Cafe Wargeh in Stockport

The coffee is the best in Stockport , the food was very good , we both had grilled chicken on a bun with salad and chips really enjoyed it ,l would definitely recommend to my friends

We have been here a few times and each time has been brilliant. The staff are lovely and polite, the food has been amazing each time and the prices are incredibly reasonable for the high quality. We will definitely remain regulars. 😊

We decided to call in for coffee when we parked in a lay-by outside. We intended to go into a coffee shop we’d been in before but thought it looked nice. We had coffee and toasted teacakes and they were good. Friendly staff made us welcome.

Called in for a spot of lunch on a quiet Sunday. Pleasant staff and a menu that covers all bases that a European cafe should. My panini was tasty and partners omelette very much to her liking. Coffee was good

I have been in the cafe a few times and felt that they gave a reasonable service. However, I went in today and the staff were incredibly rude. I am a pensioner and had two heavy bags of shopping. I sat down at the nearest table . It wasn’t particularly busy at that time. The cafe assistant came over to take my order and was so rude. He said,” if we need this table you will have to move”. I was very offended. I felt so humiliated as people turned round to look at me. I I’m afraid I will save them the problem of seat shortages as I won’t be going in there again.

I'd love to have written a proper review but have just had to walk out after being completely ignored for the ten minutes or so I was sat waiting for one of the two waitresses to acknowledge my presence. All focus was on a large table of 8 people or so at the expense of other customers. I was neither greeted not given a menu despite both waitresses walking directly past my table multiple times and me trying to catch their eye. Noone seemed to notice me getting up and leaving either. Very poor. I'm now sat in the lovely Blue Corn was I was greeted with a warm welcome and had my order taken within a couple of minutes of being given the menu. It's not rocket science.

Delicious falafel, humous wrap with added avocado and salad plus came with chips. My friend had the tabbouleh salad which she said was very tasty. Lots of choice on menu and lots of extras you can add on yourself, if you wish. Big breakfast menu too. The lattes were also great coffees. We were able to sit outside on the tables. The service was really good and the young waiter was very attentive and couldn't do enough to help.
