It's been an absolute nightmare working at Burrito Picante. The management is the worst I have ever worked with; they are utterly unorganised and unconcerned with the welfare of their employees. There is a startling lack of communication; crucial information is never shared and it seems like no one knows what the others are doing. Additionally, pay is consistently delayed. We still haven't received a single cent despite it being more than a month since we were meant to be paid. To worsen the situation, they abruptly closed the business and are not returning calls or emails. Being unaware of when we'll receive our money is intolerable and extremely stressful. Refrain from working here at all costs.
