front of house Andrew and 10-10 from Kitchen Dan. No doubt coming back. Very enjoyable carvery meal, with great service in a busy-but-not-too-busy Farmhouse Inn. We'll be back, and maybe we will also try some other Farmhouse Inns too!

Came for a family meal, the food was cold, and we waited over an hour for our food which came out at different times so could not eat together. The ice creams was lovely My daughter had the chocolate fudge cake and it was frozen still. Apart from that the staff was lovely and the kids played in the play area :)

Had a carvery with turkey and beef and all the trimmings very nice, I was sat in the adult section, the atmosphere was nice and calm, if you sit in the family dinning area near the play area it gets a little more lively. Definitely going back

It was a birthday event for a group of 12, most wanted the mixed grill but it was out of stock, due to no steak. The staff went out of their way and arrange for alternative meat instead of the missing steak.

My family and I had a wonderful Christmas Dinner at Bramley Farm on Christmas Day. It was really special. We had a 12.30 booking so it wasn't packed around us, we weren't rushed in anyway and it was a very happy family experience. Sarah was our waitress and she was amazing. Very kind, very patient and excellent at her job. She is a credit to your business. My sister Julie has cerebral palsy, early onset dementia and learning difficulties. She is a beautiful soul and not a moments bother but she is very much a routine girl and she always has macaroni cheese when we eat at Bramley. I didn't think to let her know it was a different menu for Christmas Day and she was a bit disappointed not to be having her usual macaroni. She was okay though - she never makes a fuss 🥰Sarah heard this and went to the Chef (Donna) who actually made a macaroni cheese for Julie - we couldn't believe it! What a gorgeous thing to do ❣️ Especially on such a busy day. Beyond the call of duty. Thank you so much to you all. Sarah and Chef Donna - extra love and thanks. We always come to Bramley and your staff and their service is a big part of our experience. Happy 2025 and lots of love to you all xxx

I think Bramley farm is great, it provides a great experience with the warm and cozy atmosphere. I had the smoked bacon and cheeseburger which I absolutely SCRAMMED because it was so tasty and so nice. The ice cream is nice too. It’s also good that they have a play area for if the kids get bored so that they don’t have to ramble about random stuff out of boredom or ask to play on your phone. Completed by Ollie, aged 13

My family had are xmas dinner yesterday it was lovely staff could not do enough for us we all had a brill time thank you

There are many public houses that we could visit, but this is our go to for every occasion and any occasion. The staff always go 110% on customer service, accommodating disabilities, friendliness; and the food no matter what time of day from breakfast to dinner is outstanding. We were lucky enough to have Christmas lunch here today, and it was the best Christmas experience we have ever had. The staff could not have done more for us, everything run smoothly and like clockwork. I cannot recommend this Inn enough, the value for money is spot on and never have we had a bad experience in over five years of visiting.

We came here for "Breakfast with Santa". It was a great day. The organisation was slick and the staff (and elves) were so friendly. The kids loved it and have asked to come back again.

Came with my partner and 2 young children for breakfast with Santa, I honestly can not fault the morning the staff have been great food was fresh and we felt welcomed from the very minute entering the kids loved seeing Santa and some staff members in elf costumes would definitely recommend

Food at Bramley Farm is beyond sensation. I am astound that Bramley Farm hasn’t been voted as the best restaurant in the whole of Altrincham: the service is super efficient.

Attended today for breakfast with Santa… very disappointed. Our booking was 9am… absolutely no atmosphere… the breakfast was freezing… no explanation of how or when the kids would see Santa… we had to go and ask when they could see him .. that was 9.50am… we were told he wasn’t “down” yet and they would come and tell us when he wasn’t ready. I get it’s not the most expensive Santa experience but at least get the food hot…and I did mention it to the waitress who collected the plates but had no response. I’m sure the staff work very hard at Christmas… but on this occasion it was disappointing 🙁

I took my parents for the Christmas festive menu and we were definitely not disappointed. The table was set up really festive with table cover, crackers and a lovely Christmas candle. We all had 2 course and the starters were all delicious all had a different starter. The main course was lovely aswell overall we really enjoyed our meal and time at the Bramley farm. Staff were very attentive and nothing was to much. The staff were all friendly.

Oops. Wasn't the best experience. Food was awful. Service was even worse. Except Joe and the only one man on the carvery. He was working ALONE. It was busy..I wouldn't go back and told im not welcome there.
