Nando's in Stockport

A bit expensive. I had Chicken Wraps, plenty of Salad, but not much Chicken. It was my first visit to Nandos, I don't think I will be going again.

Top man Andreas- always looks after us at Nandos, he is very professional and has great customer skills. It's always a good experience and enjoyable at Nandos. Andreas always goes above and beyond to look after customers. He's very friendly, always smiling and he creates a wonderful atmosphere here.

I go Nandos once to twice a week and today was absolutely perfect, a gentleman called Andreas toke my order he was very polite and very helpful i said to my girlfriend this order cant be any better. I hope Nandos acknowledged the quality of this member of Staff ,Andreas is perfect example of customer service thank you for today food and i hope you go far in life.

Ordered Full Platter to go, super quick service , food cooked fresh , lemon and herb full chicken always goes down well 👍 rice and chips fresh and cooked properly, the manager was very helpful and friendly provided good service 💯

Waited 45 minutes for a 20 minute table staff unable to understand that a table for 7 can fit on two tables of four next to each other while watching many people come afterwards and occupy tables that would have done

Prioritising deliveroo/Uber eats companies. Every time you go to collect your order which you’ve been given a time for your food is ALWAYS later than your order time because they’re too busy rushing round preparing the Uber eats/deliveroo which are always banging on the windows demanding their orders. They’re even prioritised over customers who are dining in as a lot of the time you’re just sitting there waiting for food because of this. I’ve been ordering from here for over a year and it’s never been this bad. The past 3 times I’ve come to collect there’s crowds of men outside at the window collecting Uber eats and the customers like myself who have come to collect their own food are left standing around in a large que. quite often you can’t even get inside the resteraunt. How anyone likes to eat here is beyond me it’s so chaotic and the staff just look overwhelmed all the time. Never ordering from here again it’s too chaotic and sick of waiting at the back of the deliveroo queue. You need a new system in place it’s making your resteraunt unbearable

andreas was the best and most professional i have ever had at nandos! he always has a smile on his face and will go above and beyond for you. recommend him every time to serve you.

The food was as good as always, however the main course came so soon after the starter came that I had barely even started eating it.

I used to go here because a Hugh pile of chicken with that Vusa hot sauce was a wonderful thing to behold. They've stopped doing that Vusa sauce.

I had lunch with my Dad at one of our favourite places to eat out. Where else but the scrumptious delicious Nando's. I ordered a Full platter to share. With 4 sides. Lemon and herb chicken, Peri peri chips, corn on the cob and Garlic bread. For drinks I opted for the refreshing Rubro Iced Rooibos. I would highly recommend the Peach flavour. They also sell it in Berry or Lemon flavour too. My dad had a diet coke with ice. I was Servered at the till by the friendly Gentleman called Ryan. Who was patient in taking my order The Lovely Andreas who had the most beautiful blue eyes I have ever seen, he had a lovely smile he was kind enough to get our Seats and table ready and brought us the food over to the table. Andreas was thoughtful, kind and very attentive. He also checked back with us to ask if we were pleased with everything. Me and my Dad had a lovely time here as always. I will definitely be coming back again soon. The Service, The quality of the food, was fresh. The Staff were amazing. Very impressed with everything. Great atmosphere. We loved it grands' an I. Fab food. However, holding one star back as felt rushed to leave by staff when we finished eating.

If you’re ordering through the app for delivery go for Denton or Parrswood, it’s worth having the colder food. This one always gives us the wrong order. And the only thing you can do is talk to a call centre in god knows where to get a refund. Which is particularly annoying when there’s 2 of you and the order you got was for one person. Sort it out guys!

I came to Nando's for the first time on Wednesday and Laraib assisted me on tills and answered all my questions about the Nando’s rewards, great service from her. Will definitely be back!

I think his name was Zach (a young man with a bright smile) and he was SO attentive, SO kind, and SO caring. Couldn’t have asked for a better worker, we love you Zach! Definitely coming back to this location in the future, even just for Zach. Food was fab too, haven’t been to Nando’s for years.

Abit slow service but food is good .

Asked to sit somewhere warm as cold outside, so staff sat us against a cold window with a cold draught, and right behind the main doorway which was horrible every time it opened. Waited 30 mins for food. Chips were cold, staff hanging round the hot plates laughing and chatting, so why on earth can chips be cold, after waiting 30 mins. Place was empty, only few customers, lots of staff. Why didn't they say there's a long wait for food. Shocking customer service, scruffy staff, dirty, cold place. Bad management, no excuses.

Excellent service this evening. A lovely man called Andreas on the till sorted out my order using the rewards system and then sorted drinks out after I’d forgot to order them at the beginning. Another amazing member of staff was a man wearing a green Nando’s polo tshirt I didn’t get his name be he brought our food over and Was able to get us some garlic bread super quick that’d I’d forgot to order. The lady on the door was also lovely and friendly. Staff seem much friendly and have a lot better customer service skills to various other Nando’s we’ve visited. Food was quick and tasty.

It was nice to me its just standard chicken and rice and wouldn't say it was amazing but its alright if your hungry and you fancy a takeaway that is healthier

Great experience, staff and hospitality

After a failed meal at the old rectory me and my friend came to nandos we was starving we arrived and was seated but a booth came available and the lovely waitress moved us no issues the gent on the till no sure on his name served us recoming the Mac and cheese to my friend and few other bits to us he was pleasant and polite had a lovely smile too the food was unreal after not going hear for years me and my friend will deffo return all the staff were super pleasant and polite

We dined in with our eight-year-old granddaughter. The member of staff who met us on arrival provided excellent customer service. Despite the restaurant being very busy, he took time to discuss menu options with our granddaughter, helped us to get to grips with the online ordering system, and was attentive without being intrusive. Wish I had asked his name, but well done him – he went out of his way to make our visit a memorable one.

We were seated by Andreas tonight, he had a constant smile on his face and gave us a warm welcome into the restaurant. He gave us an amazing dining experience and went above and beyond, he is a credit to the Nando’s team!!! 20/10!!!! I didn’t catch the name of the waiter but he was also amazing!

Had a nice meal I had Andrea's was thankful for how nice he was got us a table and made sure we was good from there I asked if he was able to take a tip and he declined as he wasnt aloud so thought I would write a review on here to show my appreciation, nice place to eat friendly and welcoming, do recommend

Not been to a Nandos for years. We just fancied one and it was delicious. We really enjoyed it . Staff were pleasant. It was quiet for a saturday but we were happy we didn't have to queue.

Meh, ok food, first time at Nando's, don't think I will rush back. It's not too bad cost wise, but it's just ok.

I ate some of my food I did not enjoy my chips so that’s why I put a 4 star. The service was quick as a squirrel. But I did enjoy my chicken.

The food and service was excellent. However the premises is clearly in need of a refurb the floor is mottled and looks like a secondary school playground with black chewing gum type marks all over it. There are numerous tiles missing all over the place toilets not the best its just run down and effects the whole experience as the rest was excellent.

Portion sizes are a joke call burgers double chicken burgers and you only get 1 breast

I've been to better, parking is a nightmare, be prepared to pay for parking till 5pm. Restaurant seems git for a takeaway not eat in...a bit tired interiors and staff don't seem motivated (won't blame them working in such a gloomy environment)!

Food took 30 minutes to come out after I went to the till and chased it. Part of my food was burnt. They did offer to remake it, but I was too hungry to wait for another 30 mins. I was offered a dessert or a drink, disgrace! My food bill was £22. Never seen you livers serve in this state.

I’ve been to lots of nandos and this isn’t my local. Staff are nice. I got Sunset burger with chips and garlic bread. So the sunset burger was a little cold and the bread was very little toasted, chips were a little cold. Garlic bread wasn’t even cooked on the inside so had to tell the staff, I got some fresh garlic bread and it was a little more cooked but the fatter one was still uncooked on the inside. 3 chicken wings- well cooked and tasted good but the smallest ones I’ve ever had from nandos and I get them all the time, they were tiny.

The chicken from Nando's Stockport is some of the best chicken you can get at restaurants, and it definitely did not disappoint! The atmosphere, however, was pretty generic and forgettable.

Nando’s above all is consistent I just find it tedious if it’s busy. We were waiting for a table whilst a group of teens repeatedly refilled drinks and ice cream and just effectively loitering but food is all ways at least a 4/5.

Order from here a lot and the orders are almost always wrong or missing an item or two. Last night had friends round and sent half a burger - like half way through making it just checked out 🤣 no bun lid, no sauce. Also missing chips. £80 order - unacceptable.

Called at Nando’s yesterday for lunch with my daughter before heading off to watch Barbie the movie. Well let me tell you Nando’s Stockport never disappoints, the staff here are incredible. We were seated immediately and had a quick chat with one of the waiters who was extremely polite and engaging. I then went and placed our order and the waiter on the till again really polite and helpful especially with my Nando’s app. The food arrived shortly afterwards was piping hot, fresh and tasted great. The staff here are amazing, they make you feel relaxed and so happy to serve you. I have been to the Stockport more times than I can mention and every time is a really enjoyable visit. Well done team Nando’s Stockport you are all doing a fab job keep it. I hope your managers are proud of the experience you create. Thanks again!!

2 small lunches for £30 is too expensive (and they were tiny). Otherwise good. Had to pay for parking too.

Don’t order online, every time we order online the driver takes the food. This time no refund or any type of compensation as the driver rang the helpline after “trying to contact” me. There was no phone call made and the driver didn’t leave the food at the door or even ring our door bell. After waiting an hour for the food and not getting it I am more then furious to be told I will get a response in 24 hours to see if I can get a refund. I just wanted to get back from work and not cook for one night but deliveoo driver was feeling a bit hungry!!!

Cam was absolutely brilliant yesterday, he made the experience a lot more enjoyable than useable, he made sure we were okay when taking us to the table and took care of us the whole time, I am definitely coming again since the food was amazing and the service

First time visiting Stockport Nandos and it was u expectedly very busy. But we only waited a couple of minutes to be seated. The restaurant was organised and prepared for the amount of work. They had several people coordinating everyone to be seated/served etc. The food was lovely and came out quickly. We enjoyed staying there, but we might not go back due to it being so busy (personal preference). However the stuff was lovely so I do recommend visiting. Keep in mind if you park opposite the road and it's Sunday, you don't need to pay for parking 😅

By far the best Nandos in greater Manchester. The crew here are amazing, never a bad experience in this store

Food was OK, mash was over cooked (Microwaved), pitta chicken was amazing, great taste and well cooked. My partners food was great she had no complaints. Service was alright, not great, didn't smile, didn't help, didn't look as though they cared. Other than that was a good meal. Will be back for the food, not for the service

Hi, Just picked up a takeaway from yourselves and was really disappointed with the look and presentation of the meal. The chicken breast didn't looked grilled at all and was missing the wing! and there was also a medium spice tag on the chicken when I ordered hot. I had the same meal last week and the comparisons are mile apart.

The food at Nando's is normally good and we normally enjoy it, but this visit our was good was poorly presented and took a long time to arrive. My guess was out order missed

Me and my partner came in for a quick bit to eat and were served by the lovely Owen. He was extremely smiley and attentive, making sure we had everything we needed and were completely satisfied with our experience. He was great!

We have eaten in so many Nandos restaurants in different parts of the UK and I have to say the Stockport branch is for me the best experience. It feels cleaner, cosier and the service is good. The food is the same as whichever branch you visit. Nandos are consistent in what they deliver. The Stockport branch wins on the best branch for me, from my experiences!

We had a terrible experience the waiter had forgotten about our food. Had to wait over an hour for our food. And the by the time it got to us it was cold and partly burned.

I visited a couple of weeks ago with my sons 12th birthday and was served by a lovely young man called Andreas. Having never been before I was unfamiliar with the menu and he took the time to recommend me different options, I ended up choosing the sunset burger which was delicious. All in all it was a very pleasant experience and my son was very pleased. I’d like to thank our server Andreas who really went over and above to delight my family. I will be returning again !

Ordered food for delivery one a Saturday night. 2.5 hours later and it still not arrived. Not recommended.

Nandos are on to a winner here, if bringing back the sunset burger was not enough, Nandos hired the very person who passionately persuaded them to do so, his clear love and devotion for Nandos is something that can not being ignored by his customers who are left feeling so welcomed The day Nandos lose Andreas the company will never be the same, his spritely service is something that can not be over looked Josh does a fantastic job as manager, looking the part in his professional and elegant in his managerial uniform, keeping things ticking over confidently My girlfriend and I are left feeling more than satisfied every time We will be returning again

Came here with a friend and we both ordered the butterfly chicken burger, which was good. Service was excellent from FOH staff and the restaurant itself was clean had a good atmosphere. Only slight issue is that there wasn’t that many chips and the rice was slightly dry.

I'd avoid this place if you can. Ordered online. Arrived 5 minutes early. There must have been 15 to 20 males stood at the delivery window, a little intimidating. Delivery driver cars parked in all crazy kinds of places. On pavements. Outside the front door. Blocking entrances. Proceed into the restaurant. Greeted and told to stand in the corner. There were already a couple of people waiting. Staff rushing past every 2 minutes to take orders to all the delivery drivers. Meanwhile myself and 5 other customers stood waiting. Half an hour later and feeling extremely annoyed, one of the 6 waiting customers got their order. By this time my legs were aching due to being stood in the same position squeezed up against the wall for half an hour. I proceeded to take a seat. Immediately I was told I wasn't allowed to sit down and was told to move. I suffer from Multiple Sclerosis so I was in some significant discomfort. Around 10 minutes later I was served my order. No sorry. No nothing. ABSOLUTELY DISGUSTED with this restaurant. The management should seriously be ashamed of themselves! I won't be returning.

We had quite an ordeal through Deliveroo and the tall manager in store who’s name I didn’t get sadly - who handled all of this was absolutely outstanding. We went back to the restaurant where he organised our replacement food that wasn’t delivered by the delivery courier and was so apologetic- that’s how to turn a really bad experience around. So grateful for his fantastic customer service.

Waited whilst it was almost empty for 45mins for food to arrive 2 couples that came in after us got served before us then they said they had list our order when we asked why so.long a wait..spoilt our xmas spirt as was bored waiting.

Mini Lunch with work mates. We all enjoyed the food. Unfortunately, there was no garlic nano sauce. Service was quick food arrived hot. Would visit again.

It's a really great branch. Always busy - but they have the virtual queue thing operating and always works fine. Service is particularly good, servers are friendly. Food arrives fairly promptly. Clientele is acceptable.

Best nandos I've had in a while

Poor service, food took 45 minutes to arrive and when it did it was freezing cold. Server was happy to change it and apologetic but didn't offer any form of discount/ refund or any nibbles while we were waiting. Food was as expected from nandos the second time around. Constant delivery orders coming and going which is frustrating to see when you are sat around waiting for so long. Prioritise customers in the restaurant surely?

Great food, good sized portions. The staff were attentive and the location is handy with lots of parking.

It's okay. The food is nice enough but the service can be a little hit and miss. Twice now on the bounce I have gone there, ordered starters and the main came but no starters. Last time I was in, I had to remind them what I had ordered which they did bring. But then I had to remind them AGAIN because they still missed an item.
