Vinimos por un almuerzo sin fondo. Ryan era genial, mi novio tiene una alergia a los frutos secos y él era muy servicial para asegurarse de que todo estaba bien para nosotros. Sin duda volveremos.

The whole pub needs a deep clean, including outside. Shame as it is in a lovely location, but when you employ kids who do not really know what bitter is available or even what the WiFi code is, what can you expect? Noisy locals with noisy kids can bring in MaCDONALDS meals and take over tables other customers could use. Even the toilets are manky. On the plus side, it is dog friendly.

Esta fue una experiencia increíble. Sabía muy poco sobre el té japonés... bueno, ¡ahora sé mucho más! El formato es sentarse y experimentar una variedad de tés durante un par de horas, con pequeños bocadillos acompañando a algunos de ellos. Hay bastante contraste entre los tés fríos y los tostados, servidos calientes. La experiencia es muy laboriosa, con gran parte del té preparado frente a ti para que veas lo que está pasando con cada uno. Solo acompañé a uno de mis hijos, que había estado antes, pero encontré toda la experiencia mucho más agradable y educativa de lo que había anticipado, y definitivamente volveré a ir.

Dreadful food, stomach was off afterwards. Long waits, tasteless Pizza, not the most appealing of shops either.

Ordered a Wingstop through them and they got all the flavours wrong and somehow managed to not include blue cheese dip of which we ordered 2 on top of the one that comes with the meal! Garbage service. Edit: They also don't answer their phones lol. Genuinely terrible experience.

Will never come here again. The bar staff were rude and not trained for the job. There were customers asking for cocktails from the menu that the bar staff were not trained to make. I just asked for a glass of Prosecco- £6.50 a glass seemed reasonable- until the bar tender filled the glass only 3/4 full with the dregs of the bottle. I wouldn’t have minded if he would have opened another bottle and topped it up to the usual measure of a glass of Prosecco. But the other (very rude) man behind that bar commented “bang on” as he emptied the last dregs of the bottle. I thought he was joking at first but he actually expected me to pay for 3/4 of a glass, I asked for a proper measure and he tried to argue with me that it was a full measure. I decided to leave at this point as I am a Prosecco drinker and I know a measure when I see one. He proceeded to chase me out of the bar to pursue the argument! Won’t be returning that’s for sure.

Food came hot, nachos were covered in seasoning. Will be ordering again in future

I totally get that Europe isn't a huge place for NFL games, so I'm willing to cut them a little slack. That said, I showd up early to a Sat game night, asked the bartender/server on the main floor if they could put on a Patriots game. He said, no, not upstairs but downstairs, shouldn't be an issue. Plenty of TVs, nothing much going on tonight. Me and a friend of mine didn't ask until close to game time. Not a huge Euro sport so I get it. When I asked, the guy quite literally laughed in my face and so no chance. Despite us making up over 50% of the room at the time. I get it, truly. NFL is not nearly as popular. But anyone on the bottom level sucks

Estuve en Ramona el viernes por la noche con mi hermano y 20 amigos para celebrar su salida de copas antes de ir a Australia durante 2 años. Desafortunadamente, temprano en la noche accidentalmente me topé con un servidor llamado Alice. Me disculpé y volví a mi mesa para que los porteros vinieran y me pidieran que me fuera. En completa confusión le pregunté por el razonamiento y dijeron que había sido verbal y físicamente abusivo con un miembro del personal. Cuando se le pidió que hablara con el miembro del personal que hizo la acusación llamó a Alice. Luego salió y me llamó c***t. El gerente no conversaría por más tiempo y no revisaría el CCTV. Nos encantó Ramona y hemos sido un montón, pero nunca volveremos.

While the bar staff were nice. It was not a good place to watch wrestlemania. The sound and picture was bad. They also don't sell any bsr snacks at all. Only option was a sub par hot dog at £5
