Always loved pizza here, but great to see they have adapted and made it excellently safe and clean under the new restrictions. Same great atmosphere and food. Great we can continue to visit safely.

We have been regular customers at Bianco for a while and today we went back for the first time after Covid, the right time to write a review. We remembered that the pizza was good, but when it came today it was even better than what we expected! The dough is light and tasty, moreish, the ingredients used for topping are delicious. It is not "neapolitain style" pizza (hipsters might be disappointed), but trust an Italian: this does not make it less authentic nor less enjoyable.Quite the opposite, it's such a pleasant surprise to walk into a casual diner and find such a high quality product. Add the wide range of drinks, the lovely sweet treats and a safe environment. I highly recommend this place, it's not pretentious and feels like home!

We have missed dining in but have been so grateful they have kept up the take away service and absolutely loved having an true Italian Aperol spritz. Highly recommend the garlic bread with cheese, truffle pasta, conollis and mocha. A beautiful welcoming team, thank you.

The customer service at this ‘restaurant’ lol is atrocious the manager speaks to you like your a piece of crap on his shoe it’s unbelievable that his called a ‘manager’ The service is beyond crap and the food is terrible the tables and chairs outside are false advertisement because they act like there bags of gold that they only allow staff that work at the restaurant to sit and smoke at which is highly unprofessional

Eaten here a couple of times and my parents eat here often. Their pizzas are good. Often advertise live musuc too.

I reviewed this place about a year ago. However, we eat here a lot! The food is fantastic, the owner and his team are amazing, extremely attentive and can’t do enough for you. The pizza’s are fantastic, the service is always spot on. It really is a hidden gem in Sale. If you are in Sale, want a laid back atmosphere with great Italian food this is your place, you won’t be disappointed.Thanks very much and keep up the great work guys!

Excellent pizza. Made and cooked in front of me. Home made with excellent base and their own tomato passata. Range of Italian dishes available. Had three year old with us and the staff were happy to provide extra plate so we could all share. Children's meal deal also available and very good value like the rest of the fare. Shame it is far from home but if I am back in Sale i will be back at Bianco. Thanks ladies.

I live in Sale and since Bianco's opened come here regularly for my Bianco's pizza fix. It is the best pizza in the whole of Manchester... and beyond. Delicious and just how I like it. My daughter loves the pasta too. My friend always has the salads. Its always difficult to decide what to go for! Bianco's is a great place with real authentic Italian food, lovely athmosphere and great service.

it’s my first time staying in manchester, my parter and i are here for his work so i’ve been spending a lot of time in the hotel room. i ordered from biancas pizza and coffee from uber eats and this is possibly the best pizza i have eaten. so so so yummy, i ordered a mocha too which was delicious. would 1000% recommend!

The coffee is good, the staff are friendly and it's very clean, what more do you need? Pizza party on Friday ,apparently. Although I haven't indulged it appears to be very popular with families with children

The restaurant is charming and lovely, the pizzas are fantastic, I have been craving one ever since I left. Its got a very nice, soft interior, feels like a grandmothers kitchen, full of so many pastries, cakes, and sweets. Very happy meal.

Lovely atmosphere in Bianco, along with good food and service. It has a distinctive Italian feel to it, which I love. Although the menu is not extensive, the food which is offered, is done very well indeed.

I attended with a large group of friends to watch another friend dj for the night. The place was packed but the service was prompt and friendly. The food was very nice. I had the large pasta bolognaise and shared a mixed meat and cheese board with pizza bread. Both were generous portions and really tasty. Others had pizza and all reported them to be very nice and they looked great. I didn't have desserts myself but again everyone reported them to be great, especially the salted caramel one and the pistachio pastries. I will definitely come back.

Took my parents here one eve as they were up visiting and really fancied pizza one Friday night.

We have guests arriving to stay over the weekend and needed to do some last minute grocery (& wine) shopping - we also needed to eat - we drove through Sale looking for a place to park, hop out and grab something quick to eat - couldn’t find anywhere that was easy parking and ticked the right boxes.

I’ve been twice this week because Bianco is so good! Had the pesto pasta which was delicious and some yummy pastries. A great place to go with babies as there is a pram parking area and plenty of space. Will be going back ASAP!

Great place highly recommended. I tried both pizza (classical one margherita) and pasta (orecchiette), delicious, real Italian tasty. Espresso is very nice and a small pistachio canoli to finish!

Just had lunch at Bianco’s. Shared a pizza with my friend. I could tell it had been freshly baked. It was delicious. Had a lovely cold beer, but could have had a variety of drinks, alcoholic or soft drinks or tea and coffee. We are going to make it a regular venue. Highly recommend

I go here quite a lot and would highly recommend it. Loved the atmosphere today, the live music was great, atmosphere lively. Staff always very friendly. Always love the Gluten free pizzas (and their mixed olive salads). Really nice coffee too! :)

Just tried the new Garlic & Peppers vegan pizza and it was just like being back in Rome. The taste was authentic, it was so tasty. The price is just right, the ambience is great, I am a big fan. I will be back and I'll be bringing all the family.

This neighbourhood cafe has been recommended to me by an Italian friend. I went for lunch on a Sunday. It’s basically a cafe that does pizza rather than a pizza restaurant. It’s also more or less self service. There was the odd noisy child and a barking dog but both were bought under control by civilised parents/ owner quickly. The dinning area was also quite spacious. I think their pizzas were on par with that of other authentic Neapolitan pizza joints like Rudy’s in Manchester. I am happy that I can get decent pizza locally.

I like the simplicity of this place. Good clean lines in the restaurant area. Simple menu but good food. We had two adult pizzas and two children's pizzas. Great toppings on lovely crisp bases. Children very welcome and good service.

The food here is always nice and fresh, made in front of you. The kitchen is open, do you can see them making the pizzas next to the till, which is always nice. We had a Nutella pizza which was DELICIOUS! The other pizzas, pasta and salads are scrummy as well.

Lovely food and atmosphere. We had two of the toasties. It would have been lovely to have been able to purchase a side salad as the toasties were a little dry. I would come again to try the pizzas.

I went there on Monday for Lunch. I tried Pizza with Fior Di Latte and it was amazing. 300 gr Pizza and after half an hour it was already digested. So tasty but not Heavy at all. Coffe was one of my best I tasted. Well done Giambattista

Ordered pizzas and salad, the pizzas were ok, but the salads were awful tin of tuna thrown on bag of salad no dressing etc complete rip off for what we paid. Shame because it's nice decor and the staff were nice.

I went to Bianco the other day and Giovanni persuaded me that it would be better for him to make me a fresh pizza for lunch than my humble choice of food. He was right and in no time at all he'd created an astounding tuna pizza all made from fresh ingredients. I also had a hot chocolate which had a really full chocolate flavour. I can highly recommend this place for both food and service.

I was the owner of the pizzeria called Pizza Pazza open in 1984, I can tell you the pizza Bianco serves are of fantastic quality, in fact I can say that are true Italian pizza, delicious thin and crispy like pizza should be with real mozzarella and tomato sauce quality In fact even Aldo Zilli great chef was very impressed. Lovely little cafe just for a tea/coffee/cake or for food, they have a great deal on a Friday which we have been too with our children where its a bit of a pizza buffet with a drink included - lots of choice. Nice and clean inside. Good range of gluten free choices

Went for Friday night buffet, I'm not a huge pizza lover but this was exceptional and good quality. We were asked our preferences by the chef and plenty of variety. I liked the vegetarian - very tasty! My family all enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere! They do take out also. We will be back soon.

Been here a few times at different times of the day and week. Thought we’d try the friday night pizza buffet.WOW, I was very impressed, properly made, thin bases. All freshly made and cooked in front of you. Even though it's a buffet, they ask what we would like and made to order. All toppings are really good and fresh, we tried salami, vegetable, tuna, even the margarita was fantastic.Great value too, £9 for adult includes can of soft drink or £10 with wine. Kids £5 with a fruit shoot. Friday night 4 - 8.I also reviewed the pizza place in the Altrincham market, have to say Bianco is better.

Visited Bianco a few times now and happy to post a 5*. Always a friendly welcome. Coffee spot on. Tried the pizza today after seeing other customers ....excellent! My friend went for the salad and was equally impressed. Will be back for the tea time special with wine!

Stopped in here a couple of times, once for a coffee and once for lunch. It is a nice place with a great ambience and a buzz as people are always coming and going. Great location and friendly staff. The selection of food is quite good and the prices not too bad. The food was absolutely delightful. Highly recommend stopping by if you are in the area.

My Wife and kids had the all you can eat pizza buffet this evening and I can safely say it was the best pizza I have had in such a long time!! Beautiful food, great atmosphere and friendly staff!! We frequently come here for lunch and the pizza is always very good and the service matches it. Highly recommended. Seems we aren't the only people who think so.

This little cafe/pizza shop is centrally located near Sale shopping. The service is quick and the menu good which makes it a great place to fill up before doing the shopping at Tesco or M&S.

I've been here a few times, sometimes just for a quick drink, other times for coffee and cake with friends. I've also had panini's here which are always good. This occasion I came with my daughter, staff are polite and help out if you have small children by bringing drinks to the table for you. Coffee was lovely and some nice cakes too.

I have been in Bianco a few times and it never disappointed me. Genuine concept, nice coffees and proper Italian pastries, delicious pizzas, good ambience that make you feel cozy and welcomed even being self service. Even though I must admit that something changed in the last few months, but I had always a good experience in overall. Recommendable.

After a long week at work, I headed with my sister-in-law to Bianco to try the Friday night All-you-can-eat pizza buffet. What can I say? The pizza was delicious (lovely soft, doughy base) and the service was fantastic! I was especially impressed by how well I was catered for as a vegetarian. Service is supposed to finish promptly at 8pm but the pizza was still coming out right up until then and beyond. We even got to enjoy a complimentary shot of limoncello care of the owner. We had a great night and Bianco is an establishment that I would highly recommend.

I have been coming here for ages with my three girls, it's always brilliant and it staggers me sometimes just how negative people can be about the slightest things which may not be to total perfection. It is a delight having a place like Bianco in Sale so I will not be giving it anything less than 5 stars. Pizzas are tremendous and I can't think of a better Latte anywhere apart from Lake Como or Rome. Keep it going as we love it here!

Myself and my partner visited here for the pizza buffet. We weren't disappointed, the pizza was delicious and the guy cooking it even asked what type we would like so he would make us it. Will be visiting again.

My husband and I come here for coffee occasionally and think it's fab, so some friends and I went to the pizza buffet for dinner. What great value! £10 for all you can eat pizza and a drink. This isn't a Pizza Hut buffet where the pizza is out under a lamp congealing for a few hours - they are cooking it right then and there in front of you with fresh ingredients. It's fantastic! There were also some delicious olives out too. The staff couldn't have done enough for us - they did table service for drinks cause we were a large-ish group, and they even asked about dietary requirements. Well worth a visit to support an awesome local business on a Friday evening!

Came in for lunch with friends and had a pizza, drink and coffee after. The food is tasty and the coffee was good. A little expensive for what you get but it is okay. The service staff were good but food took a while to arrive with us when it wasn't particularly busy. A nice little place to pop in for lunch. If we'd have had room, we'd have tried a cake - the selection looked very good!

We saw on the board outside that they now have a salad menu, and as my husband really felt like pizza, but I tend not to eat it, we thought we'd give it a try. The staff were lovely, and the food was great. My salad was really lovely, and so was the pizza, we will definitely return. Also really good value.

I dropped in on my motorbike and got chatting to giovanni who is an avid biker. He showed me amazing hospitality as a fellow biker and even let me sample some of his delicious pizza which was truly amazing. He's a great guy and this place has really Italian soul and it's only a short trip to the Ducati showrooms too!

The best pizza in Sale - great atmosphere and good for kids with plenty of space for prams. They don't worry about you moving the furniture around(!) and are always very friendly. They used to do live music at the weekend too which was great - I'm not sure that happens any more though...

They are simply to die for. One pizza between two of you is perfect for lunch in the summer. Drinks are a little expensive however the sparkling water isn't!

My girlfriend and I decided to try Bianco after walking past a few times and smelling the food. We went for the Friday evening pizza buffet. There was a wide variety of pizza available, cooked in front of us. The chef even offered to cook us our favourite pizza as part of the buffet. Highly recommended, relaxed environment, friendly staff and gorgeous food.

I went here today for a latte with my dad. Really nice, quiet atmosphere, food and drink is at a reasonable price and clean glasses etc. Overall, I found this to be very nice place and would definitely go again.

I went to "Bianco" for a coffee with two friends after shopping at "The Square", but looking at the pizza served there we decided to order two pizzas to share, one "Capricciosa" and one "Parma"... Service was excellent, food came in less then 10 minutes and pizza was amazing, made with fresh ingredients from Italy. Coffee was creamy and good too. Good value for money, we will definitely come back!

Myself and my wife popped in here for a coffee on a cold morning, as she had been wanting to visit the place for a while. Coffees were excellent as was my toasted sandwich. Waiting staff very friendly and polite and I am sure we will be back.

A really nice, seemingly family run, cafe in sale. Some great great products on sale, rare beers, moretti in scooners, fantastic pizza (great base), a good fit out. Could do with improving speed, poss invest in a coffee machine with 3 heads. Worth a visit as offers something different to the chains.

We often call in Bianco for a coffee when in Sale and have occasionally had the lovely scones and other snacks. When we called again the other day we decided we should call in on the Friday night pizza buffet after seeing it on the menu and we'll take our nieces along with us.Well we got there a little late for the buffet but decided we would each have an individual pizza and we'd share.We ordered Mexican, Garlic, Tuna and Hawaiian pizzas, olives, 2 drinking chocolates for the girls and a bottle of Pino Grigio for us.Having never tried the Pizzas there before we had slight reservations because Bianco is not known as a Pizzaria.Well, we have to say we were really nicely surprised.Amazing light dough (their own recipe) and super fillings, in fact best ones we've ever had and we have done quite a bit of foreign travelling and eating.The 2 regular pizza eaters we had with us agreed without exception and we had a nice surprise at the end of the evening with a cheap bill to pay.The staff were friendly and attentive as they usually are and yes they occasionally have to ask each other for help when dealing with questions but we think this just adds to the authenticity of feeling you really are in a true Italian restaurant when you're an Englishman abroad. Well done Bianco, keep up the good work! ☕️

Went for a walk with the family and thought we would give it a go. The pizzas are made properly in the premises with real dough, tomatoes and fresh mozzarella. I had a Hawaiian but I wish I hadn't. This is proper pizza - thin, light and quite unexpected. They need to sharpen up their service as its a little strained but they were all perfectly lovely and we really enjoyed it. Shame it has to look out over Sale shopping centre!

My friend and I have been here for the aperipizza dinner and were surprised by the awesome and delicious gluten free pizza. The pizzaiolo, Gianbattista, takes a lot of pride in what he does and his passion can be seen in the two pizza we had, Ooe with smoked mozzarella and one with ham and mushrooms. The location feels Like a small Italian "trattoria" and for a moment it seemed to be back in Italy. Good job, I definitely recommend it to everyone especially people intolerant to gluten. :)

We ate at Bianco Coffee Shop earlier this week using a Groupon voucher for a pizza and a small glass of prosecco each. First impressions weren't that good, the cafe was very busy and despite having to book to use the Groupon there was clearly not a table reserved for us. After a couple of minutes we were able to get seated at a table that had just been vacated, this we had to sort out ourselves as the staff offered no assistance whatsoever, we even had to clear the dirty dishes from the table!. After standing for well over five minutes at the counter to hand over our voucher, the young male waiter looked clueless as to what to do with it. He than handed it to a female member of staff and without saying a single word, walked away from me! After reading over the voucher, her response was " what do you want then" I explained that we hadn't been given a menu, to this she said "they're on the table" Well there certainly wasn't one on the table that we had just acquired, we ended up having to ask another couple at a nearby table if we could have a look at theirs.The menu does not correspond with the one on their website. It is also very misleading, one of the pizzas that contains anchovies is marked with a V to indicate that it is vegetarian, which it isn't, but amazingly the vegetable pizza isn't marked with a V! As a vegetarian I wasn't filled with confidence regarding this menu. Once we had decided we had to stand in a lengthy queue once again to place our order. Eventually our food was served, unfortunately not at the same time, one pizza arrived nearly five minutes before the other. My pizza was OK, nothing special, my husbands calzone had hardly any filling inside and was very disappointing. There is also no salt and pepper on the tables, we asked at the counter for some and we were handed a small sachet each! How about some fresh ground pepper for the pizzas, surely not too much to ask! We ordered a couple of coffees at the end of the meal, which had to be the highlight of the whole experience. This place needs to concentrate on just selling coffee and cakes in my opinion. It just isn't equipped to serve restaurant style food. The staff couldn't care less about their customers, we experienced poor service and below average food!

This coffee shop is a real bonus to Sale, its not a faceless chain - its real people trying to delight us with their food and drink - and they succeed. There is not a huge menu, but that is ok, they cook tapas of pizza or pasta which are great for lunch or early evening. The full size meals are nice for an after work meal too. I think they shut 6pm but a bit later on a Friday? check their website. They are also open Sunday lunch times and often have a live singer, very relaxed. The staff are mostly Spanish or Italian, very friendly especially if you try to speak their language, so practice your holiday conversations with them!

I went there with my partner and we ordered 2 pizza and drinks. The pizza was nice, we loved the spicy salami. Unfortunately the service was not so great.The girls were not making eye contacts or smiling me back and they were talking to each others in foreign language while serving at the till. Whoever is running this place is missing a big point

Just a look at the menu made me think it was an authentic Italian café, which was confirmed after I heard the owner speaking Italian to the staff. We ordered a pizza and were greatly surprised by it, the dough is amazing! And the ingredients are quite good quality. Not the cheapest though, but the quality compensates it.The place is very nicely decorated and invites you to stay there for a post-meal coffee. Great for families with kids (it was full of kids at lunch time).I really recommend it.

Had lunch here today with some friends. Decent lunch spot. Pizza was good, not great. Milkshake was tasty. Atmosphere alright. Essentially I can't find anything in particular to fault I just found it quite forgettable.

Got there at 2.45pm, the place advertises itself as open till 4pm. Asked if pizza was still being served, when we were finally able to get someone's attention. The waitress looked at the clock and slapped a note pad down on the counter. Due to the shocking attitude, I just said forget it, we'd stick to the coffee as clearly anything else would be too much trouble. Won't be coming to this place again,

I first visited this amazing place back in March with friends by chance, I have wanted to return ever since. The service and welcome we received was only seconded by the outstanding food and unbelievable coffee, this is no ordinary coffee shop and the owner goes above and beyond with his obsession to deliver the most authentic Italian coffee and food you will find this side of Rome.If you are after a Pizza Hut or Starbucks please just walk right by as this place will be lost on you, if one the other hand you value and appreciate the attention to detail of the produce or the fact the coffee is ground specifically to the conditions throughout the day then you may have just found you own little bit of food/coffee heaven.I travelled to Manchester again today and as soon as I knew I had some free time I took the chance to drive out to Sale and experience again that what I had been so impressed with some months back. From the second I walked through the door I received a welcome like a family member and found the food and coffee to be even better than I remembered, I only wish I lived closer so I could experience this outstanding place more often.Until the next time.. So, Bianco should be wonderful. It has a great menu, and a great deli with a good selection of Italian products including Italian artisan beer. However the staff are so rude! Example, arrived on a Sunday at 2.45pm (opening hours published as being open to 4pm). We asked if they were still serving pizza (the menu of which by the way looks great and we really fancied the calzone). The waitress looks at the clock and then slams her notebook on the counter, clearly put out that we had dared ask if they served something within their opening hours. I told her to forget it, it was clearly a problem and we would just have a coffee as we were clearly an inconvenience to them. There followed the most rude and dreadful attitude I have ever had the misfortune to suffer in a place. The problem is, it wasn't a one off. On the few occasions we have been the staff always seem really miserable and act like you are an inconvenience. I shan't be going to this hole again and advise people to avoid like the plague unless you are ok with dreadful staff with no manners whatsoever. For a great Italian, go to the Italian Deli in Didsbuy. Much better service.

We had a great Sunday afternoon at Bianco tasting such a nice pizza served in a very original wooden board.Confortable place for family and kids. Great atmosphere.

it's OK, but that's it. The staff weren't engaging and didn't seem that focused. The food is OK and likewise the coffee. Decor wise it is pleasant and spacious. This would not be a place I would choose and I regularly pass by and go elsewhere, either to eat or have a coffee.

Sale is badly in need of a decent café/coffee shop so Bianco should be perfect. On a Saturday morning it was indeed very busy with families & couples, covering all age groups. However the cappuccino coffee was all sweet froth & no coffee and the fruit loafcake was dry. On the plus side, the pizzas looked okay although we didn't have one. With very little effort this could be a great spot as it is ideally located but it will lose custom if the food & drinks are not improved.

i love this place, staff so helpful , the food is tasty and freshly prepared for you. spotlessly clean,, sorry i love the loo ha quirky, and differently smart. on sundays. they have a performer on, singer etc. which is a really nice touch. keep up the good service biancos xx

A fabulous lazy lunch catching up with my friend - great food, great prosecco, great value, great service - a gem of a place.

I went this morning (11 09 2015)after a long absence and I was very surprised to find a very different atmosphere. The lady who served me, Italian, I think Monica, welcomed me with a beautiful smile,my coffees were much, much better than last time I was there and I really appreciated that she took the time to ask me if I had enjoyed my coffees. .well done keep on going!

brilliant coffee and food. Sunday live music is great as well. not many authentic Italian coffee places but this is the one to go to in Sale.

Very well situated and it does great food as well as coffee. The pizzas look stunning but so far we have only had the coffee, cake and sandwiches. Excellent value and service and well recommended.

Unfortunately not everyone knows about good quality food and coffe. Most of the people are used to filling their stomacs with anything and can't recognize good quality food etc...My compliments to the owners of this coffe shop as they serve the best pizza I've ever tried, made with love and lots of studies ahead...pizza is not "just a pizza"...also best coffe in Manchester and a friendly atmosphere...they really care about their costumers and the quality of the products they give to them...that's why they maybe don't sell everything...but the few things they do are done properly.
