The best restaurants in Heatons North Stockport North West

They have changed the firehouse chicken pizza, it no longer has pieces of chicken on it, more of a chicken mush... very disappointing. Was looking forward to the roost loaded fries with chicken stuffing cheese and gravy... it's disappeared from the menu. Very underwhelming experience.

Lovely pub with plenty of indoor and outdoor seating. Staff very friendly and the bar had a great selection of drinks as you would expect from a J W Lees pub. Food was reasonably priced and served hot and fresh. Been twice now and both times been really impressed so highly recommend. The fish and chips and the Philly steak sandwich are both great meals I world suggest to try

My other half loves the food here and its very handy as right round the corner from our house. The food is always nice and it quick :-)

Six of us had a family meal here Friday 3rd Jan. I have to say the food and service was excellent. My wife and I used to frequent here early nineties and I had forgotten how much we used to enjoy it and the same owner chef. Will definitely be back and would recommend. Thanks for a great evening.

We’ve been going to Leonis since it was opened and have always enjoyed the food , drinks and ambience alongside friendly but not overbearing service . We had a celebration there in September and everything was just great , couldn’t fault it at all

The fillet steak in black pepper was amazing so soft and everything else was beautiful..1st time ordering and will definitely be ordering again

They have a nice selection of food such as crisps, biscuits, ice creams, sauces and cold meats but the sandwiches are overpriced and disappointing. The bread they used in the sandwich I had was a cheap white baton and there was hardly any chicken in it, at £4.50 I expect much better. Some of the items on the deli counter are a bit overpriced as well. The asparagus they get locally is wonderful when it is available.

Very good until Semih left then the service went down. It’s a shame because it does good food , but it is also important to get great service.

Great non greasy cooked to order fish and chips along with other meals. Batter always crispy. Staff always friendly and helpful.

This has been our local and go-to for the last 2.5 years and we couldn’t have wished for anywhere better. The menu changes frequently but maintains high standards, and have never had anything that I haven’t enjoyed. The staff are lovely and super knowledgeable and the wine tastings are fab! We feel lucky to have had this round the corner from us, and will miss it a lot when we move!

We came here in a hurry as we had been let down by the last place we had been in and were in a rush to get food before a cinema booking. The place was busy but the staff were very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing.

Had a lovely time, friendly staff and nice atmosphere. Served by Laura who was fab. Great pub food, great value. Nice mid week drink. 👌

Had a african dish there hottest one ,very bland no heat what so ever took one mouth full and just binned it horrible and waste of money

The coffee is the best in Stockport , the food was very good , we both had grilled chicken on a bun with salad and chips really enjoyed it ,l would definitely recommend to my friends
